I was having some car problems and as a woman who knows nothing about cars, it's hard to trust on a mechanic... I went and saw Ray at the Import Service Centre, he was incredibly helpful.He provided clear guidance on what needed immediate attention and what I could hold off on for a while, It was reassuring to have someone genuinely assist me rather than pushing unnecessary services. I'm pleased to have found a mechanic I can trust!

Ray takes care of my 2005 Pleasureway Class B RV and has added some great modifications to give me a better ride. His service is very professional and he is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I trust him to take care of my vehicle.

One of the nicest mechanics you will ever meet! With pricing inflation for product has gone up, this shop is honest and not overpriced on labor. Will never go anywhere else!

Phill is a super awesome gentleman. He took care of my car in a heartbeat and could instantly detect the problem my car was having in a matter of just one look at the problem area. I had that problem for years and no other mechanic could tell me what was wrong. He was a true gentleman with a high sense of regard for ladies. I love the service they provide and am so grateful to Phill. I live in Yorba Linda and will drive to Phill for my car problems forever as long as he will service my car. He is a kind, compassionate, and honest gentleman. Thank you Phill for fixing my car issue. Will see you soon. God bless you.

I take our car here regularly. Phil (the owner) seems to be a good guy, and yes, he seems Brit to me, a little rough on the edges, but a straight-forward guy.I've tried other service centers in the area, and I just feel comfortable with him.On one instance, he did a $2000 repair for me (thru insurance). He replaced some electrical parts for me, and when we took it into the dealer for some extra calibration, the dealer and insurance found the problem wasn't fixed, and suggested he installed used parts.Here's the kicker, he showed the invoice that he got the part from that same dealership, and they promptly replaced the parts free. I DO NOT TRUST DEALERSHIPS!!I didn't give him 5 stars just cuz he isn't flawless. But I'll continue to use his service as long as we have an import.

I generally do most of my own work on my classic cars, but for the heavy stuff I only trust Ray at Import Service!

Phil is the best... honest ,fair and reasonable.....I will definitely go back there for all my automotive needs, He got me in and out on an emergency situation and did a superb job!!!!!!!!!!

Ray takes really good care of his customers, I really appreciate the time he takes to explain things to us and help us understand the details a lot of other shops won't explain. Thank you guys for helping us again!
