I've been coming to Image Auto Detailing occasionally for small detail jobs ( I didn't know Shawn back then ) and I was always�very impressed with their attention to detail work.This time I brought in my San Marino Blue M6 for some major detail work, I wanted to get paint correction/tint all around/ceramic coating entire body�+ wheels�+ calipers and etc. So it was going to be a major work that would take a couple of days.When I thought of this major work I instantly thought of Image Auto Detailing since my experience with them was always great, however, I wanted to do some research and shop around different detailers to see whom I want to give this job to because I wanted someone that actually care and do the job like they own the car since this wasn't going to be a 1k or 2k job.Prior to finalizing my decision�to go with Shawn at Image Auto Detailing, I selected 6 different�detailers around my area based on google search and reviews. Some of those detailers have many reviews but when I visited those stores I knew I didn't want to leave my car there, my primary goal is to find a shop that only works with a limited amount of cars per day not somewhere that gets the cars in and out quick to do more business in volume, these places do not have souls.. when I went to talk to them about what I want to do with my car and asked them for recommendations I couldn't connect with them and I was getting the impression that they are tired and don't really care for more business.I narrowed down my finalist to Shawn and Image vs another reputable shop in Orange but I ended up going with Shawn at Image because I felt his passion for his job from�our conversation that he is very enthusiastic about cars. At my first meeting with him, he spent a good amount of time walking around my car to do inspection and asked me a lot of questions to understand how I use my car and my needs and he made recommendations based on my needs. He could have upsold me with a lot of other stuff but he didn't and kept real with me.his business actually deserves a better rating, I can see some of the hateful comments but they do not provide worthy/relevant information to validate it, you don't come here to expect to do a cheap 50~100 dollar job. that's not the type of detail job Shawn and his crew do hereShawn can come off as a rude person to some people but he is genuinely very passionate about his work and just really straight forward, he not only gave me recommendations on auto detail jobs but he constantly gives me ideas on modding my cars too.I highly recommend Shawn and Image Auto Detailing for an auto detail job that requires attention to detail work, he is a very knowledgeable and experienced person you can trust.

Had my Tesla paint corrected, ceramic coated and windows tinted. Couldn t be happier with the quality and service. Shawn and his team are very detail oriented. I was given multiple options at different price points so I could get exactly what I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Will always use Image for my car detailing/washing needs from now on.

These guys have done VERY good work for me in the past. There is NO comparison to the $125 detail job I have had at the dealer although a little pricey in comparison to the dealer the level of quality is very much higher. It is pretty hard to get in for just a car wash maybe during the week is easier.

I used to do all my our detail work because I was never impressed with the work from other places for the amount they charged. I dropped by keys off one day with little exceptions while headed into the mall and came back to a top notch wash and wax. I was blown away. Since then I stopped doing my own wash and waxes and toss these guys my keys. I even took my Mom's 10 year old suburban here and they shaved 5 years off it's life. It looked amazing! Solid guys, very detailed, and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Shawn and his guys have done amazing job both times! First time was for a detial and car came out amazing!Most recently was for a black vinyl wrap on my car s roof and man, came out looking like it was from the dealer! U can t even tell the difference.My roof was all white with a black sun roof and now it s all black and looks amazing.

100 stars! Very very satisfied! Shawn was very knowledgeable and they work fast! They brought my truck that hasn t been clean ang washed for 4 months. It looks brand new again. Thanks Image auto detailing

Horrible service. Owner or manager that was present at the time is shady and doesn't own up to damage he or his car detailers caused to my car, I feel the least they could have done was owned up to the marks and damage left on my vehicle even if they wouldn't have been willing to fix it..it's really sad there is no integrity, or responsibility taken by a businessman . I will never go back and strongly don't reccomend them.

Went to try this place out today (Saturday) at 2:15pm and he said he couldn t take me because he was done for the day. Website says open till 5pm. SO unprofessional

Worst car wash place in the brea area. I rather have my kids wash my car from now on. Very disappointed and pricey for the work they do
