Had a wonderful experience dealing with Carlos and the crew at Fix Auto Brea. Contacted a few shops and Fix Auto Brea were the first ones to quickly respond to my inquiries. Carlos kept me informed through the whole process during the repairs of my vehicle. Great service and professional people, check them out. I will never use this company again. A few years ago, their management helped me with a problem, and I was most grateful. However, it appears that their management has changed, and after taking my money, including my insurance deductible, they decided that they did not want the job after all. They then told the insurance company that they had never intended to take the job in the first place. I would never trust them again with my cars.Please note that after I read the company's response, I called the number that was given and left a message. I never received a return call.

Absolutely the Best of the Best. Carlos was my advisor, I can't say enough about the platinum service he provided me. Carlos is the ultimate professional, he went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I was updated throughout the repair process and my car was delivered 2 weeks prior to the quoted completion date. My car looks brand new. The entire staff consistantly delivers top notch customer service. I highly recommend Fix Auto Brea for all of your Tesla repair needs.

Brea team did a very good job bringing my vehicle back to its original condition. Carlos, the manager, stated that my vehicle will be done in 2-3 weeks, but it was done in a week. They went above and beyond in every aspect of customer service with communication, quality and timeliness. If you have a Tesla the shop is Tesla certified. It's hard to choose the right body shop. Let me make it easy for those who don't know. If you have a Tesla, then choose Fix Auto Brea. They went above and beyond their duty to fix my car and had it ready a week earlier than promised. The repair process for a Teslas is a little different than other cars. Fix Auto Brea has tons of experience working on all models of Tesla. Ask for Carlos, he knows what's up and won't play games with you like other body shops.

I had a very hard time finding a driver side window trim for my Tesla model 3. I decided to visit fix auto and they were so so helpful. Never been to a bodyshop with such great customer service! I had used this service after my car was in an accident.. the communication was great and they handled everything professionally and as quick as possible. They also work directly with Geico insurance so the whole process was smooth my car is looking brand new, they did a great job!

My Tesla Model 3 needed a new quarter panel and the bumper fixed as well. Carlos and his team did a great job at repairing everything within 1 month. He kept me updated every week with texts. On the day of the pickup, he texted me and asked me to pick it up at the end of the day since it was getting detailed. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my car, the car was not detailed and the car was pretty dirty. He said that the detailer couldn't make it in today. As I was inspecting the car, I opened the trunk and the inside storage cover was was missing. Carlos retrieved the items from the warehouse and even cleaned them for me. Below the trunk was filthy as well. Carlos noticed that and cleaned it immediately. It was clear that they did not even do a basic clean after the repairs were over.I waited a couple days to wash my car and when I did I noticed there was overspray all over my car. Even after I washed my car, my car was not smooth and rough all around. The only portion that was smooth was the quarter panel, which was the only area of the car besides the bumper that was fixed. I was so disappointed by the lack of care from Carlo's team. Did they not properly cover my car before spraying my car? Before I wrote this review, I called them first, but they didn't answer the phone. I called again 10 minutes later and the receptionist answered the phone. She said Carlos was busy, but would call me back. Fair enough. It's been a whole day and Carlos never called me back. Unfortunately, I didn't want to leave a negative review, but they never decided to follow up with me. They did a great job with my repairs, but the fact that they said they were going to detail my car, but instead just gave a basic wash(even the basic wash had dirt all over) left a pretty bad impression.Service: Body & Trim

Fix auto brea was fantastic in getting my Tesla repaired and put back on the road to be our daily driver again.
