I was impressed by their honesty and no pressure sales. My wheel was shaking due to what I thought was a bad wheel balance but Frank diagnosed it as uneven wear due to a bad strut. He said rotating the tires back to their original position would fix the issue. Worked perfectly. He stated that we should eventually replace the rear struts and provided a fair quote without scare tactics and high pressure. We would recommend them for repairs.

I ve been going to Firestone and these guys are very professional, honest, and they get the job done quickly. I had a nail in my tire and another company said I need new tires since they're too old to patch. I took it to Firestone for a quote on all four tires and was told my tires were fine and didn t need to be replaced. I also get my oil changes here and their prices are reasonable. They never try to sell me on anything that s not needed. They provide great service and I won t be taking my car anywhere else.

They were wonderful. The service was fantastic and very quick. They answered my questions and quoted what was needed and not adding on other things. I went to another shop prior to finding Firestone and they were very dishonest. The Firestone brake mechanic called me and explained only my front needed to be done not all the other stuff. I will use Firestone for all my car repairs.

This location is so convenient to my place of business. The staff is always welcoming and informative. Associate Eric always has a smile to greet you when you walk in and makes sure that I understand the work that had been performed. I will alway come to this location and I recommend them to everyone that I talk to.

Frank Kim was so kind and helpful. Our car was fixed in just a couple hours. Two new tires and alignment. Very reasonably priced. When we picked it up a different person helped us check out (didn t get his name) but was equally helpful. Great customer service!

Friendly service and Henry was extremely friendly compared to the Firestone off of Placentia UpCharged me for an alignment. Henry took me in right away and did the service that I was needed done right away. Went to this store years ago with previous management and had issues. Not with Henry. Super Friendly and understood the issue and addressed it quickly

Told me I need a new tire, that my tire could NOT be fixed, got a second opinion... totally could be fixed... Quiet. Efficient. Fast Service! No issues here! I had a slow leak that was going to take 90 minutes to repair. Turned out to take just under 30 minutes to repair including mount and balancing!Service: TiresService: Tires

Not one who normally leaves a review but the lack of service and courtesy at this place calls for it. Had an appointment to check a TPS sensor and was told it would take 30 minutes. Showed up at my appointment time and was told I had to leave my vehicle as they did not have enough people working. Please don t overbook appointments and waste working people s time if you re not staffed for it. Predictable but still upsetting.

I had a great experience with Firestone in Brea. I called if I can make an appointment in the next 2 hours and they were able to accommodate me. I just bought new tires and needed alignment. Service was really great and Frank is friendly. Highly recommend coming here

This used to be such a wonderful place to bring your car when Greg was the store manager!!!! I have recommended many friends to bring their cars here. I have been coming here for almost 10 years. Unfortunately, that is not true anymore. During my last oil service, I was told that I may need to have my brake pads/rotors changed. I was hesitant, I wanted the dealer to do it. I did not want to get cheap and low-quality brakes that squeak. However, they pushed on with what a great deal I can get for $300. So I got the new brakes and they got my money. Now, the new brakes squeak every time I brake. I brought the car back but they could not find/fix the problem. The management is completely new; the store and service managers do not care. I wish I did not listen to their promises and sales pitch. I will be looking for another place to service my cars.

Decent prices and great service. They were able to accommodate me on tires I'd special-ordered from elsewhere. They placed my new tires on my BMW a while ago and I've since driven thousands of miles with no issues! The last place I would always get my tires done at always did finicky jobs and I would constantly have to come back for them to fix the job they should have done right to begin with, so I'm so thankful these guys do the job right the first time! Thanks, Firestone!

I recently had problem with my car. So i took it to the dealer and they gave me a estimation of $700 something. So I went to Firestone to get a second opinion to compare the pricing on my repairs. Frank at Firestone was honest and only charged me to fix the things I needed. And the price of repair was much better than what dealer estimated for.Thank you Frank you are the best. I saved almost $500. And didn't have to fix the things that wasn't necessary.

Made an appointment 10 days prior. Showed up at the appointment time. The guy told me to come back tomorrow morning because the technician has gone home. Asked for his name so that I can file a complaint. Told me he had other customers. I am not even angry, just sad. People have no pride in their work. Everyone is looking for handout from the government.I contacted Firestone corporation to file a complaint. They asked for my contact information, gave me a case number (Reference 2558625) and told me that someone will contact me to resolve the issue. Nothing happens. Firestone corporation has no quality control. It just collects fees from their franchisees and don't do anything to improve their businesses. One of the reasons that I was blew off may be becasue the appointment system, which is maintained by Firestone corporation, is flawed. They have no intention to understand what the problem is, let alone come up with any solutions.The Firestone Customer service contacted me trying to resolve the issue. I requested a free alignment to compensate for my time and mileage for the missed appointment. The store manager, Frank, contacted me, and provide me with the service. The issue is thus resolved.

Set an appointment for 1:30 today. I arrived on time and was told I would have a2 hour wait. I had asked for a 3:30 appointment and was told the only appointment they had available was 1:30. Two hours from 1:30 is 3:30! The time I requested.I was asked make, model and year of my car and was quoted a price for service. When I arrived the price was $50. more than the quote. These guys have no idea what they are doing.Needless to say I m taking my car to someone competent
