Great experience at this warehouse.I was looking for some reasonably priced rims for my gladiator, while still maintaining good quality in mind.This company delivered just that, and the rep was very hospitable in helping me check out all the styles and colors.Even held them up to the car for me.I respect this type of customer service and would definitely recommend people to use them for any rim needs.In the showroom they had lots of other nice styles as well.

Orders my wheels and they came very quickly, the team helped me with fitment and made sure I was ordering the right wheels. When I called they answered and helped me right away

Done cheaply. They delayed shipping my wheels out for two weeks for whatever reason so I got them late. Mounted the wheels and got an alignment. My alignment guy said 1 wheel was bent but not bad. Okay fine. Whatever i guess. My vehicle is a show car and garage kept. 2 months later, their powdercoat starts chipping away. Poorly done. Unfortunately, not much I or they can do since they were mounted. Their policies are VERY strict to work in their favor of course so good luck fighting them. Will not be buying from here again.

This was the worst almost $7000 I've waisted. From going through 3 employees, 2 months over due of the finish deadline, lying about production that wasn't happening, very poor polishing job, horrible fitment on the rear wheels, and blem faces. When confronted, I was told I had to pay another $1500 to get the rears to fit like the fronts. They had a template from a perfect set of HRE wheels I currently run and the model of my brembo brakes and still couldn't get it right. Good luck getting a custom fitted set of three peice wheels from ESR, go elsewhere. I know I am.Here are some finish pics of just one wheel, and the rear wheel hitting the upper control arm. I have plenty more!

I ve had nothing but a great experience with ESR. Site is easy to use and transaction process has no issues. Thank you to the guys at the warehouse for the awesome customer service and answering all of my questions and even helping me with the specs. While I visited the company, they continuously asked me if I needed help which was great! I will definitely get more sets and accessories from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a set of wheels and great customer service.

Ordered a simple center cap replacement that they have in stock. Ordered on the 18th and still no update whatsoever. Have called multiples times a day and no answer. Resorted to email them to maybe get a response and still no luck. Joke of a company.

Justin T was great help he assisted me today and went out of his way to help me find my product when it said it was out of stock. He deserves a raise, This is what I call great customer service if I ever seen it I ve been struggling trying to find what I need and within 10 minutes he helped me find what I needed thank you again Justin for your help and your kindness we need more people like you in customer service .

Bought myself some 3pc wheels. ESR not only recommended my fitment but helped me pull off the look I had envisioned. The color combo, the fitment, customer service, turn around time for CUSTOM built wheels, the recommendations, just everything from A-Z is an A+ with this company. I would definitely recommend ESR Wheels to anyone looking to buy wheels. Whether from what they stock or to a complete set of custom wheels. Thank you ESR Team!!!!

I was looking to get a new look for a car I just bought. ESR was able to get someone to measure the car and provide sizing for the perfect fit on my car. Super happy with the result. Great finishing options and are willing to provide me with any information for questions I had.

I'm not convinced people work at this company anymore as I've been unable to get someone to answer the phone for weeks. I was trying 1-2 times a week to check on an order, had no luck. I've since moved to calling everyday and still have had no luck even after sitting on hold for ages waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Ive tried calling at different times of the day during their business hours hoping to catch someone with no success.Edit: was able to get ahold of someone finally and they tell me they damaged one of the wheels I had ordered. Sweet thanks no tha KS cancel the order.

This company, specifically Armando has been so unbelievably helpful. I have called with questions and he has always answered them. Even sent me pictures of the wheels so I could see the exact color before purchasing. Incredible service and very kind!!

As a business owner and ecommerce instructor it is unfortunate business like this operate the way it does. No ownership to their mistakes and put words in their customers mouth. Accountability and acknowledging their mistakes is one thing to respect a business, but to lie is so sad. I bought a set of their CS1 wheels and it was canceled. Possibly it was because it was mispriced from the other styles. However, got an email the next day stating I requested to cancel the order. I never canceled the order, so I replied stating it was consent and approved by me. They come back with a reply the model is out of stock.� WOW!! Really, check the website, plenty of sizes and still able to add into cart for a different price now. In conclusion, I still wish the company many years of success but take accountability for your mistakes, it goes a long way.

Their customer service sucks emailed them about wait time in a set of wheels and they responded the day later asking about specs and then said they would respond asap with shippings times. That was 3 days ago and no response. Jose was the person who I was emailing

Ordered various smaller items from ESR. Amongst those items, the most expensive thing being painted valve stems. I wanted it specifically in blue but i had received green.Oh ok, simple fix right? Well sent an email to the support site at least 3 weeks ago and to this day still not a reply. Guess im stuck with these green valve stems now. Thanks guys..

Great customer service and very friendly staff members! Justin was a very caring guy and helped me do a wheel exchange for wheels that would give my car great fitment. For sure will continue buying their amazing product for future builds!

Had the SR06 on the car for 4 months then the clear coat came off and started to corrode. They told me it's not covered under warranty. Then said that wheel has been discontinued. Told me it's from not cleaning the wheels, then said it's from cleaning them with chemicals. I would highly recommend any other brand than ESR worst service I have ever dealt with.

Two star cause cancellation was pretty easy after a 18min wait on hold!I purchased the CS5 Gloss black with Bronze powder coat lip on Mar 13 2021. Eta given was 5 weeks for custom powder coat.Apr 21, 2021 I check in as the five weeks eta came and past. They said something went wrong with the colors and they had to redo and send it to me in a week. I said okMay 10,2021 I haven't heard a word its been two week since the last Eta of a week was given, enough!I don't know what they are doing but I'm sure whatever it is I don't want it.I guess I should have checked the reviews first!Bullet dodged thank God!

First and last order! Never would buy from them again. 1 wheel came damaged they swap it for me. ok! But when that wheel came in was a 5x120 redrilled to a 5x114. I'm really upset and unhappy with the purchase. I dont pay for a redrilled wheel...and now they dont want to swap it for a 5x114 (no redrilled).

Great wheels and quality, Great service. The wheel they carry are up to date in regards to style and they offer a large range of wheel finishes. I spoke with David which is awesome and knows hes stuff. check them out.

Lied to me about being able to drill a set of wheels. Then lead me on saying it will be 6-8 weeks for the wheels. Ok i guess i will be patient. Fast forward 4 months later. Still nothing. What a joke.

Really bad experience with its ecommerce; they shipped other product (of course cheaper) and never refunded my money. E-THIEF.Please avoid to deal with them. No nice people.

Friend got mis matched wheels. They fixed the problem with a simple restocking fee rather than buying another wheel itself
