GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, NOT TRUSTWORTHY! FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE. I had my brakes done here and my vehicle was not the same. After my brakes were "done", my vehicle began to make a loud noise (my vehiclewas not making this noise prior). I went back a handful of times and the mechanic claimed he didn't hear anything took videos of my car making the noise and he disregarded my videos and my concerns. The mechanic refused to fix this issue. The video attached you could hear that loud noise.

I've been going here for years and I've highly recommended them to many people who also have had good experiences! They are very honest and fairly priced, and once even walked me through fixing a mechanical problem I had over the phone at no charge! :-D

I drive from a different county just to get my oil change done here. He s the only honest mechanic i know and trust. Recently had all my lights on and while everyone was trying to rip me off he simply charged me to fill all my liquids and oils and all my lights turned off. Saved me hundreds! It helps to start up conversation and build a good vibe from the start, don t arrive frustrated and demanding, and you will be taken care of.* lately I ve notice some slack in the performance which is sad to say because I wrote highly of this place. The wife seems to be rude and angry all the time also almost like she runs the place but does the bare minimum shout out to Jim tho he s my guy!

I went to this place three times . Last time they fixed my Mercedes e350 2011 . I highly recommend . They are fast , honest and have a good price . Everything perfect .

I've been going here for years because they provide the best service around. Jun Park is a very highly respected mechanic and one who has proved to be trustworthy as well as knowledgeable. He has never tried to up-sell (my biggest complaint about most mechanics) for any work. My whole family goes here for oil changes and anything else we need for our cars.

Quick turnaround, honesty and trustworthy mechanic. It's hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays and John is 100% honest. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for regular maintenance.

I've been getting my oil changed and brakes done at this place for years. The Parks (owners) are hard working and very friendly. When you are here it feels like you are supporting your neighbors in their little garage. Prices are reasonable, and there is a small waiting area. I go around 11AM and never have to wait long for the oil change.

I saw on their website that they have four different oil change packages but of course they do not list what those four packages are. I called to ask. The lady that answered the phone had no idea what they were.I then asked how much the service fee would be if I had my own oil and she refused to give me a price and then said they won't do it.Also, I'm pretty sure she hung up on me..

The owner Joon is a very kind man and does a fantastic job. Him and his wife work together and are very trust worthy as far as putting good stuff in your car. You dont gotta worry about paying an arm and a leg and also dont gotta worry about whether they do their job with integrity. I drive all the way from Irvine to Brea because I dont want anyone else touching my car.

I can already tell the oil they put in my car is some knockoff full-synthetic. Ive literally driven 677 miles and the way car is driving makes me feel like the oil is already spent.Would look else where.

Great service and great mechanics.Very friendly husband and wife. Had my brakes done and a bearing replaced. Great job. An oil change as well. Highly recommend.

Just get second opinion when this guy wants to change anything on your car.Just don t believe what they tell you get second opinion from certified mechanics . Do not fix your car if they told you your car won t start ooo it s your starter. Double check the oil level when they change, check the Engine Oil Cab, if they change oil. Make sure you see what oil they put in your car get the receipt read it properly and carefully.Here is some solutionIf your starter make a multiple click sound it is 99.99% Discharge battery not A BAD STARTER, so if he said starter issue please get jump or call aaa for jump and test for free.If you go there and the show you oooohh look your car make a noice it more likely some other parts get second opinion you can call aaa or any roadside assistance or go to an other shop.This place seams like ripping people specially elderly people who doesn t know anything about cars or they just to a scared .My neighbor went there and he got charged Arm and the leg with them.
