Price for tires was very good, they would have got 5 stars if they didn't call me and tell me that I need front struts. I had some doubt since I just had the tires off and looked at them and didn't notice any oil leaking. Chris convinced me over the phone and with him telling me he would only charge me a "few" dollars over cost for the parts and about 3 hours of labor to install them I gave the go ahead. I asked him to save the old struts so I could take a look at them when I picked up the car. When I got there he brought the old struts out and showed me, one strut had an oily substance leaking out of the seam, he pointed that out and said "it's really leaking bad since we removed it" I paid, left and called him as I was leaving the parking lot to tell him I knew it was impossible for the strut to be leaking like that. I've worked on cars my whole life and I'm not stupid. He quickly back tracked and said that the oil was from them needing to spray the strut with WD 40 to remove it. Oh, now you realize that?? Then I got home and checked the cost of the new struts they installed...I could get them for $80.00 each, they charged me $289.00 each. Needless to say that's not "a few dollars" over cost. So maybe go there for tires but be cautious when they call you and try to sell you repairs you may or may not need. I'll never go back. If they leave a reply saying they want me to contact them to work out a solution like they did on yelp. I have not heard back from them since I contacted the office. That prompted this review here on google.

It was fortuitous that a flat tire brought me to this center. Tom and Carlos took such good care of my Tesla that I will definitely be coming back. It helps that there's a nice bakery within walking distance that also serves nitro brew coffee.

I went for a tire, but I got out with a couple and a membership for my for life alignment. Thanks to the excellent service Gabriel gave us. He was great!

I stopped by super last minute and was in a time crunch. Kevon and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. The team ended up getting my issue resolved promptly. I was able to get everything taken care of during my lunch hour. Kevon also gave me some estimates on future work to consider getting done on my vehicle. The shop also has a really comfortable rest/waiting area with complimentary water/coffee so that was nice as well. Thank you for all of your help today!

The best customer service ever. Been going here for years, and no matter who I interact with it s always a good experience. They communicate clearly, give straight answers, and the whole team in general is generous and kind. One time, my side mirror fell off. They fixed it in 20 min for free!

So I have gone to them in the past with my q45 and they did an amazing job they helped fix what it needed and gave me an awesome price! Kevin (sales) and Carlos (technician) really listened and took care of my vehicle. I just brought in my sister in laws car for power steering work and once again they surpassed my expectations. The customer service was amazing as well as making sure they did the best work possible. If you are looking for a shop who will not lie to you or make you buy unnecessary repairs I would definitely take your vehicles here. Huge thanks to Kevin and Carlos for going above and beyond to give the best customer service as well as treating my car and my sister in laws car as if it was their own. Thanks guys yall are awesome!

Kevon was able to help order tire replacement for me at the best price. The job was done under 15 minutes. Carlos the mechanic was quick. These guys are professional and will help you with whatever you need.

Great place for auto pampering. Tom was very instrumental in taking care of me. He said what he would do and did what he said! Can't ask for anything more in this day and age! I highly recommend them their service people were very professional literally good eye contact smiling very hard to find good people these days! Not only were the prices excellent In fact cheaper than any other place that I've had quoted me on tires front end alignment and oil change told me that there were coupons for everything and was able to hook me up with some mail-in rebates just went over and beyond taking care of me!

I brought my truck in to this location to get worked on and it got done quickly. The manager Adam was so awesome and helpful through the whole process. He explained everything to me in detail and helped me understand what needed to be done. I will continue to go to this location for as long as Adam is working here.

4th time here... - just more excuses on why still not repaired properly, The First Time, I was here.! - horrible mistake coming here.. doubt part was even replaced.. may have to contact my credit card company .. don't come here, unless you want to come back every week, for THE SAME ISSUE.! HORRIBLE DECISION COMING HERE.. I should have went to the FIRESTONE a couple of blocks further down, you should too.. TRUST ME.- CONSIDER YOURSELVES WARNED. -

Very professional and will get you done on your appointment schedules. Had a nail in the side of my tire and took it in thinking I would have to buy a new tire . When I arrived i was told that I have a tire certificate for warranty and there's was no cost for a brand new tire.Honest people

I've got a lot to say about this place. My car got a flat tire recently and I was so stressed out about the possibility of having to buy new tires. I went in and spoke with Todd, he was very helpful and answered all my questions in a kind and respectful way. I really have not ever felt this comfortable in an auto shop because many times I've heard sexist remarks or people seem annoyed by the fact that I don't understand everything about how vehicles operate. I would definitely come backhere again just based on the level of respect I was shown and their willingness to help me quickly. Not to mention the fact I just came back from a 3000 mile road trip and the tire they patched for me had no issues whatsoever. I am so grateful for the guys at this shop and will be coming here when I do eventually need new tires. Thanks Todd!

I stopped by before a long road trip because the tires on our van were low. They were very quick to help and one of the guys there checked all the tires and filled them up with air. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I would recommend this place.

My husband and I were lucky enough to end up at So Cal Tires with a nail in our tire that was quickly fixed for free. We had just moved to California in 2019 and bought the used car so you could imagine our relief for saving some cash. Ever since then we ve done all our tire and oil changes with them. The staff is extremely attentive and professional. Thanks guys!

Went for tire and alignment. Person I contacted is Tom. He went extra mile to find the tire I wanted. Call me back and email me estimate. Did the price match no gimmicks no extra charges. Excellent job by mechanic and staff.

Called many other places before pulling the trigger to try this place out to get a tire change (as well as a new stud). The man I spoke to over the phone, Tristian, was very kind and provided me a quote without question (unlike many of the other places I contacted beforehand) and surprisingly it was cheaper than all the other places for what I needed! Other stores I called like American Tire Depot, Big O Tires, and Firestone gave me the old "Give me your number and I'll call you back" spiel (then never call back) or "What size are your tires" and then proceed to tell me that it's my rim size and that I am wrong, even when I know my tire size... You will not get that here. These guys (Tristian and Todd are who helped me) will tell you straight up what the cost will be, and if you choose to go with them, they will provide great service in a good environment. This is my new place to go for tire or service to my vehicle, and I can easily say that I left knowing that my money was well spent.

Seems this is the same owner but a new company now? If so I can t recommend them as they re shady and take on work they aren t familiar with and can t fix properly. I ve also had bad experiences with discount tire. They over torque lug nuts like they re gorillas. Next time you take your car home check with a torque wrench and you ll see. They broke studs off my Honda which never happens when torquing to 85 lb/ft.

Saturday at 5:30 pm, which was 3 hours past their closing time, I went in to ask about the problem with my a/c, Daniel helped me diagnose the problem in 15 min. He didn't charge me while other mechanics claimed they had to keep my car the entire day to figure out what the problem was.Daniel is very honest, he is master at what he is doing and he has great ethics.

I can t say enough great things about So Cal Tires. Everyone working there is amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable about all cars (including classics!) and are happy to explain and share their knowledge. We live all the way in San Pedro, but we plan on taking our cars to So Cal Tires from now on. Big shout out to Daniel, David, and Garrett! Thank y all so much again!!
