Don't waste your time they are crooks ripping off people on ebay! Owner thinks karma doesn't apply to him, I hope these continued bad reviews bankrupt him.

Have been dealing with them for the last three trucks I ve had. Nothing but perfect parts every time. I am local and even brought my 67 New Yorker down and they got my air bag system dialed in perfect.Read some of the other reviews and I don t really believe them. Every time I call they pick up right away.I recommend them just be clear with what you would like to order. As always if you don t know, ask!! Simple as that.

VERY BAD SERVICE. I should have listen to some other reviews and forum members before dealing with this place. No communication and SUPER SLOW SHIPPING. Then they sent me a box with stuff missing. Tried to send it back and reorder another kit for a customer, they cancelled my order and basically told me to go elsewhere! The owner, who calls himself The Wolf is super arrogant as others have pointed out. I ended up going to MAXTRAC. Super nice people, fast shipping and a nice kit.

Cool lil spot in brea, they are open to the public if anyone was wondering, the guy that helped me who's office was on the far right was super cool, I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and waited near a month with no order update or shipping info. No purchase confirmation or info was sent to me via email so I called crown suspension. Spoke with someone that calls himself "the wolf " and he said he was busy at a car show and couldn't help me with my order. He insisted that the confirmation email was sent to my junk mail box but when I tried to explain to him I checked all of my email boxes and didn't receive it he got irritated for no reason. He then said my order was out of stock. Nothing on their website said the items were out of stock and I never received anything saying this from crown suspension. I'll never purchase anything from crown suspension again.

Purchased a 2" rear lowering kit for my 2019 escalade.During the first attempt to send the package, UPS lost it. Crown made it right and promptly shipped me another package. Been running this kit for a few months now and I am super happy with it. Hard to tell its even lowered when you drive it which is exactly what I was going for. High quality parts, fitment was great, and customer service was top notch. Thank you Crown Suspension!

If I could give a worse review for this company I would. I was very excited about ordering a lowering kit for my Tahoe. In fact I bragged about how easy it was to order what I needed. The problem is that I didn't receive a receipt for my order. The day I ordered the kit nothing came through my email or my email junk folder. When I called the person on the phone he said sometimes it takes awhile. I gave it 24 hours and then I called back in to try and get a copy. I was met on the phone with an unnamed man that would not give me his name. I explained to him that I had not received a receipt and was requesting one. He stated that there was no way to get me one and that I would get one when the kit arrived to me. I asked again who I was speaking with and he said "what does it matter that he was the owner." I asked again if I could get a receipt and he would not provide one. I was told to check my credit card to use that as a receipt. What kind of coward wont give his name? What kind of dishonest company does not provide a receipt? He then canceled my order as if my money and order meant absolutely nothing. He then hung up on me. I called back again to get his name and he again refused to give it. I am not writing this to be difficult or to get something for free. It is not my intent to complain about the product. This is to solely warn you that there is probably fraud going on here. Not providing a product or receipt of goods upon request is fraud and that's what the owner of this company is providing through this type of ordering and verification through his site. Who buys something with no receipt? What a terrible way to conduct business. I have been in the auto industry for more than 28 years. I am not some kind of jerk that leaves terrible reviews. This is just to let you know that the owner of this company and or the employees of this company are frauds and to stay away from them. Feel free to reach out to me. You are a coward and a thief so I doubt you will. I will also be reporting you to the BBB and any other agency that looks into fraud matters....

Crown Suspension has zero business ethics; do some research for your own if you'd like. I ordered a product on Jun 11. Decided to go a different route so emailed them the same day (and tried to call them--no answer), asking for the order to be cancelled. They told me it would be cancelled, however an hour later it said it had shipped and they claimed they hadn't been able to get to it in time, but to refuse shipment for it to come back and they'd refund it. Once it returned, I didn't hear from them, nor receive a refund. I followed up letting it know it should be there after a couple of days, and I was met with "why did you return it?" Like we didn't have an involved conversation....then they claimed I had asked to swap it for another product, and told me I'd have to forgo shipping costs and pay a 20% restocking fee. This was 8 days ago, and Ive yet to hear a response. I want the full amount I was promised as it was there mistake.

Zero stars if possible. As others have said guy is rude as can be. Doesn't deserve a cent of our hard earned money. Hangs up you over a missing package that is his responsibility to the customer. Asks me what I've done about finding the package with ups before hanging up. Now having to dispute charges with credit card company and better business beuro. Do not but from this "guy" not even legit company. Just a crook.

STAY AWAY! I ordered a C-notch kit for a C10, and was initially excited about the product when it arrived. We quickly got to work measuring and cutting our perfect frame...and that's where the nightmare began. Not only were the brackets not uniform, but the bracket bends were not even close to matching the frame. What started out as a decent looking product, turned into several hours of additional fabrication to make them work. Several unreturned calls and emails later and we will never purchase from these guys again. It also turns out, they pulled this product off their site...so that pretty much sums it up. Absolute garbage!

Very poor customer service. Lifetime warranty is false. Listened to instructions and shackles crushed. Was told I need to buy new ones now.Was installing to manufactures specs with torque wrench, was told just tighten by hand.Not professional at allEDIT: Since I needed new bushings and Crown doesn't sell separate which i thought was odd. I ordered the CHEAPEST set of shackles off ebay and to my surprise (not really) they are identical to the CROWN. Jokers, liars and dishonest.

They sent me a coil spring spacer that was supposed to be specific to my truck , I installed perfectly ( I'm a certified mechanic), part broke . After researching part they send the same spacer out for many diff models of trucks, this is bad because a control arm on a f-150 is obviously different than a dakota(just one example). Coil spacer broke , company will not refund my money . Bad customer service ,cheap parts .

I am very sorry to be an inconvenience and take too long to place and order. With the way the economy is small BS companies like this one should be more then glad to spend a couple minutes to take an order. Not sure what the issue is with these guys but they always seem to have an attitude and an issue. I'll stick with BELLTECH, MCGAUGHYS, MAXTRAC and other companies that don't have an issue helping you out.

Jason was terrible at helping my situation, I installed a set of the 2 drop spindles for a 2003-2006 Silverado 2wd and they cracked under normal load torque specs. I reached out to them and the eBay seller in which they both pretty much told me they won t be able to do anything for me. BUYER BEWARE!!! Cheap materials and even worse customer service. Buy belltech or mcgauhys.

Do not buy from here unless you are sure. Returns arent worth it..the shipping costs form the buyer both to and from will eat any amount paid by the customer. Plus 20% is deducted ..i am furious people..its like i got robbed or something

They were rude to me over the phone and when I asked for a manager he said he was the owner. He was rude over the phone and hung up on me after saying to check their website for information. I would recommend avoiding such an unprofessional place.

98 gmc sierra spindles1st set they gave me was for a completely differrent generation truckWasted time driving back n forth2nd spindle set was for right year and cabBut doesnt fit upper ball jointTime is money and this place has cost me both.
