I have nothing but positive remarks about my recent experience with Crash Champions. Every person I came in contact with provided excellent service.Thelma greeted me when I walked in. She was so friendly and has a great sense of humor! An absolute gem.Edwin was very kind and patient. I'm sure he's heard it all before but he wasn't dismissive. He listened to all my concerns and kept me updated on the status of the repair.Now Kevin.... I never got to meet him but he deserves special recognition. I love my car but after the accident I was slightly embarrassed. I didn't focus on car care and it showed. Not only did he repair the damage but he made the my car better than before. He restored the vehicle and my pride in driving it.

Brought my SUV in after I was rear ended and they got her fixed quickly. Friendliest service I ve ever had at a repair shop. They were all very professional from start to finish. I am beyond happy with how my SUV looks after they fixed her up. Hopefully I don t have to be back here again but i will recommend them to others.

In the industry of auto repairs it is always an issue of who you can trust.I just wanted to thank Brandon and his staff for everything they have done for me.I had damages to my BMW - and the repairs were phenomenal.They kept me updated on the status of repairs, informed of my of the delays (the dealer was not providing them with the right part), and did a great job with making me feel important.This is a repair facility that you can trust, an old style shop that makes sure they take care of their customers.Thank you for helping me out

For the second time in three months, I was in need of auto body repair for our cars. I was stopped at a light in my newly purchased used 2020 Infiniti QX-60 when I was rear-ended in August and my daughter backed her new 2023 Mazda CX-5 into another car last week in our church parking lot. Both needed rear bumper replacements in addition to additional parts hidden behind the bumper. We received great customer service throughout the repair process on both cars. They were ready to be picked up sooner than we expected and both looked as good as new. I think my vehicle actually looked better than when I bought it just six months ago from the dealer. You would never know either vehicle had been in an accident. Both repair experiences were the best I have ever had at an auto body repair shop. Unfortunately for me, I have had more than my share of these repair experiences. There is no doubt where I will be having all future auto body repairs done. Crash Champions in Brea is the only auto body shop I will be using as long as I live in Orange County.Service: Painting

Worse shop I been to, I don t recommend you taking your vehicle here, It been over a year and I m still trying to get my car fixed back to its normal, this shop used 3rd party parts and parts never fit like they should and my inside of my seats had paint, car been having light issues as of todays date still.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Needed to repair my 2001 Toyota highlander front right bumper. Otilia at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Paul was a pleasure to work with, they kept me up to date on the repair process via texts. they were very covid savy, Paul wiped down the car handles steering wheel etc with wipes. Only took 4 days to fix and what a great job they did. Kudos to the shop workers, The Repair was like new, matched the paint perfectly and they also washed and vaccumed my car, made the tire rims sparkle, car has not looked that good in years. I absolutely love this location! Recently, someone revered into my parked car overnight and damaged the front bumper, and lifted the hood of my vehicle. After dealing with the insurance, I chose to bring my car to Crash Champions in Brea, which was the best decision! I am beyond grateful for the team. The reception was amazingly sweet; they kept me updated daily, did a phenomenal job on my car, and finished before the original pick-up date! They all went above and beyond from the receptionist, to the people working on the car, to the manager. They kept me informed and updated on my repairs and when I got my car back earlier than expected, my car looked brand new again. I highly recommend Crash Champions!

This was my first time using Crash Champions in Brea. It was a great experience from start to finish. You couldn t even tell that the repairs were done. It was that immaculate. They do good work. I would highly recommend this place. They are always in contact with you concerning your car making sure you are updated and informed, they got my car done in plenty of time actually ahead of when I expected. The customer service was great while there and they even did an extra courtesy wash on my vehicle! Great place

I had to deal with a lot with this insurance myself. As soon as it was in Armando hands here at Pacific Elite it was out of my hand! Not only did they do a fabulous job on my car they made everything so easy. I know this is a new business in brea but you should check them out. I know there is a lot of auto body places in brea but this is the one I picked and was very happy with it. Hope I don t get hit again but I know where I ll go if I do! From the front office staff to the dude in the back desk everyone was very nice and welcoming. They offered water of coffee. Nice inside with a restroom and a place to view the work being done. Even my car didn t even have a mile on it.

Being a business owner I look for great service altogether. This place exceeded my expectations. My car repair has zero flaws and the lady at the front desk along with the customer service representative were very welcoming and friendly. I have already recommended this place to clients and family.

Did a decent job on the damage repairs but reinstalled my tonneau cover incorrectly causing it to be completely destroyed by wind within a week of them putting it on and refused to make it right. They weaseled out of it by stating that it was already missing a bracket when they got it which is true but it wasn't structurally necessary and was fine for years. These guys reinstalled it with the missing bracket in the spot where it is structurally necessary to have a bracket and left the rail loose and flopping around causing it to break and bend. They say because I didn't specify how to reinstall the cover that its not their fault, but it doesn't take a genius to tell that it was super loose and not right the way they put it back on. Hate to give bad reviews but I really feel like it was a relatively cheap part and if they refused to make this right I can imagine how it will be if something serious comes up. wouldn't recommend.Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle had not been even touched they were waiting for authorization signature for me all the while they needed to negotiate with my insurance. They said they're looking at two weeks before they can do the maintenance work they were contracted to do by my insurance company.
