Don t go anywhere else. Period. I called multiple shops to mount and balance my new wheels for my truck. Not only was this shop the most reasonable and honest shop, But had the fairest prices as well. Jay helped me out and I couldn t be happier with the results. If they offer a service they can help you out with, I cannot recommend them enough. I m sending all friends and family here.

I have had some tire problems the last 2 months. The guys here were awesome somehow I keep finding things to run over or huge potholes that keep bringing me back! This last go around I had the tire insurance or warranty on my new tires from the last visit, which worked out great! I needed to get in and out quickly to not miss a flight. They were beyond accommodating! Thanks for everything and hope to stop seeing you guys for a little bit

Really great service! But get there early, nice to see a business that is so busy and the staff is so friendly!!! Fast rotation, feel safer in our car that has 96,000+ miles!

Customer service, polite and professional and trustworthy! First time taking my car for low air tire pressure and getting it taken care of without any payment! I will continue to take my car there for service and repairs. They have great reviews!

Always kind and always professional. I never feel like they re taking me for a ride, and they re really responsive and straightforward. Their free tire checks and plugs keep me coming back for when I need actual tires. But even then the prices are great. I don t think I ve met a friendlier auto shop.

Thank you Justin! Thank you Frank!Took my girlfriends car in yesterday with a pulsating brake pedal and loud noise from the front end. They had the problem diagnosed, new parts delivered and the car fixed in a matter of hours. Ended up installing new rotors and brake pads. Super quick turnaround, knowledgeable mechanic and friendly service. Felt like I was spending time with friends rather than conducting business in a shop. I will continue to choose this shop and go here whenever I need help. You're the best, thank you!

Got oil change but not sure I was credited for bring my own oil Total was $69. Good quality work but very good mechanics. There was no wait soon after the shop opened.

Long time customer of Just Tires on Imperial but they won t repair tires that are perfectly fixable.Community Tires is honest, quick and efficient. They do quality work and my new go to local tire shop.

I have been coming to Community Tires for over 15 years. They are always extremely professional and helpful. While I was waiting for my car to be completed, a new customer was sitting with me and she was nervous that they would tell her they found all kinds of problems with her car when she only came in for one issue. I smiled because in all the years I've been coming here, I've never had that experience but certainly related to why she was concerned. A few minutes later her car was ready and she was happy to find there was no reason to anticipate any "extra" charges. This team is top shelf and I would gladly recommend them to everyone I know!

First off. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Dennis performed the repairs on my Mazda MX-5 and the work was done perfectly.The price was fair and the repairs were completed in a timely manner.They even rebalanced my wheels at my request as the previous shop had done it incorrectly and didn t charge me for the favor. My new go to shop.

I found this shop online yesterday and saw great reviews. I decided to come here for a quick screw on my tire fix and they had me out the door in less than 30 minutes, free of charge!! I will definitely be back here with my vehicle for maintenance as they were also extremely nice. Thank you guys!

I ran over a piece of metal on my way to work this week. The right rear tire went completely flat by the time I could remove the 2-inch piece of metal from the tire. I tried to pump up the tire but to no avail. I called roadside assistance. They arrived about an hour later. After removing my damaged tire, they installed my spare donut tire, threw the flat tire in the back of my vehicle. I assumed I would need a new tire to replace the damaged one, but Evan at Community Tire & Auto said they would check it out and let me know within the hour. Right on schedule, he called an hour later to tell me they had repaired the tire and I could return to the shop to have it installed. I was unable to return that afternoon but went the following day during my lunch hour. They installed the repaired tire in less than 8 minutes and put the spare donut tire back in it's place. To my surprise, Evan handed me an invoice with a balance due of $0.00. Their service was not only professional and timely, but to do the work for no charge for a customer who had never been to their shop was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I have been to other tire repair shops but have never received such outstanding service. Community Tire & Auto Service in Brea will be my go to tire repair shop from now on. They also gave me a free tire rotation to use in the future. Unbelievable service at a price that can't be beat.

Friendly, fast and neighborly! I went in with a low tire, car had picked up a nail. They were busy, but got the car in quickly and fixed it free of charge! These guys are great!

I researched them in Google and looked at their customers reviews. I found 913 customers who gave them 5 reviews. This is unbelievable number days. I decided to check them out. Their pricing was reasonable. They treat customers on first comes first served basis. They finished the job at their predicted time. There was nothing better than meeting commitments.They will be my only mechanics from now on.

Had a flat tire that I had to change on the freeway took it to community tire and they repaired it at no charge! So fast and what an awesome service! Highly recommend using them. My wife had recently replaced her tires there and had a great experience.

Went in for patching tire, because nail got stuck (2/13/2024; 8am)W/O appointment they were pretty fast...and I didn't expected to be free...I was very surprised.(thankful T^T)They were very friendly and did not sell me on any service like some other places I've been to.I would recommend this place %THANK YOU ^-^b

I ran over a nail and my tire was going flat. I went to Community Tire in Brea because it was close to where I was. Had never been there before but would definitely go back. They repaired my tire for free! I also got some new windshield wipers that I needed. Excellent customer service!

Always bring my cars to Community Tires. This time my suv had a mystery ailment the techs worked their way through all the systems, turns out it was an electrical controller that needed to be reset. They could have easily said the controller needed to replaced and charged me a fortune and I wouldn't know the difference, instead it was only 250$. really appreciate their Honesty.
