Charlie and Mike are the best! My family has been loyal customers, taking our Chrylser, Ford, Lexus and Mercedes Benz to them for over a decade. They have nearly a century of combined experience and do quality work no matter the car or job. Additionally for our Mercedes Benz, they truly know what they are doing, being sure to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. I know because we used to take our cars to Firestone and they not only failed to perform proper service on it, but forgot to disable the automatic break calibration system and broke several other components while replacing my breaks.If you want your car to last, and you want the job done right, don't mess around and trust the professionals at Charlie's auto tech!

I had an AC issue and the part to be replaced was behind the dash. This was the only mechanic in the area that was willing to take on the problem because it required a lot of labor. They fixed it in a very reasonable amount of time and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this place.

Had a really great experience with Mike yesterday and today you can really tell these guys take it very seriously especially since he told me he took notes about my car before I even got to give him it so that was awesome. Super friendly also was very good on telling me other stuff about my car to, and it wasn t even pricey, so overall it was an awesome experience this will and only will be now the only place I go to and only place I ll recommend to friends and family for a mechanic.

Charlie's Auto Tech is absolutely the most ethical car repair shop I've ever been to. Charlie's son helped me and he was so professional and courteous. He truly knows his car knowledge and he told us exactly what our Tacoma needed and what it didn't need. They are honest, which is a rare find in this world. They are nice, fast and courteous. Plus the work was done excellently. I am grateful I was recommended to them.

Honest and fair. I've taken my car to them for years now. Thought I needed a brake job one time and he told me to come back in 10000 miles because I didn't need it! They never try to upsell or make you get anything you don't need. Mike and Charlie are my mechanics for life and I'm so glad I stumbled upon them! Update: today I went back to have my charging system and brakes checked. Mike took a look and had me on my way in minutes. We've had a few of our cars serviced by him and always come out feeling confident that the job was done right and at a fair price. Great family business honest and fast ! I had been taking my moms car to another auto mechanic and spent lots of time and money there and the car still had issues . I was referred to Charlies auto tech by a coworker and they were able to find the cause of all the issues. I was quoted an amount and that s what I paid not a cent more. The car has been running great! Highly recommend Charlie auto Tach !

Michael is a great guy and goes out of his way to take care of you. Fast response and keeps you posted on your repair. Honest and doesn't try to upsell you--if you don't need a certain service/replacement, he will let you know. He's as detailed as you want him to be to explain the needed repair and will show you the replaced part in question as well.

Professionally and promptly handled the repair work on my car. I reached out to them on Yelp and they gave me a quote and an estimate on time and followed through exactly as promised. Excellent work from these guys. Thanks Mike and Charlie!

On multiple occasions, Mike has gone above and beyond to solve my issues with both my truck, car and even my boat. His energy, passion and desire make Charlie's an amazing place to take your vehicle with peace of mind knowing that they will do what it takes to resolve any mechanical challenges. I wasn't able to start my truck the other day so I called AAA. They replaced my battery before, about 2 years ago, so I was hoping to get the battery replaced under warranty. Since I am no longer a member, the AAA agent said she was unable to verify the warrnaty info. I was then forwarded to a local towing company that charged $45 just to come out.After that runaround, I called my current insurance company and was told they could tow me to a local shop for free. A co-worker had some work done at Charlie's and gave them a call instead of waiting for a tow that could take up to an hour. Being down the street from my work, Mike the mechanic rolled up within 10 minutes. He changed the battery out like a Nascar pro and I was on the road within 5 minutes.It was incredibly awesome of Charlie's Auto Tech to assist a driver in need like that. Mike was extremely nice and completely went out of his way to help this damsel in distress. I totally recommend this shop for going above and beyond.

They sell and mount tires now. Got tires for my trailer and my parents jaguar fixed. Decent prices

Nice, reputable mechanic. He wasn't able to do the work needed for my vehicle, was honest about it and didn't charge me for the diagnosis work done. I'll be taking another one of my cars to look at in the future.

I thought I had a great find here until I spent over $4,000 to have one of our work vans repaired here.. After this exorbitant expense the van has the exact same symptoms and I'm told " we don't know what to tell you..."
