Been here for the first time to fix iPhone screen. They were super friendly and nice. Their price were better than other locations I checked. I highly recommend this place. Also the store smells very good :)

Jackie was very helpful. My phones charging port wasn t connecting and rather than charging me $45 to put a new one in, she cleaned it out for free! Will definitely be coming back for more repairs and accessories and I recommend you send your people here too.

When the charging port on my Samsung S5 needed to be replaced I looked for repair place. I decided to do it while I was at the Brea Mall, but none of the shops would accept the job. I called CellSpot Cell Phone Repair. Jackie was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful on the phone assuring they could take care of the repair. And she was right. They did a great fix quickly at a great price.

They are not only good at what they do but prompt. He told me it would take a 1/2 hour to fix my phone and it was ready in a 1/2 hour. Miguel knows his stuff and takes pride in what he does. I recommend them highly.

Great cell phone repair in Brea, this guys where able to fix my iphone 8 screen crack in less than 30min, apple store was gonna take more time. Really recommend this place.

My wife dropped her iPhone 7 On blacktop and we couldn't see a thing . I took it into Nexcell and they took care of me in about 30 minutes screen was like new and my wife was exceptionally happy. Will def be coming back hopefully not soon ahah

I went on Saturday at 2 pm to puck up a Wish order and it was closed. The info Wish sent me as well as the info at the CellSpot door says open Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm. The "open" sign was on, but doors were locked.

This place is a lifesaver my boyfriend broke his new iPhone and didn t want to make a trip to apple store we found this place nearby and they fixed it in no time . Great customer service I hope I m not back soon haha . Thanks Nexcell
