Ryan has made the experience pleasurable and fast each time I had to make a visit. Ryan also exhibits good customer service and didn t leave me feeling judged. I appreciate that the most. Couldn t recommend this shop more.

Every time I come here Anthony is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He also gets me in and out as soon as possible which I greatly appreciate. Today I m having my interlock removed, but all in all the service with Anthony was amazing.

Anthony was a massive help not only did he make the whole process a lot easier, with very applicable, was able to calm the anxiety I had. Overall Anthony did an excellent job and I hope this review will not only positively affects his employment but man should get a raise or some sort of compensation for the excellent service he has provided me.

Justin did a great job servicing my interlock device. Only took about 15 min. Also Ryan was very flexible in switching my appointment time last minute. I highly recommend these guys and this company, thank you

The company as a whole is very professional. They go over and beyound every time we have had an emergency. The support staff is quick and very helpful. It s easy to set up appointments. And this is hands down the most affordable interlock device from LA to San Diego. Shout out to Ryan thank you so much for making us feel like family. You re all a hard working bunch and it definitely shows.

We had an appointment for an interlock device to be installed and we arrived on time for it, but when we arrived at the install location, the place was locked up and no one was there. We called the business number and were told that they had to step out, but they would be back shortly. We shrugged it off, because we understand things happen from time to time.When the installer eventually arrived and let us in, he explained that the install process would likely take him 45-60 minutes based on the type of car we have; 3 hours later we were still waiting for him to finish. I didn t go out to check on him per se, but he did mention to us that another customer had popped in while he was working on our vehicle that he had to tend to...during our appointed install time. Again, I let it go, because I try to be a patient and understanding person. However, it was frustrating that whomever that person was wasn t required to wait until he had finished with our appointment.All of that I would have never reported had it not been for my experience today at the DMV to deliver the paperwork we were given. I just spent over 4 hours waiting through all the pandemic protocols for the DMV only to find out that Sacramento will not accept our paperwork...because he wrote the vehicle information on the wrong section of the form! Mind you, this gentleman spent a few minutes explaining to us the importance of this form, how we need to not bend, damage, or alter it, and how picky the DMV is about it only to fill it out wrong himself.After the debacle at the DMV I began calling and was hardly able to get in contact with an actual person. At one point after trying all the different options on the automated answering service, someone answered the phone, I very calmly explained what happened, they told me they were placing me on hold to see what they could do to help, and that dumped me back into their voicemail. I left a message and was not able to get anyone on the phone after that.As I was writing this review the installer called me and asked me what I needed. I explained that the form I was given was rejected by the DMV and that I needed a correct form filled out. He told me he was out in Irwindale and asked if I wanted to drive out to him to get a new one...my install was done in Brea. After explaining to him that was unacceptable for me to have to drive all the way there for him to fix his mistake, his response was that he couldn t wave a magic wand to fix the problem.I am now having to drive to meet him halfway between where he is and where I am to get a correct form, so that I can get back to the DMV and hopefully get my license taken care of. Between the wasted time at the DMV, the excess installation time, having to drive to meet him, and then go BACK to the DMV again, I have lost an entire day over all this.This is completely unprofessional to treat your customers this way; especially when the problem is 100% not my fault. To top it off the lackadaisical and sarcastic response to being expected to fix the problem is pretty unbelievable. I would not only never recommend this company to anyone, but I would also strongly recommend that people seek any other option before taking their business here.

Justin has been SO incredibly helpful since I have had my breathalyzer in my car. I ve had for 6 months and every time I schedule and appointment or if I am late I call him when I am freaking out and he just laughs and says he doesn t mind waiting. He s really sweet and quick with the appointments, they normally average around 10 minutes. Thank you for your patience and help Justin!!!

I want to thank Anthony and Justin for their time and knowledge. Anthony just installed my interlock and was super easy-going and patient with my questions. See you guys every 60 days until I'm able to have the interlock removed!

I went today to have a breathalyzer installed in my truck ,and since ive done it before didnt know what to expect...Erik was very friendly n professional, not only did he install breathalyzer promptly, he answered any question i had, but he let me practice getting used to using breathalyzer as i was a little nervous..but Erik made quite at ease after a few practice trys had it down its also one of the reasonably priced !

Came to this place very helpful not far from home Justin and Ryan are very helpful and nice ..easy they explain everything well and trying to get you in and out as quick as possible...never have any issues and if I do they very helpful and take care of it right away ...I recommend this place no need to find somewhere else to go pick up the phone and give them a call your won t be disappointed!!!

I have an IID installed in my car and i just happened to lock my car out but I called them and Justin helped me out he was friendly and reset my device less than 5 mins very nice people here and there quick thanks Justin and also Ryan for your guys service

Anthony from Cali iid at the Brea Location was very thorough and professional with his knowledge and understanding of the installation process as well as to explaining to me how the device works making sure I was prepared and comfortable with using the interlock device before I drove off the lot. I highly recommend anyone in the same situation as I to get California IID interlock device installed especially at the Brea branch.
