Service is great. all the staff are friendly and happy to help.Tony very helpful and professional.I was in a car accident my car was damaged and dented on the driver's side.After they repaired. My car came out like new I would recommend to any one who need a car repair.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are great, Rick was the one who initially helped me out and Pedro, the manager, was a pleasure to talk to. My car was in and out at a reasonable time! Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Caliber Collision for you vehicle repair needs! The customer service, communication and repairs exceeded our expectations. We were even pleasantly surprised to get our vehicle back early and spotlessly cleaned. We are grateful for their service!

I got a call when my car been repaired done on Friday at 3:30pm and they told me that I can come and pick my car up and when I asked them what time you guys close they said 5:30pm and we close on weekends so you have to pick it up on Monday if you can't today, but we actually told the insurance that the car done and ready for pickup and they said you probably gonna pay for your car rental because we told the insurance company that the car done and once we told them that they are not gonna continue paying for your rental!!! So I'm really don't know how they did that, they even didn't tell me a day before or something or at least on Friday morning so I can make it. Was first and last time to go to that sucks body shop.

After calling several shops and looking at reviews I decided to take my car to caliber Brea office, since the initial contact Veronica made me feel confident that I had chosen the right shop, after I met with Shawn I knew my car was in good hands, he displayed ample knowledge, professionalism and excellent customer service, he kept me informed step by step of the process, went the extra mile to produce and high quality results, my car looks like nothing happened, looks like new my wife and I were very impressed with the way the car looked when was delivered to us, clean, shiny better than new, thanks Shawn and the Caliber Brea team for all your help.

This place is the best!!!My 2005 Corvette was hit on the freeway the end of November and they did a fantastic job bringing her back to me... fast forward 4 months and I got sideswiped again!Big shout out to Brad Cermak and the rest of team, they are Magicians at making the damage go away.There are very few shops that are certified to work on Corvettes, I am so blessed to have found this group....but I really hope I dont have to visit them again anytime soon!

The staff here was awesome and they do amazing work. Not only did the fix the side swipe on my car, they made it look brand new. If I need body work done on my car again, I am coming here.

Caliber Collison is the best repair shop I've worked with! I have had the opportunity to work with them multiple times and their work is always perfect, their customer service is awesome. I was the victim of a hit and run and I chose them based upon a list of preferred vendors from my insurance company. Lorena at the front desk is wonderful! She's nice and informative and just pleasant to be around. Rick was my point of contact for my vehicle and he always kept me updated and answered any and all of my questions. If I ever have damage to my vehicle again, this is the place I would go.

I have trusted Brea Caliber Collision Center since the first time they fixed my car back 2019 from a previous collision of no fault of my own again. Where Bradley Cermak was wonderful. They did such a great job they impressed me so much that I knew I would use them if need it in the future. Again I am extremely satisfied with their customer service and their work. Tony Jin was my representative, he was very courteous, kept me informed on the status of the car and would always took my calls, and walked me to inspect the repairs. The receptionist greated me, checked me in and close me out on 8-17-2023 with super professionalism. The entire staff always said hello, very friendly atmosphere and this Caliber Collision Center is well maintained and clean.

Was not fixed correctly, the fender is wavy, very disappointed.Emailed the email address and was returned undeliverableDo not use this companyWent to another shop and they had to fix everything again and replace the bumper with the correct one.If you want to avoid a headache, avoid this company.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Was pleased with the customer service and timeliness of the repair. My only critique is that the lights replaced should have been checked more thoroughly. I had to return to get it fixed. Luckily the staff was very courteous and fixed it immediately. Their collaboration with Enterprise made the process much easier.

Caliber Collision is a great repair shop. Brought my car in and they did a fantastic job in repairing it. Communication was great, I never had to call them to inquire about my vehicle. They kept me updated through text messages. I was very happy with the repair and they had my vehicle to me in the time they promised. The Caliber Collision staff was very professional, welcoming, and friendly. The facility is always clean and comfortable. They were up front about cost and expectations for parts and labor. Throughout the whole process, they kept me up to date on what was happening to my car and what stage of the process it was in. This is my second time using Caliber Collision in Brea because they did such a fantastic job before when I was hit by another driver. Very impressed with the final product of the repair on my car. Friendly staff, very easy to work with. Took the time to communicate with me frequently and often. Car looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside of my car, which is well beyond anything I expected. Thank you Brea Caliber Collisions.

I had 2 light bumper bang-ups that I needed repaired. The appraisal estimate Brad prepared was very reasonable, and he estimated 1.5 - 2 weeks to complete the work. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They kept me informed about their progress through texts. When I picked up my car it was beautiful! Not only did they make indiscernable repairs, but they washed and cleaned even the inside of my car. If I ever need body repairs to my car, I'll go to Caliber in Brea! I'm also recommending them to my friends.

I brought my truck here to get repaired for front end damnage. The bumper was dented and paint was missing. The plastic trim was also ruined. When I brought my truck for an evaluation, Brad and Lorena assited me, they were both very easy to talk to. Brad let me know what the repairs would look like and how much time they would need. He was spot on and super helpful. He was able to get my the parts I needed and make my truck look brand new again. They both kept me updated and were very attentive throughout the process. I didn't have to do too much work even when it came to secure a rental as they have a great working relationship with Enterprise, my rental was delieved to the shop and when my repairs were competed, I was able to drop off my rental there with them. Overall, I highly recommend them for all your repair needs. I will be going to them should I need repairs in the future! Thanks Brad!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

5 stars for Lorena, she was awesome. Can't say the same for my advisor. Never let me know what's going on ahead of time, had to call for updates every time and messages ignored. Bad bubbling paint job and was told that area wasn't covered. Really?! You painted that area and your not liable? 2 weeks I patiently waited and the guy tells me that's the best they can do and I should come back on Memorial Day? Are you even open, thought that area wasn't covered.

A final notice survey from caliber collision. I am uncomfortable being forced to leave this survey when my car is not completed correctly. I'm leaving a two-star at this time. If Caliber Collision can get my car in and get the paint completed correctly and the outside door trim on then I will come back in and redo this survey. Poor paint work & few parts were missing from the vehicle. the person who was in charge for repair forced me to take car even before it is fixed( he stated the vehicle is drivable ohhhh you can take the car will contact you once the parts arrive .

Calibur Collision Brea is awesome! My sunroof was jammed open. They were able to fix the jam quickly, and they went the extra mile to detail my car! I was treated as a valuable customer throughout, even though my problem was small. They provided updates on the progress regularly. I really felt respected, and am thrilled with how it turned out! Many thanks goes out to the team at Caliber Collision of repairing my 2010 Prius. From Lorena at the front desk to Bradley who is the service advisor. I was constantly updated on the progress of the repairs and my car was done early than the promised date. My car was damaged on the left front and was completely looking new again. Liked place although stopped in for repair estimate. Have not seen finished repairs. Simply judging by the appearance and staff cordial treatment of us as customers. Also, was easily accessible by bus and walking. Nice, not busy as it appears service reps receive assignment sheets from the insurance company to make estimates. After which appointments are scheduled and repair estimates are sent
