Went there last week to get a quote on repainting my car. Jim was super thorough and gave me several different options and things to consider. Given the age of the car and the short time I plan to keep it, he suggested an alternative shop that might be a better fit and more in line with my budget. I appreciate his honesty. My husband has used their shop many times and we will continue to use them as our first stop for any needed repairs on our cars.

The entire squad at Brea Auto body took care of me. They worked with statefarm insurance (who was very unhelpful) to help get me the proper disbursement for the damage incurred. Great communication, and real effort to make sure all of the best parts were found for my classic truck

Brea Auto Body is a first class family run business. I ve been detailing cars as a hobby for many years and the work I ve had done on two separate occasions has been flawless and completed timely. The staff is also very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Recently took my son's Chrysler 300 that was hit on the driver's side. They replaced the rear door and quarter panel and repaired other things. It was supposed to be ready on a Friday, but Alan called and said the paint wasn't a perfect match so it would take a few more days. I didn't see that as an inconvenience, I saw that as someone wanting to do a perfect job. And it came out perfect. I would recommend them if you want a "Great" job. They communicated with us throughout the whole process. If I ever have another accident (God Fobid) I'll be going back. Thank you everyone at Brea Auto Body for the outstanding work!

Brea Auto Body did a great job fixing my wife's car. This is the fourth time in the last 20 years I've had need of their services. Staff was friendly and very professional. Damage was major; they basically had to cut off the last foot of the car body and weld a new one on, then straighten the fenders and put on a new trunk lid and rear bumper. Afterwards everything fit together perfectly without any issues - a first rate job. And the paint matches perfectly with the rest of the car.Services: Painting, Wheel alignment, Welding

I ve had Brea autobody work on two cars over the years, both with moderate damage over 2 panels, including trim, that needed to be fixed and paint-matched. The first was a lease and the work was so clean that it wasn t assessed against me in the lease return. The second was done about 5 years ago and to this day, the body work and the paint color and finish are flawless. I ve seen other work they have done, and it s been consistently high-end.They are very courteous people, and the work was done quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone regardless of the car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you have auto body damage, definitely take it here. We had a collision the day before Thanksgiving and Virginia and her team were unbelievably courteous and responsive. I was visiting my mom's house in Brea when it happened.They fixed everything, beautifully, at a super low price and same day. We thought Thanksgiving was ruined but they saved the day! Seriously really nice people and really good at what they do. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I have had services at this location several times over the past 10 years. Every single time they have been nothing but helpful, courteous, and professional. Anytime I had any questions or concerns regarding any body work they worked with me to let me know what my options were. Every time I got my car back it looked just like new, from paint scratches to knocked off side mirrors, they do great work. I even had an incident when I had an emergency, called Brea Auto Body and they helped me take care of it, they got me set up with a rental within a reasonable time so I could get to work in a timely manner. If I need a auto body shop I will continue to go to this shop.

Had a recent inside door handle break on our company vehicle The took no time in finding the parts and it was ready for pick up in less than 2 days The are so fair and honest that I always refer family and friends to this family/woman owned shop. Awesome customer service and repair work. Our 15 yr old car was repaired after someone backed into passenger door. We couldn t even open door before. Both Jim and Virgina were such a pleasure to work with. They took care of coordination with insurance company and got them to replace needed items that weren t included on their quote. Will be telling all of our friends about this awesome company. Feel like I have a new car!

Just picked up my car after a great job of Virginia and her team replacing my front bumper on my 2017 Honda Accord. It's like new! The customer service throughout from the beginning to the final return of my car was exceptional. I was given every opportunity for feedback and they even sent me home with some helpful reminders for me in the event of another accident. I totally recommend them to anyone who is looking for the very best in a Brea auto body repair service. It's easy to see how they've been so successful and number 1 for so many years.... John

I took my car in after getting rear ended. Jim was thorough in his initial estimate, unlike the collision repair shop that was contracted with the other party's insurance company that barely even glanced at my car. You could tell they take the time to do the repairs well as the whole car looked light years better than it did before I ever had the accident. They try to use OEM parts as much as possible to truly restore the car to its former state. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again in the future (although I really hope I don't need to).Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim, Welding

We were desperate out-of-towners visiting the area for less than one week. We needed help, and needed it fast! On Monday morning we limped in for a miracle, so we could get back on the road, safely. Jim and Virginia took great care of us and gave us the temporary fix we needed. We would have loved for them to permanently fix the car, as the quote was reasonable, but time was not on our side. Professionalism, knowledge and such a willingness to help us, is such a treat in these crazy times in which we live. Can t imagine anyone else who could have helped us better than they did.Service: Body & Trim

Work done on my 2019 Lexus was very good. It took almost a month to get a rear ended, but not a serious(?) damaged car. They said it's because of the delicate job with sensors and hidden devices.While doing this extended repair work, the communication from the shop was not enough.---------------------------------I visited again to fix a couple of minor things. They worked promptly as a warranty service and very responsive to make calls.

So so so grateful to Brea Auto Body. A gate closed on the left side of my car, twisting my side view mirror in the wrong direction and causing body damage. As soon as I got in the office, the woman at the front realized I'm very pregnant (36 weeks). She immediately realized that leaving my car in the shop for a few weeks right now would be tough and scary, but I can't drive without a side view mirror. She asked one the guys if he could fix it temporarily and he'd tried and DID!! They wouldn't let me pay for it and just said, Merry Christmas. They also advised me that the full repair, when I'm ready to do it, will be costly and I should consider going through insurance. I am SO grateful to them. Thank you!!!!!

I have never trusted anyone in the auto repair industry...that's UNTIL I brought my car to Brea Auto Body!!I have taken my car their for repairs twice and I will continue to take my car there as long as they are in business! If I ever move to another state and my car needs repairs, I will drive or have my car shipped here for the repairs.Lets start with Mark Longo. I have never trusted anyone with my car like I have trusted Mark. His knowledge and professionalism is world-class. He kept me abreast of the repairs throughout the whole process from start to finish.If you are used to taking your car somewhere and being pressured into service, I can assure you it is not like that here. You'll never feel pressured, you'll never feel stressed, and you'll never feel as though you are being taken advantage of.That leads me to the office staff...hands down some of the nicest most capable people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. John gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off and was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Wendy was bright, cheerful, and professional each time she called with an update, and the owner was more than generous when I picked up my car.Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of taking your car anywhere else...Brea Auto Body is the ONLY place to take your car if it needs repair work done. Period.Thanks for the great service guys and gals! While I hope I don't need to return back with car damage anytime soon, I am happy to know that if my car is damaged, I somewhere I trust to take it for the repairs!

Jim and Virginia made me feel at home. Jim discussed everything with me. Jim brought me back to his computer/desk and completely gave a honest diagnosis and repair.
