Mauro and Ismael made my day! They treat your car like if it was theres. With care and delicacy. Not only was he cheerful with great attitude, he addressed my concern and informed me on how the prime package will benefit my needs. Amazing service , great people all around , please come to this location you won t regret. Plus they really dry the entire car, thank you Ismael for treating my car like if it was yours!

A person w/ the unlimited package can go through more than once/day. 4 stars because there are 5 self vacuuming stations. I only had to wait once & i usually go once/week. All personnel have been nice.

I traveled about 21 miles to get to this location but it was absolutely worth it. By far i have tried the one in Aliso Viejo (no free vacuum on site) and Placentia but this is the best location i have ever been. They even hand you a dash board wipe which i haven't experienced in the other 2 locations.There wasn't as much soap suds left when the wash was finished unlike in Aliso Viejo where I had to dry it out myself otherwise it would stain the car's paint and windows.I hope you guys would open a location in Irvine inside the Von Karman shopping area where Walmart and Seafood City is or somewhere in Newport Beach. That way I wouldn't have to drive 20 miles to get to one of your locations and keep my membership active.

The subscription just MAKES financial sense. Everything at this location is brand new! Bliss team is always there to help dry at the very end, too.

The roller at the end is dirty, and it's happened more than once.. I've said something and he rudely said to me , "well , no one else is complaining." Bad customer service. When you try to call the 800 number , it rings, and puts you in hold for 10 min then hangs up.Suffice to say, I have cancelled membership and went over to Brea Car Wash.

Relatively small car wash, about the size of a regular gas station car wash although they do offer more "premium" choices, like Armor All paint conditioner and carnauba wax. For the size of the wash it is very expensive. They are running a deal right now where you buy a wash and get a month of washes free, which would make the car wash more worth it. However, there are only 5 vacuum spots and the vacuums are very underpowered, and the spots are very cramped.

Its okay. Doesnt clean bird poo or bug guts off completly. Removes light grim & dust.Staff are nice.Washes have 3 prices & monthly wash passes. They spot dry your veichle as u exit auto wash, but take a towel with you to complete the dry at the self vacuum station.

Best car wash ever! Slightly more expensive than the competitors, but worth every penny. Way better than the one down the street on Placentia & Chapman. The employees are very nice, they hand dry the vehicle, and it s overall a very pleasant experience. I have the membership with the ceramic coating and it makes my car look great. I have a black car and it s very hard to maintain. With bliss car wash, it always makes my car look brand new! I love them, especially the Brea location, every employee is super nice! I will attach a picture of how dirty my car looked before and how it looked after only one wash! I will definitely be a lifetime customer.

Today I had a terrible experience at Bliss carwash. When I first got on to the conveyor belt the employee with the scrub brush hit my windshield so hard it cracked! As soon as I got through the wash I informed the staff and filed an Incident report. I informed them I was concerned about the 7 day wait for a reply as it's illegal to drive with a cracked windshield, then headed home. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the "head of the claims department" within an hour. That is until, he informed me that he was only calling to let me know "Bliss does not cover windshield damage, there is a disclaimer". I told him I understood that damage that occurred inside the wash would not be covered, but one of the employees caused the damage by physically hitting my vehicle. He responded "I don't care how the damage happened, we don't cover windshields. If you have any problem with that have your insurance company contact Bliss". Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received, especially considering I pay for their highest available monthly membership. Needless to say I will be cancelling my membership, and I recommend you do the same.

We bought a membership to this car wash excited to support a local business. Unfortunately, one of our visits to this car wash was very unpleasant when we found a broken and mangled piece of our car damaged. When we tried to explain to the man working by the name of Dennis Shutts over the phone what had happened he screamed and yelled at my poor Mother hung up on her and acted in a very unprofessional manor. He blamed us for the damage to our car and refused to help us at all. I couldn't believe how horrible he treated a paying customer (and elderly woman)and refused to let us speak to his manager. Think twice before having your car washed here.

The price seems reasonable. I appreciate having a clean car and I appreciate hubby not being grumpy about car needing a wash. They help dry the windows. Vacuum works well. I have purchased the monthly package: unlimited washes.

Few issues, I have to fold mirrors before getting in to the wash otherwise they get pushed far back on the opposite side. Seems like it s more suitable for passenger cars.Secondly, their coupon sometimes doesn t work and recently they raised prices (just like everything is going up).I like their vacuum cleaner it s very powerful.

Decent car wash. Their vacuum hose was broken so I had to drag a hose across my car. I didn t know it would scratch my car so now my car looks worse than before. The guy didn t even wipe my vehicle and I had to wipe it myself. I shouldn t have traveled so far to come here just to get more scratches on my car.Even after the wash and so called spotless dry, there was still water on my car. The guy didn t wipe me since i used the first spot for vacuuming. I m pretty upset about the scratches but what can I do.Even if I didn t use their vacuum, somehow my hood got more scratched! The vacuum hose was only sitting on my trunk when I had to use it to compensate for their broken hose so how would my hold be scratched? Their car wash did it.When all your wax comes off you ll that there are more scratches than beforeHonestly a regretful decision to go here.

The best automatic car wash experience hands down, and the only one I bother with if I'm not getting a detail or hand wash.The brushes are microfiber and they do a preclean and dry most days that allow for you to go on about your business and move on. The vaccums are limited, but I've yet to have an issue with it.The protectant seems to do a pretty good job since I've yet to see damage after extensive driving with my new car, just be sure to time your trips on less busy cycles.The attendants always are friendly and take the time to tape and sleeve your rear wiper (if you have one) and always do a great job and keeping things running smoothly and quickly.The company also seems to pay decently and offer benefits, which is a plus. I drive far too much and work too much to hand wash my car and I enjoy keeping it clean, so it's nice to have a good wash that actually cleans your car without tons of micro scratches from what I can see.

I happened to be in the area traveling and needed a car wash. Having had a great experience at another Bliss Car Wash location, I gave this one a shot. The quality was great as was the service. Same quality as my other experience at a different location. Very nice that this brand is in multiple locations. 5 Star.

One flaw with this car wash, which can be easily be fixed, is that you have to often wait behind people signing up for a monthly subscription. This should be done inside or off to the side. We pay the most expensive subscription and our tires are often not cleaned. One of our hubcaps even fell off during one particular wash. Over time we ve noticed micro scratches on the paint. We called. No apology for the poor experiences, and no attempt to remedy the situation either. So we cancelled 3 subscriptions.

Amazing wash! Paid for the best wash and for 20 dollars it was a little steep, but made my car look better than when we bought it! The vacuums were stronger than any other car wash I ve been to. Highly recommend!Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

Not a refreshing experience. You get what you pay for. I signed up at Brea location. Company will get your info, then reject your vehicle for any reasons. Management will not accommodate any truck with running side-step boards regardless if I had used this facility 6-7 times and had no problem. Staff will unscrew your antenna, and will not screw it back tightly, or you can put it back yourself. Regardless of your service package, all washes are identical with RECLAIMED (dirty-filtered) water. Good idea but where do you think all the heavy detergents go??? Vacuum area is always full and you have to waste more of your time. Not enough drying time and staff rush you out of the drying area. They don't care if you have open windows or moonroof. It's your mistakes if you forget despite 3-4 staffs looking around your vehicle at any given time. Any micro scratches is not their equipment fault.

Does not clean bee pollen off and leave residue off the soap on the bottom of the car. But it did clean the dirt off my car.

Love this place! I love having the $20/subscription for unlimited washes a month. I get a great wash every time and love using the vacuums to get the inside of my car clean too.

Quick, very clean and they dried my SUV at the end, totally didn't expect that kind of service for a low cost wash!
