These dudes probably saved my life. Found some problems with my shocks and my front bearings and fixed them for me in under 5 hours while installing a new tire. Their staff was helpful and gave us a coupon for next time a well.

I broke my ankle and cannot rotate my own tires. They refused to do it for me and did not offer alternatives. Tires are 37s on 17 rims for reference. This shop will only cater to stock vehicles, anything modified go elsewhere they don't get it.

Listen to reviews it s not worth it. first I called to ask what their diagnostic fee was and the manager said the he wouldn t charge to look at my car since I knew someone from the shop. He was also making smart remarks during my visit. I then went to the shop and he gave me a paper to sign for a $170 fee and explained to me that would not charge if it was minor. He also explained to me that I had a hole in my tire and would go ahead and take care of it for me. As soon as I left, my car gave me a signal saying my pressure was low. He makes his mechanics and shop get a bad reputation with his inconsistency to follow through what he says. Fortunately, I did not have to pay the fee for them to diagnose my car but was definitely over charged for my service. Won t be coming back.

Had to pull up my account for 5 mins before they told me If they can fix it.They want to charge $45 for tire patch. Then ask me to change all tires. Such a scam. Telling everyone to never come back

I visited this location in BREA for a nail repair ,Staff very friendly asked me to leave my Ford Edge for couple hours so they can repair the tire. One hour later I received a phone call from the shop telling me that I need to replace all tires .With my family safety on mind and the raining season , I agreed to purchase the tires, then the associate Robert tells me that they have only two available. To make the story short , I drove back home with two new tires along with the tire that supposed to be repaired, with the nail untouched. The technician did not even was aware of the nail. This place needs training on integrity and Ethics, this action could cause a bigger disaster for me and my family if I had taken the road without inspecting my car.I took the car back at the following day, nail was repair , but why did they recommended the tires at the first place?Pictures before and after my visit.

Absolutely do not recommend coming here. I came in a little closer to there closing time because I had just got off of work. My tire had a metal piece stuck in it and it wasn't holding pressure. I told them I would pay extra or tip the guys if they could please help me. The guy comes back and says he doesn't want to repair it because of the tire thread. My tires are Sport tires and that's how they are supposed to be. Instead of helping me out they would rather have me drive somewhere else to figure it out. Mind you I live an hour away. Complete waste of time

Staff is friendly and accommodating. They will work with you to try to get you the best price. The tires I ordered arrived a little later than expected, but I was getting a deal with good people so it evens out. Try to get here when it's not busy, or you might have to wait a bit.

I brought my Ford E350 van here for tires and alignment after I lifted it 1.5 inches, they let me know that my ball joints and tie rod ends were getting to the point of needing replace. I really didn t have money to throw at it so I ended up picking it up and doing the work myself and taking it back a couple weeks later. They actually warrantied the alignment and didn t even charge me to do it over again even though I had done a bunch of work to it. Really cool to see an auto shop that actually takes care of its customers, I thought this kind of customer service didn t exist anymore. I spoke with the tech that worked on it too, very knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to do business and would highly recommend!

This is my shop. I will keep going there for now. But I am disappointed that the guy who ordered wrong tires (mixed up cars under my name) last Tuesday and assured me that he would order correct tires and I could come first thing in the morning tomorrow Sat. Well, I called just now to confirm and the guy who answered my call said nothing was ordered. Bad service and organization- hopefully, he is the only bad one there. If they screw up one more time, I will change to another shop and no more Big O Tire.

I am new to the area and my first experience with Big O's was fantastic! Rudy, the service manager, was very kind and hard working. He attended to each guests needs in a timely manner. He got my car in and out in less than an hour, like he said he would. I will definitely use Big O's for all my car tune ups and oil changes! Highly recommend!

Took my car in for oil change today. I had marked my tires to see if they actually do the tire rotation but sure enough, it was never done but it says so on the invoice. They didn't give me the sticker that shows you the next recommended date/mileage for new oil change either. Now I'm not so sure if they did the full synthetic oil change at all. Will not go back to this place again.

After writing a great review on yelp, I thought I would share it on Google Reviews as well to spread the word of how great this spot is!I wish I could give this spot a higher rating than five stars!!!Not only was the service great, but they gave me a great deal for everything I had done to my car.The mechanic, Joey did a speedy and fantastic job with the Oil Change, Transmission flush, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, changed the spark plugs, and patched up a tire, all for a great price! At first, the price was really high, but one of the gentlemen working behind the counter, Lalo, worked with me to make the price waaaaaay more affordable! He genuinely cared about building strong relationships with customers, which is one of the biggest reasons why I have always continued going back to Big-O.Another great thing, I thought I was going to be stuck waiting around for my car to be finished, which I didn't mind. But Lalo ordered me a Lyft home and told me he would call me and arrange for a Lyft back once my car was finished. I've never experienced that anywhere else before. I'm usually stuck at the mechanic waiting around for hours!Def go to this spot for all your needs!!!Thank you again Lalo and Joey!!!!

This reviewer is about store manager's unfriendly attitude and noncompetitive price.I have been to this place for at least 15 years, always love the people. Two days ago coming in for changing two rear tires, I had the front done three month ago. Price went up from $25 to $35 to change each tire. When I walked cross the street to another tire shop, was quoted $22 per tire change.Bring this to the attention of manager, won't do anything to meet the competition instead of telling me to buy tires from them. I had given them many chances to match the price of tirerack, they failed every time and even they match, tirerack gives 24 month of free road hazards insurance which I have used twice. The manager is very argumentative and not customer friendly.I wrote the complain to the corporate and receive nothing back. I guess they don't care about customers.I will take my business to the tire shop in future, which conveniently is located cross the street.

Brought my fleet vehicle in on my lunch break with a nail in my tire. Rudy handled it in the time it took for me to eat my lunch. Professional and fast it was an absolute pleasure to bring my vehicle here.

I showed up at Big O Tires in Brea about 10 minutes before closing with two little kiddos and my elderly mom. It was a stressful day, so getting a flat tire at the end of it took me over the edge. All the guys at this shop were incredibly nice and helpful. They could have easily turned me away but still helped me. Pricing was completely fair and they were super fast with the job. Being a female walking into a tire store, you wonder if you re going to be taken advantage of with pricing. That wasn t the case at all. I will for sure buy tires from this store again!

Was very happy and impressed that Big O Tires fixed our flat and not only did it quick, they didn't charge for the repairs. We bought the tires about 2 months ago and my wife had a screw in 1 of her tires and Big O Tires policy is that they will fix and patch for free! Thanks Big O Tires!

I normally don t come to this location because I live 40 mins away. I happened to be in town and needed an oil change. The wait time at this place is usually pretty long when I come in. I got the oil change and was told I needed new break pads so I had that done as well. When I drove my car home I noticed my breaks started screeching. I called the shop and they told me to come down and take a look. I drove 40 minutes again and waited a long time only to be told the only thing they could do was shave down the routers. They did that and I was happy from the service. When I drove it home again it was starting to screech still and if anything was worse. I called and was told to bring it in again(another 40min trip). This time I was there from 11am to 2pm and they still didn t check the breaks so I told them to just take the car down. This will definitely be my last time coming to this location. I was extremely shocked by the service I received following up to that day and my breaks still sound horrible.

First of all I want to be clear that Tom the service advisor is great and this is not his fault. I went in for routine tire rotation as part of purchasing tires from your establishment. After racking the vehicle they told me that they couldn't rotate the tires being the front tires were at the wear bar and that I needed tires. I have only put 23,000 miles on these tires and I need new tires! Well they inspected the front end and Tom stated there may be something wrong with the front end. I was watching the tech inspect the front end (they moved the wheel up and down and side to side). I asked Tom they should put the rear tires on the front being they were much better, but he said they couldn't. I would thing better tires in front due to safety and they are your controlling /steering tires but they refused. Tom looked at my history and stated that I was recommended tie rod ends last visit so he gave me a estimate of about 320.00. I said I would think about it and he said he would cut me a deal on the new tires if we did the tie rod ends and the alignment. At this point I'm still not happy with leaving me with worn tires on the front of my vehicle. I think for safety they should have rotated them and at least I would feel better know my better tires are in front. As I was picking up my vehicle I asked the tech if they inspected my tie rod ends and he said "yes" . I then asked if they needed replacing and he said "no they were ok". Now whom am I to believe this tech or the last tech. Maybe the other tech was trying to sell me work I didn't need??? I've rotated my own tires already at home being safety is my FIRST concern and it seems like Big O Tires don't value their customers.. Again Tom is a great guy and he only can relay what the techs tell him. I'm done with Big O Tires and will not recommend to friends and family being I think this was not handles in a professional way. SAFETY SHOULD ALWAYS BE NUMBER 1 NOT SALES!!

I went into this facility, and a gentleman named Alex came to help me. I said my head lights need adjustment. He was so kind in giving me directions on where to park my 3500 van. Then he proceeded to give me additional directions so he could evaluate the alignment. His skill in making the adjustments was amazing. This is the very best place to have your vehicle serviced, and Alex is the very best person to provide that service.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMY PLACE! I went in today around 1 to get my tire repaired because I had a flat, I ve been here before and never had a problem but whoever the guy was working today turned me away because he wouldn t service my car if my tires weren t purchased there and the only way I would get my flat tire fixed was if I bought new tires??? Never going here again, I m so disappointed in this place.

very disappointed, I bought brand new tires less than a year ago, I was told I needed front struts but they were going to charge me too much so I had them done somewhere else. Now less than a year later the two front tires are worn out and they tell me it's because of my alignment and that I have a bad axle (neither of which they mentioned before). They wouldn't honor the warranty on the tires. They wanted me to buy new tires and charge me $600 for the work to be done. I told them I couldn't afford that and ask him if they could just put the old spare tire that I had to replace the front tire that was almost bald. They said okay no problem and that it would take about 20 minutes. I came back about a half an hour later and they had forgotten all about me. after another half hour they said they were done and he was going to charge me for putting on the spare tire. I just looked at him with a frustrated look and he said "nevermind I'll just charge you when you come back". you can guess by now I probably won't be "coming back"

What was intended to be a simple tire purchase and installation mutated into an attempt to upsell me on unnecessary and expensive work using fear tactics.I had used Big O Tires' website to get a quote and schedule an appointment. The selected tires offered a promotional deal to knock off $100 from the original price and include installation as well as an alignment check. Simple enough.Fast forward to the appointment day: the car is dropped off and about an hour or so after, they tell me over the phone that it needs a new axle, rotors and brake pads, and the shocks should all be replaced. Unless I get the axle and brakes handled immediately, I'm going to have major issues. I say no to all of that. Then I'm told the price of everything else. They disregarded the promotion AND tacked on an actual alignment without asking first. Trying to sneak in some extra charges? Not with me.After I explained that this wasn't the deal, they added the original promotion code and removed the cost of the alignment.I took my car to a mechanic I trust and he told me "come back in a few months to get your brakes done. Your car is fine." He could have told me to get the work done with him, but he's an honest person.Tire shop mechanics commonly work off of commission, so they'll take every chance they can in order to upsell you. Some drivers that are not so well versed with vehicles may be more prone to their methods. Max didn't push me very hard, but trying to upsell meat at all on a ton of work to get an extra $2k is frustrating. Telling me that bearings are about to pop out and the rear brakes are grinding, when this has been disproven by another mechanic is infuriating. If you're still considering Big O Tires just to buy tires, they have competitive deals. There's no doubt about that. However, tell them to just deal with the tires and leave everything else alone. Be firm about it. Then find a local mechanic you can trust.Big O Tires: never again.

I went in today to have my two front tires replaced on my car. Tom called me about 2 hours later from Big O and told me "my alignment was off matter, of fact it was really off and that you could see the damage of tires on the inside edge on both front tires". He asked me if I would like the alignment done. Based on Tom's recommendation on how bad my alignment was off I had it done. I called up an hour and a half later asking if my car was done and that I like to see my old tires. When I went to go pay for the services for the new tires and alignment I asked to see the old tires. I inspected the tires and I couldn't see the difference of inside the tire Edge and the outside Tire Edge. Tom told me that the inside Tire Edge was really worn down and that's the reason why alignment was needed. Tom showed me the tire analysis. My alignment was off but clearly in the acceptable range. In the end I will never shop at Big O Tires ever again. They sold me a service that wasn't needed at the moment and I'm highly dissatisfied with this.

This particular location had a TEAM of employees getting my tire repaired within the hour. The other tire place across the street had just ONE guy working and told me to come back in 4 hours. Guess who won the new customer. THIS location did.
