My experience was 100% great. I had called Friday and conversed with a gentleman who was knowledgeable, and not in a haste. Saturday morning, I headed there, was in and out with no issues. The energy was 100%.The customer service was professional. Though I can't recall the guy's name who assisted me for being excited that my battery issue was finally resolved after getting the run around from the Porsche Dealer, that did not want to own up to any accountability. All good though. It all still worked out in my favor. From now on this is where I will be going and letting others know who may be in need of a battery from honest and upfront individuals who know their stuff.Thanks Batteries Plus!

The technician Rob is very knowledgeable and was able to disassemble my battery storage unit/generator with 3 new 12 volt batteries. This is the 2nd time I brought the unit to him and even though it is unique in it's construction, he remembered how to service it and was thorough in the battery testing and recommendation for replacement as well are replacing and reassembling it and returning it to me timely. Thanks

I had no idea there were so many batteries. Batteries for your car, cycle, watch, remotes and way more. The staff is very helpful and will even test & replace watch or remote batteries.

Online shopping was very easy with only (4) battery options to choose from for my bike, so I wasn't overwhelmed trying to decide which one to buy. Purchasing was also easy, and the 10% discount was very nice. The sales assistant at the store was very friendly and respectful....treating me like I was an old friend and a valued customer and individual.

Outstanding customer service. Great product selection and ease of transaction. I replaced a battery on my Harley Road Glide and the fit was perfect right out of the box. I highly recommend Batteries + Bulbs for anyone looking to replace a battery or bulb for any application.

Me and my girlfriend walked in and literally all 3 employees, specially the old man with gray hair completely ignored us. It was clearly they did not wanna help us. I had my car keys in my hand. One of them finally looked at me and put his hand out. I handed him my car keys and said I would like the battery replaced, and he just said I know. Awful service.

I needed a replacement car battery and needed it quick! I work neat this store and had no clue they carried car batteries. I went to the website and entered my car information and it said they had 2 batteries in stock. I bought one and found they also do free installation available. I set the appointment on the website and went to the store. I was promptly helped and in less than 10 minutes the new battery was installed and I was on my way. I have already told coworkers about this place and I highly recommended it.

Great place to get the best service! I have a family owned air conditioning and heating company and my techs unfortunately constantly break their work phones, but this place always gets the job done. I have taken about 5 iphones in for different repairs (screen and battery replacements) over the last two years and they average about an hour depending on the repair and the model. They re always courteous and the issues have always been taken care of with great professionalism. What I like best is their warranty. I used to go to other places that were closer to me for repairs but if I ever ran into issues with the phone after a repair I would be told the warranty period was only 30 days. This place has a 6 month warranty period as long as my techs didn t physically break their screens. Robert is usually the tech that takes care of me and I appreciate his workmanship. Great job, guys!

I purchased an A23 12v battery online. It was ready shortly after placing the order. When I picked it up it was immediately handed to me by a pleasant, cordial, & pleasant cashier. Good product. Good service. Good place to do business and I like their 10% off deal when ordering online for store pickup.

I was beyond pleased with Robert's expertise and customer service. I had gone to another cellphone repair shop and without even checking out my cellphone, stated get a new phone. I was referred to this location from a sales associate at Walmart. Robert took my phone examined it and knew exactly what it needed; a new screen. Robert checked his inventory and replaced the screen within 2 hours and I was set to go.

The store had correct fitment in a recognizable name brand and in stock, at a competitive price. When I arrived, my order was ready for pickup. The staff on the premises helped me verify that the replacement batteries were the correct match and also accepted the old batteries for disposal, saving me the hassle of taking a trip to my local hazardous waste facility.

Robert was outstanding. He went that extra mile making sure I got the right battery for my Kia Sorento today. After I made the online purchase and there was an issue, right away Robert made that phone call. He advised me of possible delay and discrepancy and he found the solution. He installed the battery himself on site when I got to their location. Before things were wrapped up, he adjusted invoice for price of battery (since it was different from the one I initially purchased online) and made sure discount was applied due to purchase being made online. Robert even advised me of what to focus on for future purchase of an auto battery. Thank you again for that awesome customer service. I appreciated someone going that extra mile for a customer. So, I bought a battery online, and on my way to pick it up, I received a call saying the battery wasn't in stock. Without asking, the gentleman gave me three options, one, I could cancel the order, two, I could choose another battery, or three, they could give me a loner battery, and call me when my battery comes in. I chose #3, and I walk in the store, they hand me the battery, and tell me they will call me when mine i ready. That simple, that quick.That is customer service folks. and I will buy, and recommend them to friends, and family. A+++Dennis

Had never been to a Batteries+ before. A couple weeks earlier I broke my phone's screen (It's an iPhone, don't tell Google, I'm trying to stay in their good graces!) and in the past, I usually would use my upgrade to acquire the latest model. Well, I decided to finally get a screen repaired for a change. The service was great, my phone screen and battery were replaced in around an hour and a half. They had a great coupon, so basically I got the battery for free. I was able to schedule my service appointment online and have it repaired all on the same day. Highly recommend.

Quick service and friendly staff. I was in and out very quickly. I picked up the battery I had ordered online, swapped the battery out of my motorcycle in the parking lot, and brought back the old battery to receive the $10 credit for battery recycling. Easy!

I don't know if it is because my wife and I look young but the employee totally ripped us off. We were kindly greeted with a "Hello! How can I help you?" To which we responded by we needed new batteries for our key fobs. He asked to see our keys and took our key fobs to the service desk without explaining any pricing or what he would be doing. Did not ask for our consent to replace the battery or tell us what type of battery we wanted/needed. About 5 minutes he goes to the cash register and says it's $12 for replacement and installation fees. We were surprised to see such a price because the batteries on the wall advertised $3.57 and because we never asked him to replace our batteries nor install them. My advice: if you go here is to know what you want and ask for it yourself. Don't give them anything unless you know what service is going to be done and for how much.

Very friendly and delivered a battery we needed to replace a faulty battery through curbside pickup very fast, when prompted to go to the store. The only concern I had really was trying to find it initially since it's very hidden inside a shopping center, but I was able to locate it and pick up the battery correctly.

I needed a replacement backup battery for my home alarm system. I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs and told the salesperson that I needed a replacement backup battery for my home alarm system. He told me that they only carry Duracell batteries, which will work with my system. I bought it and went home, only to find that the battery that I bought had the wrong type of terminals, F2 terminals, when my system has F1 terminals. To ensure that I would have the correct battery with F1 terminals, I bought a Genesis battery online. I also got a 10% discount for buying it online and picking it up at the store. The next day, I was notified by email that my item was ready for pickup at the store so I went there. It turns out that I couldn't buy a Genesis battery online and pick it up in the store. I could only buy a Duracell battery in the store. So, I bought another Duracell battery, but with F1 terminals (which worked perfectly), returned the previously purchased Duracell battery with F2 terminals, and had my online purchase reversed. I didn't get 10% off for "store pickup", which was disappointing and borders on false advertising. I wasn't happy that I had to make 2 trips to the store to get the correct battery (about a 20-30min drive each way). The salesman should have asked me what type of terminals I needed. If he knows his stock (which he does), he shouldn't have picked out a battery with F2 terminals for me, since they carried both. Even if I didn't know which type I needed, I may have been able to figure out which type by calling my alarm company. Frustrating experience. In the end, I got what I needed, but with unnecessary extra effort. But, at least they had the battery. As for price, Batteries Plus Bulbs charges $36.99 online and in the store, but the same battery (Genesis battery) is about $20 on Amazon. But at least they have it in the store, and Duracell is a good brand.

I wish one of the options was no stars. I didn't know it but it was the owner who sold me batteries this morning. He had the glucose meter in his hands but he only sold me one battery so I had to go back and get the other battery because the meter needs two batteries to work. And I let the owner know this. He then followed me out to my car and he told me I was banned from his store. As if I would go back. This store store owner is a bully. He followed an old woman out to her car just to tell her that she was banned from his store. I dealt with him a year ago and he was not helpful or friendly then. Maybe he's not happy being a small business owner selling batteries in Brea. But all the other times that I've been in his store, the other clerks were always friendly, always helpful, and always out going with good customer service. It's too bad this business owner could not follow in the footsteps of his own clerks.

What "Chazz" doesn't get is that there is a service fee for battery installation. I went for the same service and they explained to me that if I want to buy the battery myself it would be $4 but I risk breaking my expensive key fob if I try to install it myself. They could install the battery for me and it would come out to $6 each key fob, so I had them do it. I was in and out. It was a lot better than paying Mercedes $25 to have them do it. Great place with great prices, my experience was great.

The gentleman who works here his name is Rob. I can't tell you how great it is to be provided service in such a kind manner. He is seriously awesome and that had to have been the most genuine humble person that's helped me out in a very long time. Thank you very much Rob. Truly impactful.

It was reassuring to be able to go to a store and be certain my purchase was exactly the right items: no wait for shipping or potential for shipping of wrong items. The Batteries Plus Bulbs website was impressive, particularly compared to other battery sales websites. The descriptions of products and their applications was clear and precise. I purchased two 12v Duracell batteries and a charger online for my dad's GoGo Ultra X cart and picked them up the next day at the Brea, CA store. The batteries were fully charged and the employees know their products. The purchase confirmation and pick-up confirmation emails were timely. I paid more for the Duracell batteries than I would have for most other brands, but I trust they will be a better long term value.
