I came in to purchase windshield wipers and windshield fluid for my vehicle and received exceptional customer service from Noel. I was greeted kindly as I entered the store and was quickly attended to. Noel helped me find the correct size for the replacements, gave me some recommendations and helped me reach the wiper fluid without hesitation. My husband is currently deployed so I was on my own with the installation. I was having a hard time wrapping my brain around the YouTube installation instructions. I asked Noel if he wouldn't mind installing them for me and without hesitation, he said, of course! Not only did he help me install them he helped me check the wiper fluid level and made sure the wipers along with the fluid were functioning properly. Noel went above and beyond his call of duty. I am very grateful and appreciative. It's great to see that people still care about providing excellent service!

Mother in law went here with a very problematic battery. Made it to the store and they said they couldn t test it or it would take 3 hours to charge. She had jumper cables and asked for a jump at Americas #1 Battery Destination they told her to call someone took me a 20 min drive and approx 3 min to hook up jumper cables and start her car. This location is a joke and don t properly train their employees to do their job, or they don t care. Other auto zone locations in the area have nicer employees that helped us and we bought a battery at the other location. Don t waste your time or money at this location.

My best experience in auto zone 10/10. Carlos A is a very good worker with multi-tasking skills he was helping 3 other people at the same time working under pressure he never lost patience and was very kind

The young man that assisted me went out of his way to test my battery, etc and was honest about what I did and did not need. He assisted with what I needed to get my car running. Top notch service!!!

Came in to get my battery tested and Agatha came out to test and and even offered to install for free. Definitely coming back to a friendly autozone unlike other shops.

One of the smaller AutoZones. They are pretty stocked up on parts and accessories. The store is well staffed and ready to assist you. If you can not find the item assistance will be provided in locating your items. They offer weekly discount deals. Also some items are price matched. For some of the simpler things you need installed. Like windshield wipers, light bulbs or battery. They will go out to the parking lot and check out the part to verify the correct fit. Also help with the quick install.

my family and i have been visiting this location for years and it's in a very convenient easy to get to street corner for us. i purchased a battery and got it installed at no charge. this came as no surprise as we have had this done for us in the past. they have competitive prices and if they don't have something you need in stock, they will try their best to find you what you need at other locations.

Dude first visit. Great team, Dennis L. helped me with the sale and Eric Vasquez went above and beyond and solved my car issue by taking matters into his own hands and helping me figure out the issue before calling AAA to get home. If I could, I d give Eric 10 stars. Thankful.

Stopped by yesterday in the afternoon to get a new battery after having to get a jump start at a nearby shopping center. Yup, the dreaded dead battery scenario. I'm not good with cars and went in here like a blind person at a peep show. The staff was pretty friendly and welcoming. I was helped by Andres who went over the options with me and broke down some of the differences in price/brand. Settled on a Duralast battery. All would've been good and great up to here, but then he offered to help install the mofo. Which was pretty cool and meant I didn't have to worry about digging out a wrench and getting all dirty. After swapping out the old battery, the dude checked the fluids and noticed my oil was on the low side. He offered to refill it and I was on my way. It's good old fashioned service like this that's becoming extinct nowadays and why I would recommend this store. Also, check your battery. You don't want to get stuck on some random parking lot.

Dear AutoZone Brea Store,I wanted to take a moment to share how pleased I was with the service received by a young employee at your store named Luc. Before telling of the specific reason I want to offer some background to this particular day, and the days leading up, that things had been non-stop demanding and I was really running out of steam. To add to all these pressures, my car battery was dying. I didn't have time to make fix the situation and was forced to make due and have my battery jumped twice this day to ensure I was able to keep my other commitments.That being shared, when I was able to finally visit your store I had the pleasure of Luc's services. He was thorough and very friendly. He made sure my customer profile was updated, found the proper battery to meet my financial budget, and also took the time to replace my battery on the spot as I didn't have any tools with me at that time. It should be noted that it was also a pretty day outside but Luc never once made me feel like a bother.I rarely ever take the time to offer reviews but I didn't want to overlook Luc's professionalism and high level of service. Not only was it very much appreciated but on this particular day it felt like a lifeline!Highly satisfied customer ~Richard

I always go to this Autozone because the staff there (the ones I met at least) try hard to make sure their customers are okay and safe. Caleb was especially so wonderful. Service with a smile and positive "can do" and informative attitude. I really appreciated his help a lot. He is super popular. He helped us with installation of a light bulb. Not easy, but he made it look that way.

Jose Robles went above and beyond today. In a time where everyone is looking out our for number 1 this gentleman came out to my car, not only found the issue but helped me fix it right in the parking lot. I was looking at a lot of money taking it some place else to look and repair. Now I can take my trip to AZ in peace with no worries. Jose is one of the true customer service and human being greats left in the world. A+++++++++ not enough stars to rate him

Bought parts online for pickup. After one hour Got email saying my parts are ready for pickup. The next day I came to the store to pickup the parts and the salesman cant find my orders. I'm very disappointed because I wasted my time and gas for nothing.. The store need improvements in dealing with the customers. They should do their job right the first time. I think communication and coordination inside that store is the key. I'm not going back to that store.no more

I went to get the engine filter and air filter for my Acura RDX. Josh was awesome, he helped me to replace both filters since I need help. He was sweating cuz it's really hot but he was still very patient and careful doing the work. He also answered my questions with a smile. He really has a great attitude!

If you re looking for customer service and friendliness, this isn t the place. Each time I ve been here the employees seem like they hate their job and are very unkind. The initial thought was it was an isolated incident, but when I spoke with the manager you could tell where the attitudes stemmed from. The morale is in need of an adjustment. This was on three separate occasions. Hope the best for this place but I ll be taking my future business elsewhere.

Awesome service and honest advice.Making the best of a negative situation, infusing positivity and kindness is what the world thirsts for on a quotidian basis.Time in all things and more check in s needed. Hi I would love for you to give your employee Dennis L. A big hug. I went in for a brake light that was out. I did not ask him to put it on for me. He voluntarily put it on for me on his own. I did not have cash on me to give him a tip..so this is the best I can do. Dennis is an excellent employee ...and I do hope he gets recognized for this good deed.Thank youC gonzales

My fianc�s car has been having issues for months and we ve taken it to multiple mechanics which included a dealership. Months of corrupt mechanics trying to screw us over and charge ridiculous prices and I have become fed up. I took the car to this autozone and was help by Eric. Eric was better than any mechanic I have been to in years. I m not exaggerating when I say that I had complete confidence in this man when he was helping me work on my fianc�s car. He was very genuine and didn t recommend anything that I did not need or want. The car was fixed after a day of work compared to the months of work that the mechanics were doing. I recommend anyone having car problems to come to this autozone location and ask for eric before you go to a mechanic or dealership.
