Excellent and honest service. I have been a customer for the past 5 years ever since I moved back to the area. I find the customer service to be kind and through. I have unfortunately had a few too many nails find my tires and Americas Tire Depot was there to fix my tires at no cost. There was another visit when my husbands vehicle had yet another nail and his tires were nearing the end of their life. My husband and I shopped around to many of the other local tire centers and even called our dealer for tire prices. We ended up choosing Americas tire Depot again because they were dependable, honest and price matched another leading competitor for a full set of tires. Once the tires were installed my husband and I were glad we made the decision to keep our business LOCAL and with a name we can trust. My only recommendation is for the driveway/ alley way you enter be repaved.

James did a great job honoring my appointment time. He was very busy but made it happen. Santiago and Chris changed my tires out. They re great guys and very polite. I would definitely tell a friend about American tire depot.

Don t expect your car to be ready on time. Poor time management. Left the car here for 6 hours and they didn t work on it until they were about to close. Over promise and under delivered for a very simple service.

These guys where the best. Called ahead with an emergency flat on a trailer and they told us to come right over. They jacked it up with the animals still inside and changed the tire in 5 minutes. When it came time to pay they told it was no worries! Excellent service!

A big shout out to James for helping me with a nail on my tire! I needed quick service as I was about to drive back home 2 hours away and it was a rainy day. James was so helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you so much again!

Made an online appointment for tire repair and went to the shop, I was told they cannot attend me due to being short handed. I was like no issue, front desk guy gave me next day s appointment. I asked him if he can have someone take a look at it and let me know if it s repairable or not so I don t drive around with bad tire. The guy told me no worries we can repair come back tomorrow.The next day, as soon as he looked at the tired, he told me he can t repair it within a second. Wasted my time, never going back to this store ever again.PS. A different shop took 5minutes and repairs the tire.

I came in with my friend, both of us girls and James, who works there helped us out so much!!! Other mechanics who have helped my friend have used big words, but James came to the rescue!! He not only helped us understand the problem, but also gave the car a scan and told us exactly what we needed to do. He also printed out what we needed!! They go above and beyond here!!!! Thank you for your amazing customer service!!

I ve been taking my cars to this American Tire Depot for years for a reason! Prices are reasonable and they get things done in a timely manner. Andrew was especially helpful and kind!

Manager Nolan is the best. Very attentive to the situation of the vehicle. Minus one grumpy mechanic, the rest of the team has very good customer service. They also price matched our 4 tires.

Randomly got a flat tire today, went in and they took care of our problem right away! They patched our tire and placed it back on in less than an hour. We greatly appreciate their service

Worst experience I've ever had at a car shop. The young man said they could do all the services I needed, one was a transmission flush. I was trying to be proactive in maintenance for my vehicle.1 yr later my transmission goes out and I'm told by the dealership there was not enough fluid in it. It never had a leak or any other problems and these are the only guys to ever service my transmission.So sad that they knew problems wouldn't come up immediately so they went ahead and did a service they didn't know how to do with no regard for myself and kid's safety. Lesson learned.

Terrible experience at the Brea location. I usually am always a big fan of American Tire Depot and have been going to their Fullerton location for years. We needed some new tires for our car so we made an appointment online and ordered some tires on their website. The car has stock wheels and the website said these tires would fit so we scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning. Their website said the tires would be available on Wednesday prior to our appointment so thought everything was gonna go smooth but nope. We go to drop off the car and the manager tells us they don't have the tires and that he'll have to send someone to get them if we want them. Dude is acting like it's an inconvenience for him to have to do this. But we said yes we wanted those tires so he sends his guy and we leave. He calls us back almost 2 hours later saying we ordered the wrong tires and they don't fit. We ordered them through the website and it said they would fit the car so i don't understand why now they're not the right tires. Dude makes zero effort to apologize and basically blames us for ordering the wrong tires f$#k this location will never be going back there. With all the other tire places around I'd rather give them my business than deal with this incompetent manager.

Took our Denali in as we noticed the rear tire was low. They found a nail and removed it repaired the tire all in 20 minutes. To top it off when we asked how much? They said no charge!! Wow! They just earned 2 new customers !

A perfect example of the decline in today's customer service.After a complete rebuild of my Tacoma front suspension I took my vehicle to American Tire Depot for an alignment.Two months later I discovered my front left tire had worn unevenly on the outside.While getting a replacement tire from Eberhardts the technician told me one of the camber bolts was loose and probably had been for a while, causing my front left tire to wear unevenly.I took my vehicle back to ATD and told them of the issue, I even got the guy from Eberhardts on the phone so they could hear it firsthand, but ATD had no interest in taking responsibility for it, or providing another alignment to correct the issue.I have been a loyal customer here for years, but after today's interaction I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was the best tire service experience I ever had. Everyone was professional, friendly took the time to discuss my needs and recommend the best. I will be coming here often. Nolan was very friendly and helpful, I needed four tires about an hour before they close and he was able to find me good tires that fit my budget and get them on the car in 30 minutes. Thank you for the great service.

My truck's message display showed I had low tire pressure on a tire. I took it in and they immediately checked it and found a nail. These guys do excellent work. I asked I for my scheduled appointment, the paperwork was ready, and I was out the door. It took less than 2 min to get checked in and out the door. Christian and Nolan were fantastic. They got my brake job done in half a day including replacing the rotors. Highly recommend these guys.

Went in to perform a break fluid flush, however they managed to touch my interior and detach my light signal from the console. Not sure why they would touch this to perform a break fluid flush while the warning signal still says there is something wrong with the break fluid. Had to return the next day to get it fix.

Nolan sent a guy to get my tires I needed and got them installed asap as I was stuck on the 57 fwy. They got them changed right away. The guys in the shop were just a good.Thank you guys we got home with no problems

I needed to replace my tires and was able to make a same day appointment on Black Friday! They had great competitive prices that beat out most of the local competitors. The team was so friendly and helpful and I never felt pressured to upgrade or add services I didn't need. I highly recommend them and will happily come back for any tire needs!

I'm so glad to have found a tire shop I actually like! I've had horrible experiences with tire shops before and associate them to dentists more. Long wait, $$, painful, rude. This place is none of those. Very friendly, professional, knowledgable. They can get busy but they move fast. This place is a block away from the Brea Gateway mall, so you can go there while waiting.Absolutely recommend them for any tire needs. I think they also offer other automotive services and based on my experience with them, I'd fully trust their services!Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

This is one of the best auto shops I have my car serviced. The store manager and staff there are super nice and professional, not only to me but to other customers I observed. I went there this morning about 15 minutes before the store opened but there were already people waiting, which means other people like the place too. I waited for almost two hours to have the service finished, but it is well worth it. I highly recommend this auto shop! They truly deserve a golden 5 star!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I ve had my oil changed a few times here and I ve always been happy with the service. So when I got a screw in my tire, I came back here to get it patched up. Not only did they take care of it free of charge, while I was waiting on the waiting room, the manager offered me an extra burrito he had since one of his guys left early. Chris, the manager, is a super great dude. Just in the small time I waited in the office, multiple other patrons came through and gave him different compliments for the service they received that day as well. What a great shop, I ll be bringing my cars here for a long time.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
