First of all, to have a mechanic come to your home to service your vehicle is a huge blessing, but to have them be honest, caring and knowledgeable on TOP of being reputable is beyond amazing!My husband and I feel so blessed to have had JC repair and maintain our vehicles. He seriously knows his stuff and is committed to making sure you understand the work being done to your car and, more importantly, why.We've had so many undesirable experiences with repair shops trying to nickle and dime or "trick" us into spending more on things we didn't necessarily need, so it is so refreshing to have experienced JC's honest and excellent service. We truly feel he cares about our experience during the process. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of vehicle service!Thanks JC!

Never met a better, more honest mechanic. He explains everything! He is very quick - because of his EXPERTISE. Don t confuse his quick service for poor work .you pay for his experience, knowledge AND excellent work. My mechanic for LIFE!!! So grateful we found him when we did. My dad always said when you find a great mechanic- KEEP him!!!

JC was very helpful in diagnosing my car s issue. Even after he was able to see that the car was no longer going to run, he sat for a good hour helping me call places to get offers for it to sell it. I do not have anyone to guide me through the car selling process, so it was nice that he took the time and went out of his way to go the extra mile in helping me figure it out!

JC was awesome. From the start of my interaction with him it was clear he was there to find the problem, and genuinely help out. Wasn t there to sell to me. As a college student who quite frankly knows little to nothing about cars, JC could have tried to sell me on things I didn t need.. he explained what was going on right in front of me and was extremely transparent. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Asked for couple services issues quotes and his mentioned brake pads replacement is around $300 and I said no to that service and he became extremely unprofessional

JC doesn t know how to work on European cars. He was very unprofessional and I can tell he was just pushy on making money off of me. Made me second guess his credibility

My dad's car broke down on the side of the road and was debating to call a tow truck and bring it to a repair shop this morning but none was open yet. Found JC mobile repair and what a life saver they are! Came by as soon as possible and found that it was just a bad alternator. It was fixed quickly with a reasonable price! Would definitely highly recommend especially if your car is broken down on the side of the road rather than having it towed which would cost extra anyway.

All around great service. My car broke down and JC came quickly after I called. Unfortunately it had to be towed away (he got a towing service) and major work had to be done. I know - no one likes it when their car breaks down and a lot of work has to be done. But that's life. My car was very old anyways.JC kept me informed during the work and provided videos on what had to be done and why. No one else, as far as I know, does it like he does. Now my car runs well. And, by the way, JC gave me a lift both to my home when the car broke down and picked me up when it was ready. A great guy, too! I highly recommend.

I m so thankful I found JC s Mobile Services! I was stranded at the fashion valley mall. I found him on Google, he was here within the hour. Diagnosed my starter issue and replaced it all within 45 minutes at a fair price. I ll recommend this guy to the WORLD!He s courteous, very informative and super quick, I m amazed! JC did a great job. He swapped out my hard to reach, zero leverage, behind 20 harnesses, alternator in the garage, on jack stands, like a super pro. I was stuck for 1.5 days on same bolt, and he finished entire job in a few hours. He was Fast, efficient, knew what ever thing was, & how to do everything, had all the right tools, and the cost was great too. I will definitely use him again.Service: Electrical repair

JC was a godsend in a difficult situation. He replaced an electric water pump & hose & flushed the coolant system on my Hybrid Hyundai Sonata at a fraction of the cost quoted by the dealership & another local mechanic. I now know much more about maintaining my car as JC explained the problems & work required in layman's terms. He is punctual, reliable, communicative and has a great work ethic.Service: Electrical

JC responded right away when my starter failed last week. No tow was required. Very poor customer services skills need to work on them and his work was not very good the check engine light came right back on a week later had to go somewhere else to fix the original problem and what ever else he screwed up
