We use Bonita Valley Auto for our smog checks and occasionally auto repairs. They are professional when responding on the phone and making appointments and complete the smog check and other repairs for competitive prices. I recommend them for their services.

Bonita Valley Auto Care took care of my check engine light situation with care and close attention. Ronnie and Ashley provided courteous customer service and clearly communicated repair requirements. The cost was fair and reasonable. I would recommend BV auto care for your auto service needs.

We have been coming here for almost 18 years! This included our 4 (now grown) kid s vehicles.The staff is AMAZING (especially Ronnie & Ashley! Ronnie was exceptional to work with! I was coordinating overdue service for a family member's vehicle via long distance and he responded promptly via email, phone, and text, keeping me apprised the entire time. I really appreciated him letting me know what was critical and needing to be addressed immediately as opposed to items that could wait until the next check up. He was honest, upfront, and professional. I was beyond impressed so took a 2nd vehicle in the next day. I recommend Bonita Valley Auto Care as the #1 Auto Care in San Diego.

This is what a neighborhood Auto Care shop should be, so much more than just selling gas. I had broken off my dipstick in my Van so I had never been to this shop but its the closet to my house in Paradise Hills. Upon explanation Ronnie told me to pull in the shop, within less than 20 mins I was on my way. later on that day my Van conked out on the freeway, I got a tow to an AAA approved shop, You guessed it back to Ronnie and Jose. By now the place was packed with people wanting to get maintenance done on their Vehicles. Ronnie was honest and transparent that he could possibly get it sorted by next day and by 3.30 he had fit me in and fixed what needed to be done no more no less.I would recommend the crew at this shop, Polite, efficient, and look at our car issues with honesty and empathy. They even run you home if you live nearby with a shuttle.I would recommend this crew to anyone and hey you can even fill up on your way out. Keep up the good work guys...

Ronnie and Art were very helpful! I came in cause my Tacoma was making a weird noise! They diagnosed it fast and fixed it fast! Also very good prices! The parking lot is kind of small but they are very accommodating for that and make sure you are not blocked in or anything! Thank you Ronnie And Art you guys rock!

Ronnie in service is excellent. There are not enough stars to convey our appreciation of how he has made us feel. His dedication is a reflection of his philosophy, placing the individual as the most important person in the room. He straight up, tells you the status of your vehicle, what needs to be done and, most importantly, what does not need to be done. Service was excellent! Let me first start by saying that car problems are one of my least favorite things to deal with. My main point of contact was Jose and he really went above and beyond- making calls and really hearing out my concerns. Whatever's going on with my daughter's car is complicated. I think it was Jose's expert experience and honesty that really helped me make the right decisions about the car. He saved me potentially $1000 s!! I felt he treated me with respect and really had my best interest at heart.

I had a rattle coming from my exhaust and when they put it on the lift it turned out to be a broken metal fastener. They replaced it and sent me on my way free of charge.I really appreciate that type of honesty. They didn t try to rip me off and for that I will be a life long customer.

Really good service and repair that was well done. I would say best service at an auto shop received, I would have just liked a bit more communication regarding updates on time frames for being able to pick up the car. That s more nitpicky and we don t live in a perfect world, so I still would recommend the business.
