Went to renew drivers license. Short wait to get called to window. Givin paperwork and sent to take test on computer. Completed test and past waited about 2 min and called to window and givin temp license until new one comes in mail. Was told about two weeks. We will see.

The lady ( Liliana) that assisted us was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. I had also called and could not get ahold of anyone. The manager got involved and that is the only reason why I am giving them a 3 star rating.

The ladies that work here are awesome. The guy that works here is the most rudest person we have meant in a long time. He gave my wife a hard time and said our marriage license was a JOKE! Does he treat his grandparents like this? He sure did us.

I was helped almost immediately by a kind and professional gentleman to register my car. I m not sure about the other staff, but I had a very pleasant experience because of him. He also greeted every single person that walked in while I was there!

The customer service was amazing! The person that helped me was fast, professional, and very friendly!!! I wish I got her name but I know it starts with a "V"!!! She was awesome!!!

Very quick really small dmv renewed my commercial driver s license. Parked my rig in front of office. Not much people there in line was in and out less then 30min compared to waiting over an hour in line.

In and out in 12 minutes for a license renewal/real ID no appointment. No attitudes, no problems. The lady that took care of me was awesome! Seems that if you have the proper paperwork and good attitude it's easy. So, not sure why there are bad reviews here.

This was my second visit to the Blythe dmv, and to my surprise, I was very pleased with Google's advice on Monday when I was there telling me that it was the busiest time of the week even prior to walking inside the door. So I walked in saw that there was about 40 people waiting, and only two clerks, and I stood there for a few minutes and I turned around and walked out, the thinking that I would come back later in the week. Well I went back today, and I am happy to report, that there was nobody there when I got there, in line. Having been to the DMV in California for 30 years off and on, I never experienced such quick service and cordiality. It was an absolute pleasure and I cannot believe on this planet in my lifetime I'm actually giving a DMV office and it's personnel five stars. The DMV in the state of California in general, I wouldn't give more than two stars, it's the one of the biggest scams against the US population in the entire country. The DMV themselves, think that they're above the law and they write their own rules and they write their own laws. And nobody in California's state legislature nor the governor dares to question or right any of the wrongs that the DMV does to the citizens of California, and I'm not just talking about the overcharging of fees. There is way too many steps to go through if you're a citizen, and it's way too easy to get an ID and driver's license if you're not a citizen. Anyways the personnel at Blythe I give the personnel five stars. Thank you

If you are needing to come back to Cali from Arizona like us this of course is the closest location but the best part is no huge lines. You will have to fill out the paperwork outside and then only 1 person can go in which my brother is clueless about stuff so good luck to him. Overall not too bad here.

Friendly staff. It's not crowded and service is fast. I would say it's safe to go here especially during this pandemic. They're following covid protocols which made me comfortable staying and waiting for a little bit.Great Job DMV Blythe! More power!

I live in Orange County and every single DMV here in Socal is least 3 hours waiting in line, doesn't matter how early you get there, I once went to the DMV close to my house around 7am and the line s already wrapped around the building and out to the street. It's ridiculously long line of waiting, last week I took a trip to visit my cousin in AZ, on my way back I decided to stop by Blythe's DMV and it's like I found myself a gem . It was 10:30a in the morning, and I was the only one there I was in and out in less then 10 mins, I know it's long drive there, but I'd do it again if have to go to the DMV in the future. Awesome and really clean DMV too.

Came here from Phoenix with my dad who's a senior citizen. The staff were very friendly & put a smile on my dad's face. I was impressed to say the least. Vanessa thank you.

Older lady never gave me a number was rude and after waiting 1 hr told me get in line after 2 people. I had had good experience before but today was not a good one at all. True about 3 workers and only one working she has took care of me and done a great job but today was really bad service with the older lady

Half the reviews are made by people that work there listen to the 3 reviews and below they are speaking the truth. Frank and Leo are the only good workers with professionalism and great customer services. The two short Latina women with black hair are the women everyone is talking about. They are very rude and disrespectful with no professionalism or class. Don t waste your time going here you ll leave in a bad mood. Any dmv is better than this one.

Actually drove all the way down from Tucson for a replacement ID and the lady at the front (short, & constantly yelling) was incredibly rude, showed no empathy, and was overall lacking in professionalism. We waited over 2 and a half hours for her to tell us we had another hour to 45 minutes. Worst dmv service ever.

It's a great place to get your paperwork done. Short lines! But you don't want to take your Motorcycle skills test here. The guy has the course set up wrong. I tried to explain the way he had it set up was physically impossible to do, I tried to explain that they can look at youtube videos of every other DMV in CA how it is supposed to be done. I tried to explain by his own diagram he is doing it wrong. I tried to explain to the manager who didn't even bother to go out and look. So I canceled my appointment and have to go else where to a DMV that knows what they are doing!!!

I drove 3 hours for a driver license duplicate identification card.. they charged me,, then said that there photo system was down and I should come back tomorrow.. because you have to take a new picture to receive a identification card.. very inconvenient,, I don't recommend this location.. it's not like it use to be.. customer service is horrible now

The women workers are very rude and unstable. They have no respect for their customers if they were the only workers there they would have gotten no stars. The men workers are way nicer than the female workers and that s crazy.

Only 3 workers and only one is nice and its the man. The female workers are rude and disrespectful. They have no tact or customer service. It s really sad, if you don't like your job then quit don t take it out on the customers. They sat there talking about how they were going to fire each other for 30mins while ignoring people they needed to help. I would never come to this dmv again.

One of my favorite( Dmv)to go take care of business, very fast service also employees have a much better attitude than the rest of them in California. Wish everyone that works for the dmv would apply the great attitudes these location has. Thank you Blythe dmv for the great service

It was wonderful, the young spanish lady at the counter was so nice and helpful, and the guy at the door was very cool, nice and helpful too, my 5 stars to them !!!!!!
