You couldn t ask for better service! I had an unexpected flat tire and they took me in immediately. Problem solved in 15 minutes in this day and age this is unheard of as far as customer serviceFront office was courteous and quick and the technician that helped was friendly.

Had a tire blowout on a semi trailer on the 10. Called ahead to find someone who could sell me a used tire.These guys got it handled.I was quoted a fair price, he stood by that price, and even cut off a damaged mudflap bracket that was now in the way of the replacement tires.I appreciated them getting me back on the road quickly.

Great service, nice folks, had a blowout middle of the night on my trailer going up Chiriaco summit. Towed trailer to Alex s tire. Called first thing in the morning they fixed my tires and my trailer which was damaged by the blowout before I even got there. I highly recommend Alex s tire. I could not have had a better experience.

Recommended by the best car repair business in the area (Meade Automotive). They were professional and I trust them, but they did not have a tire my daughter needed in stock, and so I had to look elsewhere. I would go here first! They could have tried to take advantage, but were straight up with us and offered a fair price for a quality tire. If I was there instead of my daughter, I would have waited a day for them to get the correct tire in.

We took our RV in to get our tire looked at. Alex came out and parked us then soon disappeared off into the office. We waited about 30 minutes thinking we were waiting for them to finish up a customer in front of us. That customer soon left. Then again no one in sight they all retreated to the office. My husband waited out in the cold rain and no one said anything to him or would make eye contact my husband soon went in to see what was going on after they took another customer in front of us and Alex tells him it would be about an hour(he didn't mention this when he parked us. He just disappeared and left us waiting) his guy went to lunch. Mind you there were two other employees there. Two more customers came in a got service. I had already felt that we were being purposely ignored. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but I honestly think we were being discriminated against.

Went in to introduce myself as their Representative for Ag and OTR tires.Met Lisa and was very impressed with her abilities. Alex was not in but she ran the place with skill and attention. Place was very clean and stocked and her workers were very busy.

We had a screw in our tire while traveling on the I-10. Call up Alex's Tire asking if they do patches(yes) and was greeted in a cheerful way. We made our to them, and was out in 15min.

Had the tires on my Motorhome rotated and balanced. The techs did great work and the price was very reasonable. I ll bring all my tire work there in the future.

Alex (owner) has gone the extra mile for me on several occasions. I'm thankful for that. The one thing I do like about this shop is that they hand-torque lug nuts. I think that is extraordinary these days. Unlike Standage Tire who relies on an impact wrench to secure your wheel to your car, at least these guys take the time to do that right. What's more, I have to say that the last time I had my tires worked on here the tire guy seemed to be careful about how he handled the lugs nuts and impact wrench so as not to scar my aluminum wheels. Believe me, Standage Tire doesn't do this. I have wheels to prove it. Anyway, this is a basic tire/repair but at least they appreciate your business, what you have to say and show a little compassion for your hard earned hardware...unlike Standage Tire.

I was on a Dune trip over the Halloween weekend and had a hotel in blythe for one night but we went straight to the dunes first. Unfortunately we had a tire problem early so we shot back to blythe to get it fixed. we had terrible experiences at 2 tire shops, Standage tire and Jessy's tire but we also found Alex's but by the time we got there they were already closed. They said be here at 7:00 a.m. and we will do everything we can to help. We got there the next morning with the tires and after 2 bad experiences the night before I wasn't expecting much more, I was just figuring Blythe was a horrible town for tire service. Well we got there and the same 3 guys that talked to us the night before came right out to greet us and immediately got to work on the tires and they really spent allot of time and I was wondering about that. On one hand I was thinking they are really taking there time and doing a thorough job on the other thingking oh chit how much is this going to cost for a simple repair. Well the guy really worked hard on the tires and you could see him back there doing it and they finally finished and all the same guys came out to talk to us about what the problem was and what we could expect out of the tires. They actually cared that we were in a bind and needed help. I wish I could remember their names and I even asked them but i didn't write them down and I forgot. But when all was done I was expecting a big bill and he says - Don't worry about it!!! We'll see you next time. These are some awesome dudes! The tires held up and it saved our weekend at the dunes!!! I can't say enough about Alex's tire and the guys who work there! They actually care! Recommend to all.Oh, Btw - They told me, the other tire shop down there, Standage Tire, (who wouldn't help us), was their best customer....LOL.

On our way from LA to Phoenix in out work van. 15 miles of blythe had our van shaking REALLY bad. Limped along at 50 mph to blythe. Stopped her, he touched our back tire and was yup bad tire. Tossed a used one one for 40 bucks and change. Was a great guy. When the tire came off it was definitely bad!

You know, I won't go back.Guy seems nice but both times I have called and asked for a price and it changed at the shop..5 or 10 dollars might not be a big deal to them..But to me it is integrity and feels dishonest.

They did not tighten 1 of my valve stems tire went flat by the time I went home. I did return for fear of Covid contact. I heard to men talking in office phone stating their whole family had Covid with 2 deaths back to back. One man stated his wife and children had Covid at this time. How could they still be open with Covid exposure. The man who's wife has Covid walked in as I was walking out he was coughing and had forgotten to put his mask in. In quarantine for 14 days due to this exposure.

We got a flat tire right after going through the Cali/Arizona boarder and we found Alex's tire online. We managed to drive there and they were so efficient. We were in and out in 20min!

Alex is a Blythe Native and is always willing to above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Whether you're from town or not he will make sure you feel welcome at his shop and offer the best tire service in town.

Super nice people. Was on the road for awhile and needed air. Stoped at 5 gas stations and nothing had enough power to air up my van. These guys helped me get going. Thank you.

Had a blown tire on a semi trailer, needed to throw on the spare, drove in and right away they got to working. In and out in 16 minutes. Awesome job, thanks!

I went there with a flat tire on my trailer i was told to wait....i was fine with that, but then someone else came in and i was skipped so i left and went to jessies tires that is down the street sjd i was out of there within 25 min.....Owner was very rude.

They re not helpful people at all.. They didn t have our tire size which is okay but they didn t even let us use for air because they won t make any money from us. I don t recommend..

I stopped in for a screw in my tire and i was in and out in 5 min. Great customer service too I'll definitely be back.
