Never come here. Waste 1 hour waiting in line .They need some cars failed test ,you may one of them. They never tell you anything even visonly they know you car will failed the test. I just put a plastic bag on the fuel cap since I think they may cause gas leak ,and they see it clearly and test it. You still need to pay them. Worst service.

Dude was nice and everything but I brought my car in and told me the visual part of the smog test will fail which I've never heard about ..... Said my sparkplug wires and aluminum radiator and strut bar was the reason why it won't pass I have no intake no headers nothing..... Anyways I didn't wanna argue even tho I knew the guy was wrong because that stuff has nothing to do with emissions....... it's all good I found a spot in Fontana told them the story they laughed took my car and did everything and it passed with flying colors ....... idk why you didn't want my business but whatever

This business is definitely open! I had my smog check done by Nick, who runs the shop. I was out in 15 mins. Nick was personable off the bat! We spoke about classic Euro cars, specifically VWs, and overall had a pleasant experience at Sonora Smog Check. I'll definitely be back when I next smog my GTI. Looking a good place to do your smog check this guy whom I believe is the owner and the only employee has the best honest attitude add that he is super fast and price is really acceptable don't doubt to go this place he is the best!
