Takaura is the level of "I know my stuff!" That is admiral and worth the stop.Forgot my chains. She walked out to my car and said "we have two sets. Let's get you going!" Without having to use the machine. Did it anyway to verify if there was another set.In. Out. Totally top notch!

My dad loves this shop more than any other auto parts store in town. They help him install the windshield wipers and are friendly and helpful to him. Helps for friendly seniors!

MR. RAMON E. is an ANGEL sent from the heavens!!! I am giving Ramon 10 stars and recommending him an office with a view at the corporate office (if he wants it) or a 40% increase in monthly compensation by AUTO ZONE EXECUTIVES!!I am deeply grateful to you Ramon for saving my day!Ramon made it possible for me to check my bucket list and not get stranded by helping me fix my oil pressure problem on a Saturday night where all the auto shops are closed in Bishop and I still have 400 miles to drive to get to Nevada and attend a significant event of my life!I walked in to take a chance and ask for help if someone can fix my oil pressure problem and Ramon gladly WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO CHECK AND FIX MY PROBLEM by going under my car and ensuring I get to drive across the Mojave desert in the middle of the night by myself under safe conditions.Ramon is the most helpful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable expert with integrity working in this industry. I was extremely surprised when he did not even accept my token of gratitude and told me that company policy prohibits accepting gratuity.RAMON helped me remember how there are still good people out there who is willing to lend a hand to another being without any type of compensation.I am forever grateful to you Ramon and I am appealing to Auto Zone corporate executives to make sure Ramon is well taken cared of all the time and to highly consider my commendation for increase in pay for people like Ramon makes your business successful. What great service! We came in needing windshield wipers for our RV but didn t know how to take the old ones off. After going into the store, we were met with great customer service. A guy came out, took off the old wipers and installed the new ones we picked out and purchased. This took less than 10 minutes. These people were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very courteous. I would highly recommend AutoZone Auto Parts in Bishop, CA.

Ramon is fantastic and all about customer service. It was 9pm, on the dot, and he still allowed us to run in and grab ice melt for our walkway. He was so pleasant and patient. Highly recommend Autozone in Bishop CA.

So on Friday night my friend's Honda HRX failed to start after dinner we had dinner at The Mogul Restaurant in Mammoth. The manager asked his staff if anyone had Jumper cables. Fortunately the bus boy (man) did and he jumped our car. I then drove the car back to Bishop. We called Autozone during the drive (hands off) asking if they had a battery for the car. They did. We explained we would arrive just before closing and could they swap it out. They said yes. We got there and they tested the alternator and the battery and said both were good. They did mention the battery was slightly swollen and I concurred. I decided we should buy the new battery (no pressure from them); it could have been wiring or something else. Ramon E was the employee that helped us. He was cheerful and helpful the whole time. He quickly removed and replaced the battery and made sure our car would start. I offered a $20 tip for going above and beyond (it's after hours by now and of course this is COVID time). He said he couldn't accept the tip per company policy. So we made it home. And everything continues as normal 2 days later. We really appreciate Ramon E going the extra mile to help us and how friendly he was during the whole experience. Thanks Ramon.

Our company truck broke down just outside of Bishop. Devaughn went above and beyond in helping us source the part needed, as well as make sure we could get the part to our vehicle stuck on the side of the road. This store and the manager are second to none!

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!! Knowledgeable, courteous, and they have everything you need at prices that beat the competition! Ramon, Geoff and the management went out of their way to diagnose and FIX a problem that could left us stranded halfway through our 8-hour trip to attend the birth of our grandchild! Thanks to these guys, we made it! RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!!!

This is the best autozone I have ever been in.I needed to warranty out a battery from out of state and it was no problem. Today on my way here I became stranded outside of town with a cracked radiator. A good samaritan gave me a lift to Autozone where they were able to assist me with free coolantFrom Ramon and a lift back to my car from someone else! They suggested a radiator repair shop, Jose's Radiator and AC and followed me there to ensure I got the help I needed. Great people and amazing serviceThanks so very much.

I stopped for gas on my way through Bishop then my car wouldn't start and it wouldn't take a boost. The battery had completely failed. Being a regular AutoZone customer, I called the AutoZone in Bishop. The staff were sympathetic and very helpful. I purchased a new battery over the phone. I asked about getting a taxi to come pick up the battery, instead Ramone delivered it and helped me install it. Thanks to Ramone and AutoZone my trip was saved!

Got stranded in Bishop on our way to Reno and I was able to get the car to Autozone where they were able to do a diagnostic and provide me with car rental and mechanics options. Nice and knowledgeable guys.

Came from out of town looking for tire chains the employee Michelle seem annoyed because she could not find the size I needed then she said ya we can order them i use autozone all the time but i wont use this place in bishop customer service is everything s
