Had a tire blow out on our road trip. Called to see if they had the tires in stock and they did! Very happy with the price and service, definitely use them if you are in need of tire service!

We came in with a popped tire due to a super long nail. Gio took great care of us and got it out! It didn't take long at all and he was super nice. Highly recommend going here if you need anything from great people at a great price!

We stopped here on a Hail Mary on our way to Bishop after getting a rock tear in one of our tires. They were having issues with their phone, so we couldn't call ahead. They were able to get us on our way in less than 30 minutes with 4 new tires at a more than fair and competitive price. Our treads were already low and we were due for new tires, they recommended we at least replace 2 to get home, but we decided to replace all 4. The price was fair (comparable to what we'd have paid at home), and that's not to mention they could have easily charged more due to being a Sunday. Honest place, fast workers, good price, and open on Sunday!

I had a ruined tire while driving from Southern California to Oregon, and fortunately was able to reach this shop. The service was fantastic, super fast, and at a very good price. Having a place like this available in such a remote spot is truly a lifesaver. Both Kevin and Giovanni are great and I wish them every success!

I had some issues with my sensors. Giovanni and Kevin were so honest and have the greatest customer service. They fixed the problem even sooner than they said it would take. Very knowledgeable and take the time to explain the issues. Love these guys. The only place I will take my vehicle !

These guys are rockstars. Stopped in on a Sunday morning with some car troubles. They found the issue and fixed it right away. Turned out to be a fast and easy repair and they didn't try and price gouge. Honest and fair, would recommend .

We were in town camping. We first met Giovanni on the side of the road after a rock tore a hole in a tire of ours. An older gentleman stopped to help us, then Giovanni happened to pass, pulled up and assisted with getting our tire changed. He let us know he had a tire shop and what time they d be open in the morning. We stopped in first thing, and he quickly assessed our tire and showed us the large, unrepairable hole. He looked to see if he had a tire of the same size, which unfortunately he didn t, but he called his brother s shop in Bishop to see if he had it, which he did. Giovanni took care of our tire for us, and refused to take any money for his troubles. He was super kind and professional. Being a lesbian couple visiting a small town, we weren t sure what we would encounter, but this whole situation has really made us fall even more in love with Big Pine and the people here.

We were towing our tent trailer when both tires started stripping their tread about 15 miles from town. We drove slowly and carefully until the first tire blew, then pulled over to put the spare on. I called ahead and confirmed that they were open and stocked the right tires for our trailer. When we pulled in, they were ready and waiting for us. They had the new tires put on, pressure checked our spare and returned it to the back of our trailer, and had us ready to go in 20 minutes! When it was time to pay the bill, I was prepared to pay a lot since we were in such a small town. We were pleasantly surprised when we ended up paying $220 for two tires! I could not believe how fast, kind, and reasonably priced they are. I would highly recommend this shop, nothing but the best service!

I got a flat tire on White Mountain road, put on the spare and searched for the closest tire repair. I was lucky to find Perez open on a Sunday afternoon. Although I was hoping for a easy patch job, it turned out the tire was badly damaged, do I needed to replace my tires. The guys were great, offered me options on what to choose and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

I had two flat tires in middle of the desert and towed my car to this shop. I paid $380 extra to open the shop because it was after hours. Although it was too expensive but I can understand the late hours of costs. People families and things to do, if not just sleep.What unacceptable was, he charged me 280$ per tire (very cheap brands). I checked the tires online and it was $99 each. I showed him the prices and told him that how much is the price per tire. He knew I didn t have any other option but to pay whatever he will charge. He told me: You don t have to buy. I m not forcing you. I don t think it is ethical to get advantage of your customers.

Great service! We got 2 flat tires in less than 4 hrs. Second time we knew where to go. Super convenient location from Death Valley road. They handled both times fast, easy and friendly. Giovanni provided amazing work.

My husband and I had an incident on hwy 395 about 10 miles from this location. It was almost time for them to quit work for the day and they stayed open to help us! The owner and employee were so respectful, kind, and so very helpful! I would recommend this business to everyone! Honest, quick, and accommodating. I called right as they were closing and they kept the shop open to change my tires for me even though I was still 20 minutes away. I was out of there in about 30 minutes with a full new set of tires. I highly recommend using this shop for all of your tire needs in Owens Valley. This is my second set of tires from them on my SUV and I have also gotten a set from them on my van. The experience has been the good all three times.

We were traveling from Ca on a trip, back home to Idaho, when our two right back tires on our RV went out. We had been driving slow because we realized that morning something was wrong and had called Perez tires to see if they had our size in stock. They did and were expecting us. Just 8.9 miles out, our tires lost all their tread, in the middle of each tire. We found a great spot to pull over and called them. Not only did the fe low show up sooner than expected, about 30 minutes, but the fellow came with the 2 tires we needed, changed them out, right there on the side of the freeway, while we ate lunch in the RV. Before we knew it, we were back on the road. It was the tail end of the Memorial Day weekend, but the prices were just fine and not increased. We paid a well-earned service fee. If you end up stuck with tire issues in that area, you are in good hands with Perez tires. Great customer service, prices, (they will tow if necessary), roadside assistance is everything you can ask for in an emergency situation. We are very thankful for the fellows there that day! We made it back to Idaho with our new tires. If you are a local there, it's a great place for tires!

I came in at 8:00 Friday morning with a flat tire after running something over the prior night. I pulled out with my new tire at 8:17. The staff was super helpful, respectful and quick enough that I made it into work on time. I will definitely be back with future business.

This guy is a fuggin lifesaver. We were on our way to Burning Man and pulled off to get gas and noticed that there was a quite large hole in a drivers side tire. We called and were serviced immediately. What a blessing. This place gets 5+ stars. Thank youuuu!!!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I dropped in without an appointment in my 30 foot RV. I asked if they could change my oil. They pretty much dropped everything, ordered a filter from 15 miles away, changed my oil, Aires up my tires and had me on the way in about an hour. Fantastic guys and fantastic service.

I was in the middle of a 2000 mile RV trip when I noticed I had a bald tire. Rolled into Perez kind of knowing that I was at their mercy. Well, the price was more than fair, it took about 30 mins to replace two tires (Gio pointed out another tire that was not in good shape), and I was on the road again. I could not be more grateful, because when you're traveling like that, there's nothing more important than repairs going quick and smooth. Gio will also do roadside assistance from Olancha up to Bridgeport (I think). He is polite, professional and to me, honest. Thanks Gio!

Coming down the 395 my left front tire developed a big bulge. I was looking for a place to pull over to put on my spare. saw this shop and decided to have them do it. Was 100 Deg. outside, the guys jumped right on it. I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes sitting in the A/C the whole time. Best 35 bucks ever spent

We had a blowout on the 395 S on our trailer and unfortunately our spare was damaged and we did not have the correct jack. It was 105 degrees and for hours AAA never showed up.Amazing locals Zack and Mike stopped to see if we needed help and drove back to Perez Tires to give them our information and see if they had what we needed. Joaquin (I believe, apologize if have his name wrong) and a new hire John came to us and were our HEROS. Amazing, fast, friendly, reasonably prices. Was so very nice not to be price gouged b/c we were from out of town and in a desperate situation.Replaced two tires in record time and had us back on the road home with smiles on our exhausted faces. We had a 24 hrs total trip to get back to work in the a.m. and Perez Tires saved the day! Thank you! HIGHLY recommend!

Perez Tires fixed a flat that I had on my F350 with a camper on it. It was cold and raining, but they jacked up my truck, took off the wheel, then removed the tire from the rim and patched the leak and cleaned out the dreaded green repair goo I had put inside the tire. The service was excellent and they even gave me advice about Death Valley road conditions, as well as how much to air down my tires. Highly recommended.

Giovanni is an awesome guy. I had a flat tire in Lone Pine, CA and this place is in Big Pine, CA. I called this place up after being rudely dismissed by Miller's towing / Lone Pine Auto Care.Giovanni calmly took down the details about the tire, understood that he would need to order the run-flats for my Mercedes C43 and made the order by noon. He even offered to come down to Lone Pine to pick up the flat tire and its pair, drive back to the shop in Big Pine to fit the new tires on the wheels to minimize scratching on the wheels, and bring the tires back down to Lone Pine to put them back on the car.It was so easy communicating with him and he did the job like a true professional. I highly recommend anyone needing a repair to check out this place. Thanks Giovanni!

Some people might drive by this shop thinking they only do tires. I found Alex and his team to be very skilled at diagnosing and replacing a failed alternator. It was mid-afternoon on a Friday before the 4th of July weekend and it was 96 degrees out. He found a replacement part in Bishop, had it shipped down and installed within two hours while my family hung out in the air conditioned office. It was a fair price, but under these circumstances it was a miracle. Thank you to Alex, his team and the office staff for getting us back on the road.

Called about problems with our RV brakes as we were traveling through and they were able to get us in the next day! We had to wait for some parts to arrive, but they got them as quickly as possible. The price was very fair too! So thankful they were able to get us back on the road pretty quickly.

Gio is an amazing mechanic and an honest business owner and both are hard to come by especially in this valley. These guys will take care of you. I have used them on all my vehicles and will continue to do so.

Got a slow tire leak in Lone Pine and waited 2 and a half hours at the tire shop there for the "tire guy" to shop before being told it'd another 2 hour wait. Decided to drive up to Big Pine to this shop and super glad we did. Really friendly on the phone and within 3 minutes of us arriving had the tired off and gave it a thorough check over. Patched it up fast and was super affordable.

Perez Tires & Lube provided me excellent customer service during my recent trip up the 395. The tires on my trailer started bulging while traveling and they stayed open for me after their regular closing hours to allow me to get into town and get to their shop. Super impressed and super grateful they had the tires I needed and were willing to wait for me. When I got there, I drove right up and they had 3 tires changed and I was back on the road in 20 min! It was awesome. Exceptional customer service! Great job! Thank You!

Hands down quickest service ever and qualify plus he could have charged me more for a special tire balance but he decided it wasn t worth it and told me the mechanic issue and their was nothing witch I already knew but respect for this man he s a smart man got a really good shop lots of guys their painting and working on vehicles but he scheduled me in on appointment I was hr late and still got me in and Out.If you need the right price and get it done quickly go to see this man you won t regret it! He s very busy everyday but will make time for his customers!
