Needed a patch after we picked up a piece of chain leaving Yosemite. Miller Brothers were awesome! Quick fix, friendly, and a real value for a job very well done. Highly recommend.

They saved my tail and I d have had a broken buddy bearing had they not helped out. Went here before a cross country trip.. the guy greased my boats bearing and refused to charge me. My grease gun wouldn t get in there for God nor money but they were able to finagle it. Y all are rad people!

Very friendly very respectful very courteous and their prices aren't too high. I paid over $60 less for my oil. Change there, than I did at the dealership.

I Had my car towed there $300. and waited they said it would be done at five . I got dropped off at three and watched how much they're doing except cars . They said they didn't have time so I had it towed home $125. One and a half miles they forgot the top plastic for covers my injectors waited FIVE DAYS. I understand busy however when a local you know comes in I still have my 90 yr old dad at home needs to go to the doctor .

We had a really good experience with this company when we accidentally locked our keys in our car at our campsite, 4 hours away from home. We had to wait 3 hours for help- but we first inquired at 5 am on a Saturday, so the wait was no issue. They were a great help to us with no damage to our car, we are very thankful!

Our driver side window wouldn't go up out of the nowhere. We were at Yosemite, and one of the rangers that we asked for help suggested this place. Miller's brothers closed at 5 pm, and we got there at 4:15, and they had about 3 cars that they were working on. We explained what had happened and that we still had two hours' drive. They immediately took our car and fixed our window. They could have charge emergency or rush fees or whatever they want to call it, but instead charged us very minimal, and that shows good character. Great place. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic company! Spark plug came out of our RV on the way out of Yosemite. They had us back on the road in an unbelievably quick time. The guys were fantastic and the price was very fair. I cannot speak of this place highly enough. This day could have been a disaster for us and it turned out to be a minor bump in the road, as we were back on the road in a matter of hours.Service: Engine repair

Absolutely amazing experience here. Broke down while going up the grade on HWY 120. Called in about 5minutes before their closing time on a Friday. They made sure to not only come pick us up and give us a tow, but also stay an hour+ after closing on a Friday to replace my alternator. Best!! And very nice people!! Really peace in mind guarantee!! We travelled here and with cars warning lights on. The technician gave fast diagnosis and explained in a very understandable manner and assured the peaceful mind to us. Just saved our day and whole vacation. I was having an issue with my van, and stopped in. They were super helpful, even though they couldn't find anything wrong, even took it for a test drive and the problem didn't happen for them. I drove for a half hour and it seems okay now, but really thankful for Miller Brothers thoroughly checking out any possible issues!

I was with my Mom & Dad at the Rush Creek Lodge right outside of Yosemite. We ended up with a flat tire and the lodge recommended these folks to us.We called them first thing in the morning at 8 AM and they got to the lodge around 10 AM. They quickly got our car on the tow truck and drove us back to the shop. The tire was repaired in 10-15 mins with no issue. If you re ever on the Groveland side of Yosemite, these guys have your back

These guys are the best! Honest, quality and much cheaper on tires. They know what they are doing. Serviced my Ram 1500, and my previous Honda Rodgeline. Saved me at least $1,000 on tires. Got a flat on my truck and mechanic put on my spare for free. Had issues with our coolant tank after exiting Yosemite and they came and towed us all the way home over an hour away. Gave us a ride as well which was very appreciated. Amazing service and very prompt! Rocky was great and kept us entertained on the ride with awesome conversation. Very fair rates and just all around amazing customer service. If we ever get stranded near Yosemite again, will definitely give them a call!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We drove through some very steep mountain passes, pulling a 25 camper. The brakes overheated and smoked on two separate occasions so we pulled over. I called my roadside assistance who contacted Miller Brothers to help us. Rocky came, assessed the situation and got us safely back into town. As it was Sunday, things were closed but he led us to a parking lot where we stayed overnight. The next day we went to the shop and Les inspected our brakes and rotors, which were fine, actually. Then he went above and beyond to make sure we knew to downshift and avoid using the brakes as much as possible over the passes. He also - bless him - gave me a tutorial on how to use the camper brakes. Both Rocky and Les were so kind and reassuring and respectful to us two old ladies. I assume there was a service call charge to my insurance company but there was no charge for Les s advice. What a great company!Service: Brakes

I am owner of Greeley Hill Auto. There commitment to helping people in need is hard to match. I send all my tire repairs there way as well as a few other tool specific jobs. I am glad to have them around. There commitment to there AAA service is the best around. These guys really go above and beyond to help people. We were traveling back from our cabin in Pine Mountain to our home in Oregon and the check engine light had come on. Facing a 400+ mile journey we were very concerned about continuing. We pulled in to their shop and one of their guys ran diagnostics and found the issue and we could continue our journey. And they didn t even charge us. Very thankful for their prompt service and reassurance.Would thoroughly recommend them.Thanks again for sorting us out.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We were about to head back to the bay when we noticed the tire warning light and our tire was low. We pulled in to Miller Brothers and they straight away jacked up the car, found the nail, fixed the tire and had us on the road in less than half an hour in 100 degree heat too. Amazing service and very reasonable price. Got us home safely.Highly recommend them.Service: Tires

After being stuck out in the foothills, we were set up with Miller Brothers Towing. through AAA. We were told the wait would be an hour and half to two hours, of course that seems like forever. BUT our driver Rocky kept in contact with us and was there in less than the estimated time frame AAA had given us. Rocky was a cool guy and personable which always makes a stressful situation better in my opinion. Got our truck loaded, delivered and unloaded just where we asked on the property. As we pulled away each going in our own directions, he pulled up next to us and let us know that our brake light was out. My experience with Miller Brothers Towing was a pleasant one.

I came in with a few stripped bolts on 3 occasions. The mechanic initially refused my money because each time, I was in about 5 mins total. I would not leave without paying because I m an honest person. I pay when I have work done, period.On the day that I m totally screwed & desperately NEED them, they tell off on the phone & inform mw that I can go to Sonora for all my work from now on. I was frustrated by having popped my bike s tubes by attempting to change them myself & they berate me in the phone about not being able to assist me when I m literally the equivalent of half a block down the highway & willing to pay 5x their service fee.They even called me back to try to confirm who I was so they could refuse me service in the future. Absolutely disgusting business practice. I will remove this review upon receiving an offer to service my vehicle without being told off by the only mechanic in town. Beware of giving your business to these folks. They re a family business & not afraid to leave you stranded. In fact, that s their bread & butter, servicing vehicles which are stranded. This ain t it chief

My brother and I took my new 2022 Jeep Rubicon up the National Forest 2S30 road and we unfortunately got stuck in 2 feet of snow. Called AAA and dispatched us to miller brothers. They were not able to come assist us because it was too dark . It was still daylight. So my brother and I had no other option to call back in the anti request their services.we ended up sleeping in the Jeep for the night. At 7:00 am, we called and requested their services. They sent someone up to come help us. 4 hours go by after calling to see where our driver is and we we were informed that the rangers had to come assist them. Not sure if they got lost which I m sure of. I called the office of miller brothers and spoke with a lady. The owner was there while I was speaking with her and I can hear him in the background saying we are not gonna go assist the because it s going to take 1 hr 15min to get to us. What humane person or business owner not take on the responsibility and deny their services to someone that is stranded in the forest???!!!!. So my brother and I took matters into our own hands and rode our mountain bikes back down to Rust Creek Lodge. Stayed the night there and came up with a plan. We were able to acquire a shovel and a winch. It had snowed about 2 inches of snow over the night and rode our mountain bikes back up that took us approximately 2hrs to get to the Jeep. My brother and I succeeded on getting the Jeep out safely. I had confirmed with them that I would not be charged for anything and they still charged me $1,200 for a service that was not done. I truly don t recommend this place for anything.

Circumstances meant I had to conduct all transactions over the phone long-distance. They were reasonable, flexible and accommodating. They met me at the shop after hours since it was the only time I could get there, and I immediately took the car on a road trip across two states. It performed beautifully. We got stuck on the 120 grade to Groveland. We had no cell service. Our roadside wasn't showing up. Called chp for assistance they sent out Rocky from Miller Brothers towing. He showed up 15 minutes after the call. He made sure my family was warm and safe in the cab before getting the car on the tow truck. He's a stand up guy. THANK YOU Rocky.

It was a rainy day on November 1st. The road I was on was closed, and I was embarrassed because I didn't know where to go and because the internet was not working in a really unfamiliar place. To make matters worse, there was a warning that there was a problem with the tire. Then, "Miller Brothers Automotive" caught my eyes. The owner of the place solved my tire problem, and he didn't charge me. Even though he was wet from the rain, repaired the tires. Thanks a lot. We were able to find the way again and go where we wanted to go. I am Korean. I can't forget your kindness then. If I go to USA again, I want to visit here. I'm sorry that I couldn't say hello well because I was so embarrassed at the time. I won't forget you. Thanks once again.

Miller bros have always been great. They are the only place I ll take my vehicles to. We were on the side of the road with our brakes completely gone and these people took care of everything. Within the hour of calling them, myself and 5 friends were in an air conditioned office. Because we were stuck on the side of the road with no place to stay, we were giving immediate priority. To top it off, the repair bill came out to roughly half of what the estimation would be at another chain shop in the San Diego area.Their service, pricing, and air conditioning are all 10/10. If you're in the area and in need of an emergency repair, this your best bet.

Had the brake pads replaced on my Jeep and these folks were wonderful. Everything was done within and hour, everybody was pleasant, respectful, and I didn't have to rob a bank to pay for all! :-) I'll be returning here when I need help again.

I called for a tow as my car was stuck in the mud/snow in my long driveway and being old with a bad back, I couldn't get it out. I had just bought chains the night before but was unable to install them. AAA said they would be here in about 90 minutes - it had been snowing for a few days and I'm sure he was very busy. He was there within 45 min. and as all the reviews state, he was personable, professional and went the extra mile to make sure I was safe and my chains were installed correctly and got the car out of my driveway. Even volunteered to walk me back to the house - a long distance - in the snow so I wouldn't fall. Will definitely take my car to them for any problems.

They are family owned and have always provided amazing service. I'm glad there is a local automotive shop that is honest and fair. Love you miller bros!!!!!!
