The service is amazing! The moment we walked in, we were greeted so pleasantly and helped immediately. It was incredibly fast and efficient. Something that would have taken hours at the DMV was done in less than 15 min. Upon checking out, I was told I would get a follow up call the next day. As promised, I was called personally and updated on my paperwork. I couldn't be more pleased and will never waste my time at the DMV again. Highly recommend!!!

The new ladies at Redline are awesome and super nice. Even accommodated me being able to come by after hours so I could get my tags. Very efficient and fast registration services and took all the hassle and stress out of having to drive all the way down the mountain and deal with the DMV. YOU GUYS ROCK!

New Office Girls are friendly and efficient. Saved me from spending hours at the DMV, and taking time off work. I was there less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

The new owners are terrible. They can't do anything and make you wait days. They also make you fill out a ton of unnecessary paper work when they can't even help you. So sad the place got sold. Definitely going to try out Express Auto Registration. They are also in big bear and I'm so happy there is a second place now.

Recently got my tags from redline. The girls in the office are absolutely the sweetest! They were very helpful and professional! Got my tags quick. Would definitely recommend you stop in and use their services

New owner, new management, & friendly, helpful ladies there. Way easier & better to pay them than to go down the mountain to deal with the DMV any day.

A real pleasure to do business with, Tamara and her husband, (whose name escapes me...) are great folks. Knowledgeable and super nice, I'll never drive down the mountain to go to the DMV again.Thanks you two. 8-)

I had a complicated vehicle registration issue and Sandy at Redline was extraordinarily helpful. Without her guidance I would've been lost (and my wallet probably would've been a lot lighter too).I highly recommend Sandy and Redline to anyone with DMV or registration issues. They're great.

Brought my truck in from out of state to get it re registered to California. They handled all the paperwork and everything else with it walked out with new plates same day. They are truly awesome I will be going back with any of my Dmv needs. They rock.

I had a great experience with my title transfer. The place was inviting and Tamara was knowledgeable and very friendly. The quick service beats the long wait at the DMV any day!

Place Is Never Open! Even during their "business hours" good luck just being able to conveniently walk in... 9:30-4:00 mon-thurs and Friday is like 10-1(with lunch) LMFAO! That's less than 2 hours of being open!!! The DMV is so much faster than that crap.......... This is the third time Ive tried redline and now the last, its just not worth it. Another Big Bear joke

I recently bought a car from out of state so I was unsure of how to go about putting the car in my name. Tamara was able to make the process very simple. Also, its waaayyyyy easier than going to the DMV down the hill.

THE LADY THERE IS VERY RUDE !! RICK IS OK & BE CAUTIOUS THESE PEOPLE ARE CHARGING ALOT ON TOP OF WHAT U WOULD PAY AT DMV OR AAA !! WANTED TO CHARGE US OVER $100 & SOMETHING !! WELL NEVER USE REDLINE IN BB AGAIN !! ON OUR WAY TO AAA NOW :)

They never answer the phone and when they do the guy is rude. They re open when I call and he tells me to call back when they re closed. Rude.
