The younger Latino Guy has a 10" tongue and he can breathe thru his ears!!! Girls love him, that's probably why he is so nice.

I gave NAPA 5 stars for so many ressons.1. I live in sugarloaf 3.9 miles from the store. Which is respectful however this is big bear lake... 8,000 feet elevation. I do not complain about prices here.. I bought 1 oil filter? I hope you enjoy my photo.

During a Christmas day snow storm the owner opened the store to sell snow chains to stranded Big Bear Lake visitors. This store is highly recommended.

Eric is super polite and knows his stuff. I also really like Dave and William. Good group of people over there and have decent stock. Wish they would order parts over the phone without requiring payment first.

NAPA is and always has been quality and dependable. Like in this visit , they were able to order an axel nut that Auto Zone couldn't get without ordering the whole axel.Its really nice having both stores.Big Bear is definitely growing so I'm sure each store will pick up where the other is unable.

They were a great help. I was unable to find an air compressor to fill up my truck tire. He suggested a few places but all were chammed with quarters and the card readers didn't work. One shop near the Village actually told me he didn't have time and his compressor was blocked by cars. Luckily Napa had a compressor in stock that I was able to purchase.

Nicely remodeled store, they have everything and run shuttles so I ve been able to order parts in the morning and have them sometimes the same day. Working on my GFs truck and has been a blessing having a great parts store to rely on! And locally owned!

It wasn't busy. It wasn't a bad environment. It was quick. I was in and out of there which is what some people are looking for when needing something for their car. The staff was polite and available. I would come here again and I will.

I was in need of a deep cycle marine battery and the woman who answered the phone and helped me in the store went out of her way to help me make the proper selection.Great customer service and I truly appreciated it.

I have been a loyal patron for nearly 20 years but I will NEVER take my business here again! I have a battery under warranty that is leaking acid out of the posts so bad that it eroded the entire terminal and ate through the main power relay wire. I tried returning the battery but the manager claims that the liquified corrosion is standard and not a problem. It is bubbling around the terminals and posts but she will charge the battery and I can pick it up in a few hours... LmaoWORSE MANAGEMENT IN THE HISTORY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Clean store, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well stocked with the common items most likely needed for typical vehicle maintenance in Big Bear. Plus, they sponsor engine raffled off at the annual Big Bear Lake Antique Car club raffle!

Bought an auto part in NAPA Redlands and thought I could return it to this store NAPA Big Bear and they refused to take it even though NAPA's return policy says I could.Way to screw over your local citizens NAPA!I guess I am buying parts on Amazon from here on out. Horrible service!!! I walk in there are 4 guys standing around ,no customers. I Just needed a battery for my car remote. Instead of looking up in the computer to assist me on the battery typ. A guy in his 40's about 6' just pointed to the end of the Isle and said I could look there. When I asked if they had a small screwdriver to open my remote ,he litterly tossed a small flathead screwdriver on the counter ( which obviously was going to be too big) I was astonished at how rude he was by his actions an disinterest in helping!! I'm a Law Enforcement Officer ! And a female which was the only reason why I was able to keep my cool!# I'm used to dealing with these kind of miserable people! # Just quit your job allready! Just learn how to treat others the way you want to be treated or at least the females in your family!!

Friendly and helpful service. Just don't expect a large variety of items, this is expected for the small town. But all the basics are available.

Not a very large inventory. No entry unless you have a mask. Definitely needs to be updated, pretty grungy.

Needed a part for my car and the guy there was very knowledgeable and found the exact part I needed pretty fast. Had to order it though but that is expected on the mountain.

I paid 29 doller for a cheap pair of windshield wipers. Dang they rip me off man.. I could've paid 9 dollars at Wal-Mart.

I always have a good experience at Napa auto parts in Big Bear Lake. They are very knowledgeable, no matter what I'm there for. Prices are very competitive.

Only one ive been to that doesnt do code reading but will gladly tell you you can buy a code reader from them. All others do code reading to help you buy the parts you need.
