Husband and I had to make an emergency last minute move to Big Bear, and Extra Space Storage was able to accommodate us the same day we came in! Andrew was very helpful, straight forward and honest (rare quality these days), so we are extremely grateful to say the least. Office environment is very welcoming, staying true to Big Bear and our unit is well maintained and clean!Stopped by two other storage facilities that day, and Extra Space Storage is hands down, the best! Thank you Andrew and team, y all rock!

I used the Big Bear Lake facility for a RV storage site. Michael helped me and was very nice. He gave me a Senior discount and answered all my questions. Very easy to to complete sign up process. Clean facility and plenty of room.

I give Extra Space Storage five stars. The facility is very nice, clean, secure, and convenient. The gentleman who helped me, Andrew, was very professional and polite. He showed me a couple different units in the size I was looking for so I had options. Also, the price was right. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone needing a place to store their things.

I called the Big Bear facility and had some questions that Michael answered with great knowledge. I still stopped by and the facility is clean and seems well maintained.

Me and my family have used Extra Space and they always are friendly, clean and accommodating. Having storage in Big Bear is a must, and not many places have the professionalism that makes you feel like your belongings are safe.

I have been here over 9 years. Through two different Ownerships, there hasn't been one "SNAFU"! The Staff are Professional and Friendly. The Grounds remain Safe and Clean. Of Great Note, the place is Safe. No Thievery and No Accosting of Single Females. Highly Rated in my Book!

Just moved our stuff into the storage unit yesterday. Made the arrangements online. It was easy enough. Onsite personnel are very helpful. Facility is clean and easily accessible.

They keep the yard very clean and recently re-paved everything. The people are friendly and very helpful that manage the place.

Andrew is the very best I have ever seen He helped my family by shoveling out 6 by 12 by 30 6 feet deep of snow. I have never seen anybody like this man. He is a true savior. Please bless this man as he has blessed my family. God bless Andrew. He is our life saver. Trying to store a trailer before another storm. Best customer service ever. From Jim and Doreen.

Best storage units in the area.Cheap, clean and the most amazing staff I ve seen at a self storage place.My guy Andrew at the office does a hell of a job taking care of customers, and making the whole process smooth.Oh and no stairs or elevators at all !!!

This was a great choice. Friendly, fast and easy service. The young man who helped me had excellent customer service and a happy to be here to help attitude! Something that sadly is rarely seen . I am glad to have a spot here. Thank you !

I went to Extra Space with my daughter.Andrew is just the best. He is so very helpful and so nice. Very rare these days.The previous owners of the storage were absolutely awful.I am so happy Extra Space took over.My husband and I used Extra Space for several years at another location and was always happy.

Long story short this is the best storage company to go through. I almost lost my storage to auction and Andrew and the regional managers all worked with me on a payment plan.
