Vehicle came back with loose bolts. Even had my break caliper fall off the truck on road. Tried calling but they would not return my call.

Waited OVER 2 hours on a Thursday when the roads were completely dry, light visitor traffic, blue skies, and they did not show up or call. I would call that extremely UNRELIABLE! All I needed was a jump start. AND they reported to my auto service that they COMPLETED the service call! FRAUDSTERS!!!

These men were beyond amazing. They showed up in the time they said they would, were extremely friendly and also helped calm us down from our panic (we were stuck in the snow). They were very patient and kind, and I couldn t be more happy with whom came to help us! I wouldn t want any service from someone else. I m Keeping them in my contacts and will stay with their services (hopefully won t happen again). These poor guys were getting calls from frustrated and angry people, but don t forget that they re doing the best they can in dangerous conditions. I wish I could remember their names! Give them a chance they won t disappoint.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Long distance hauling

This company is AMAZING!!!!! They helped me in a great time of need. I was stuck with my family on the side of the road and these guys came out and helped me! Very polite and Professional. I will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to everyone!!!!! Thanks again guys amazing professional service!!!

Don't call them if you want to be humiliated!!!I got their contact from Chase roadside assistance. A guy picked up the phone and asnwered your query with extremely rude and disrespectful attitude.

Very rude and inconsiderate! They hung up in my face and said I had attitude! How dare they treat a potential client like this I would never use or call them again it s no wonder there business is failing! Don t use!! I repeat horrible customer service the guy must be voting for Donald Trump!

This place is awesome good costumer service I called for a tow and they arrived quickly john was the man good people skills and down to earth i would recommend to my friends and family and everyone else

Large bare maybe..... Not big bear.... They wanted 450$ to tow my truck home from macDeez.... The local tow company was 100$..... Bear valley my azz!
