I purchased snow chains from here online. They said the ones that I bought were no good so they upsold me to better ones. Spent $240. Just to find out that it doesn't fit. We took it back not even an hour later and was told that all sales are final.I called just now and reached out to a manager of the store (named Jared I think). I thought maybe he would even try to empathize with my situation but he basically said he gets thousands of people like me calling him every year. Must be good business scamming thousands of people at this store.When I asked what I should do, he told me to contact corporate customer service. I asked for the number and he told me to Google it. Now that's customer service at its finest!

Gave me a bottle of map gas that was rusted and said that's just how they get them I'm going to go to DIY and see if they get them like that now.....DIY was not rusted and cheaper.

Daniel provided excellent customer service! He was super helpful, communicative, and kind when he assisted my husband with our car battery. Thank you for making our visit to auto zone in big bear such a great experience.

Went in to buy an ODB Scanner tool and got 20 questions to buy one simple item. When I finally asked if I could just buy the scanner I was told the only way to get the warranty was to provide all my information. The warranty was printed right on the box. This invasion of privacy is crossing the line. They have my information but they do not have my business, NAPA is right down the street and I will shop there from now on.

This location come up when you put in Great Clips It is the wrong location. Great clips is located closer to Stater Brothers. Google maps has been asked repeatedly to update location by store and me and still has not done so.

It was 7:45PM when my car s battery went kaput. I got a jump and headed to AutoZone. I know having a customer with a dead battery to change out is probably not what the staff desired at closing time, but Chuck and his staff were able to quickly get me the battery I needed and get it changed out in under 15 minutes. Fantastic and efficient work, Chuck. I appreciate your help!

Santiago was super duper helpful in helping us find the correct snow chains. He explained to us the differences & assisted us on putting them on. Every company needs a Santiago because he is the most knowledgeable and nicest person of autozone.

I have to let the manager know that Daniel is an excellent employee and I am so impressed by his customer service. Being on vacation with a dead battery and AAA with no replacement available led me to this Autozone. Daniel helped with everything from battery replacement, starter and alternator testing. He is very courteous as well. Give him a raise and pay him in gold please!

Best experience with these guys drew and his crew were great help. I had to do an emergency alternator replacement (with my family in the truck) in front of the shop they lent me tools and even lent a hand . This is a new store with great customer service

I love autozone! I've been a going to these store for over a decade and I've never been disappointed with them. When I heard we were getting one up here i was so excited! I just got a new marina battery for a boat and couldn't be happier with it. The staff are very professional and happy to make suggestions for discount and sales. Sure you could call it "up selling" but if I want then I want to know. Will be going back tomorrow for something no doubt.

The store manager (DREW) is beyond GREAT! He always greets me with a smile! Drew is a CAR AND BOAT GUY! My truck is 26 years old. He always remembers me and the F-150! He's a credit to Auto Zone AND BIG BEAR!

The shop was 20 minutes from closing and I had an emergency sensor replacement due. We were very happy to meet Santiago who answered all our questions, and helped determine the problem, with patience and kindness. He even stayed minutes after closing, and went above and beyond to assist us. Thanks to him I did not miss my flight! Best customer service experience ever! They also had everything we needed in stock which was convenient!

My husband went to return some tire chains that we were given that were the wrong size. The store manager was extremely rude and yelled at him for being another complainer . We understood it was a stressful day for this manager because of the snow, but when he followed my husband out to the parking lot to get in his face and confront him, that settled the review. My husband had called the district manager and that made the manager angry. It was absolutely unacceptable. Don t go there. There are many other choices in Big Bear.

This store and their team exemplify and personify friendly, neighborly customer service. They went out of their way to help me with my car s keyless remote. First, a woman named Charlotte not only found me the right battery, she cracked open the casing herself and replaced it for me right there in the store. When it turned out that the issue with the remote was not the battery but the thing itself, Chuck the Manager went online and looked up YouTube videos to help me figure out how to start the car with a faulty remote. He was able to find a solution for me and asked for absolutely nothing in return. I m very grateful for the kindness and patience of these employees at AUTOZONE who went the extra mile for a complete stranger whose only purchase was a tiny watch battery.

Drew, the store manager was indifferent, rude, and condescending. He seemed unwilling to help and had zero care in his demeanor. He even yawned when I asked if he could assist me. If this is management...not good!

These guys have never let me down whenever I need something for my vehicle, if they haven't got it, they'll get it with free shipping and it'll be there in about 2 days, they will notify you as soon as it arrives. The prices are the same as if you were down the hill shopping, save some gas and shop up here.

Its nice to have an Auto Zone in Big BearThey still have problems ordering parts and connecting with other stores to do so. That should be worked out in a week or two i was told.Its nice and new with that new car smell The staff was very helpful and polite.They actually have prices on each and every type of oil, quart and 5 quart container. Very helpful.

I just needed to exchange an item, Santiago was very helpful. However he needed a manager to okay it. Which is where the trouble started. The manager, Nick, lied about being on the clock and had us wait for someone else to okay it.Then he continued to ask the employee that was helping me to do something for him. I guess I was wasting his time, since he said he busy with his customers after another manager help me. I will be going off the hill for my auto parts from now on. Really expected more out of a new autozone.

Late on a Saturday night (8:15pm), I was leaving the local Stater Bros and saw my "Check Engine Light" was on. I drove to the local Big Bear Lake AutoZone to see if they would diagnostic check it for me. I drove up to front of building and parked in Handicapped Spot (I am a gimp - look it up). I called from my truck and a young fella, Adam, answered. I asked if he'd come out and assist me as it is cumbersome to unload my Rollator and such. He happily agreed. He was very thoughtful and courteous. As it was late, he didn't rush me at all.While he took the reading, I went to the back of my SUV and removed my Rollator (walker). I went inside and listened to him on the phone calming someone who was having drama with an apparent battery problem. He was calm & cool and gave them all the right advice to solve their dilemma.He checked the Diagnostic and, apparently, no code appeared. As I had recently passed a Smog Test with flying colors and also got a top off at the Valvoline Oil Change Station, I couldn't understand the light coming on. He then told me he had reset my warning light.I asked for some Degreasers and Cleaners and he went back to the area, so I wouldn't have to, and I spent over $20+. I was happy to do so as it was right at closing time. Adam & Santiago were extremely accommodating.Adam, truly, went above and beyond the call of duty. I left there feeling much better than when I pulled up originally. Adam also informed me, as I am a Rewards Member, that the next time I purchase $20 worth of goods, I get $20 worth of credits! Since we haven't had an AutoZine up here in awhile, I forgot all about that program. I will go back and purchase more things that I need.Thank you Adam & Santiago!! Excellent Customer Service.

I needed a battery for my RV and they had one in stock for only $69 and gave me $15 off of that price..... From the time I removed my battery in the rv, drove to the store, purchase the new battery, installed it in the RV was less than 60 minutes.I was a happy camper.... Pardon the pun

Awesome customer service! Drew, charlotte & team all pitched in to help with a broken terminal and battery replacement. (Had my family in the car), we woulda been stuck without their tools, kindness and parts. Above and beyond effort spending 2 hrs to help us get back on the road!

Look... It's impossible to find quality employees in Big Bear. The crew here is doing the absolute best with what they've got. With that said, this AutoZone is the best thing to happen to Big Bear since it last rained.I'm sorry if you ran into car troubles on your trip to Big Bear. It's called preventative maintenance for a reason. Do what you have to do so you can do what you want to do. Don't blame the staff simply because they don't have your specific part on hand... 24 hours is nothing when you're trapped on Big Bear time.

Lost my gas cap from my Jeep wrangler on Pioneer town to big bear trail. Autozone had the part to get me back home. Guys are great and knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you...and open until 9pm on Sunday.

Store looks good but customer service is bad. A few other customers and me were waiting in line and a guy in a Grey shirt named Nick which I would assume is the manager. Would not help anyone in line and the two girls on the counter asking for help and he just ignored us. Gonna be shopping at Napa from now on.

I came in looking for a new car battery and Chuck and Santiago helped me with amazing service. Thankfully they were nice enough to install it for me there as well. I really appreciate this location as other AutoZones are very far from Big Bear.
