Hello! I may be going back quite a bit in time April of 1982, my Senior year of high school. I just wanted to share an incredible experience I had with the beautiful Rolls Royce Motor Cars Of Beverly Hills dealership of which I had an opportunity to write to the dealership requiring any information on all of the stunning 1982 Rolls Royce Motor cars. The class was Business Mathematics of which our incredible teacher allowed the students to professionally write to any business of our choice. My first immediate and enthusiastic choice was Rolls Royce Motor Cars Of Beverly Hills! Our teacher obtained the address and I sincerely requested as much information on the absolutely gorgeous Rolls Royce Motor Car lineup for the 1982 model year. With much enthusiasm and patience,I received,within about 2 1/2 weeks,a thick packet from Rolls Royce Motors Of Beverly Hills! Enclosed were brochures of all of the stunning models and a really nice thank you letter from the dealership. I treasure that packet to this day! All said,I received an A+ from my teacher! I really wanted to share this story of my favorite class in high school! And my favorite dealership..Rolls Royce Motors Of Beverly Hills,located in my favorite city,Beverly Hills,CA!! Smallish showroom for new and pre-owned Rolls Royce and Bugatti, not a large selection, it is better to custom order the Rolls of your dreams, it only takes 4 months.

Great place, beautiful cars and the people inside are so kind and willing to answer any question you might have (not the receptionist she has that attitude that she feels she is better than everyone)

I love Rolls Royce and I can't afford one, but you guys let me look, take pictures and even sit in one even though I'm pretty sure you knew I wasn't going to buy it. But thanks for not kicking me out..... Keep on selling in the free world.

Out of state cash buyer without seeing the car in person. Agreed to a price on the car Thursday. Sent a sizable deposit on Friday. Monday after talking with my accountant I notified them I would begin transferring the money (via international wire). Their response right after was to pressure me to have the money to them by Friday otherwise they would be required to list the car back on the market. My job is considered highly stressful. The last thing I need is someone, who's supposed to be helping me, apply more pressure. Called my local Aston dealer that same Monday and they found exactly the car I wanted, brand new, for just a little more and no pressure added. I can't help but think there might be an alternate motive for pressuring the deal quickly like another out of state buyer review has suggested. If you want to be treated with respect I would avoid this dealer.

Nice people and places. If you are looking for a Lamborghini, Maserati, Bentley or McLaren, they'll be comfortable with that level of service and support.Very good selection of cars available too, which speaks to the commitment these brands demand.

I just got my Bugatti Super Sport and I'm very happy with it! They wouldn't discount it any from the $3.2 million sticker price, but at least they threw it some floor mats!

I'm soo disappointed with their after sales support. Im an out of state buyer and they were very eager to sell the car and even though I could have gotten another similar car for about the same as I paid for the one I bought, I was naively charmed by Chuck and because he was such a persistent salesman and kept hyping "what a great deal" I was getting and felt he deserved the sale.The sale and paperwork all went without a hitch and monies wire transferred and that was the last of "feel good". Since I bought the car sight unseen and on the assurance of the sales person that there was only "1" minor scratch that was barely undetectable; when it was delivered, I have discovered several problems with the cars esthetics and function and after sending chuck pictures of the issues, their response was and repeatedly has been that they will not take any responsibility for any information prior to sales that may have been misleading or not fully disclosed.There is no way I will buy another car from these cheats and I would "Warn" any person who is looking to buy a car from them to stay away and if you think the price is too good to pass on, So see it in person and not photos on their website or the ones their salesperson sends you as they may be altered or misrepresenting.STAY AWAY - DON'T GET CONNED.

The service received from this premium car service company is terrible. My car was finally fixed and repaired after three weeks of wait and lack of communication or possibility to reach my appointed service manager by phone.Once at home I opened the hood due to a stranger noise I found a large wrench and flashlight that was forgotten under the hood from the service technicians. A week later took it for a drive and the service warning light that we fixed, came back on, further two new problems occurred that forced us to stop driving.O gara was contacted and now helped tow the car as a service due to the problems encountered. The car back at service with them and no communication after a week?!! Even though they promised a quick return.TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATIONMikael Soderlindh

I actually had a bad experience there, as follows. Wanted to purchase a 2012 Mulsanne listed at $139,990 (SCBB7ZH2CC016209). Was directed to Brandi Lukarfka (formerly from the Collection in Miami...) and ultimately offered $5,000 less than the listed price. Was told in a very condescending way that they would not sell the car for a penny less than the listed price (absolutely no room to move) and that, since I could not afford their car, I would be informed when they had cars available that would fit within my budget! Thank you for the free insult Brandi. Between us, I have no budget, but am a careful buyer, and never buy cars for their listed price. But this was not the only insult here as two weeks later (October 20,2016) they lowered the price of the car to $137,881 and ultimately sold the car for less. So if you like to be insulted and lied to, please be my guest and shop at O'Gara, and you will be lied to in spade, with a smile. Luckilyy there are plenty of Bentley Dealers around and Mulsannes available.

The Rolls-Royce is my #1 favorite car. I like the way it looks, its form and how the doors open it also looks comfortable in the inside. It looks simple and easy to control. If i want a nice long lasting car I prefer this one.

I have to say, there cars are beautiful. I stepped inside 5 different Rolls Royces today. The Dawn Black Badge, Wraith, Ghost and the NEW PHANTOM 8. However, the reason why I gave it a 4 out of 5 was for a very good reason. Staff are nice, BUT there is a problem. It's 1 dealer who is so mean he says this to me: "What are you doing here?" I told him: "What? I'm just looking at cars I'm not even thinking anything else, man. I don't want any trouble here from you ok? The dealer says: "I don't want any trouble too, but I'm stressed out and there are some customers." I wasn't talking to anyone or talking to the customers. I was just minding my own business. After that happened, I was very sad and I was like "Ok, some cocky dealer acting like that to me? I better write this review on why I chose 4 out of 5 stars and hope that I either never see him again or never even go to any car dealership again." So then I left the place really sad and pissed and I talked to my dad about this and he thought that the dealer was thinking that I was annoying people, which was a LIE. However, really friendly people except for the MEAN COCKY DEALER. Excellent service but only 1 Mean dealer. The interior is beautiful. So precise and I had a lot of fun but the 1 thing that ruined my day was that MEAN COCKY STUPID DEALER. This guy is the MOST HARSH, MEAN, AGGRESSIVE, COCKY AND RETARDED Man in the world! I HOPE HE GETS FIRED FOR THIS! I guess I'm never going inside that store EVER again. For life. Bye bye, COCKY DEALER!!!!

The one and only place to purchase a high end vehicle in the Beverly Hills region with honest to god VIP treatment. They know how to treat a customer. If you're ever in the market I suggest going to Llewyn Jobe, he's always honest and to the point.
