I brought my car in for a series of issues, and Kenneth was attentive, helpful, and made sure to deliver superior customer service. He was communicative when there were updates/delays, and he went out of his way provide cost-effective solutions and discounts where he could. I highly recommend this Midas location; the team is excellent.

Keneth was amazing. He helped me work out issues with my new car (first car) I got from carmax. It felt great to deal without someone to calm me down and explain things in a way I can understand . So knowledgeable and kind. Def a great place to go for fair pricing and honest service

Stopped in for an oil change around noon today, a Saturday, and the gentlemen got me in right away, accepted the coupon I had, and I got my oil change and tire rotation for a great price, in and out in an hour. They were kind enough to double check my coolant level and topped me off there, as well as to provide a non-pushy breakdown of other recommended maintenance. I will be back!

I am a returning customer of Midas - this specific location was new to me as I was miles from home and this shop was the closest one to me at the time. Well, here's the deal - I am driving my VW when I notice my car starts to feel as if it is shutting off. I pull over where I can start to use my phone and immediately search for an automotive shop nearby. I called this Midas and had the pleasure to speak to Joel - very professional and easy going. I let him know what was going on with my car and he advised me to bring it in if I was able to (He set me up with an appointment time slot to ensure they had a bay available when I would get there) which was perfect as I was able to get it started.I was able to easily find the shop as they are on a corner with a large Midas sign right out front. There was a lot of parking available which I was really happy about as I would've hated to have had to double�park or leave my car running. The store looked well maintained and clean on the outside - whoever is in charge, cheers to you as you're doing a hell of a job! I was happy to see much of the staff wearing face protection(masks) as we are still within the realms of an endless pandemic... Nonetheless, when I got inside I was greeted by a gentleman behind the desk who happened to be Joel whom I spoke with over the phone. I explained to him my concern that my car wasn't holding any battery or a charge.As we spoke, Joel - who I can tell has years of experience offered a battery health check for my car. Joel also mentioned they do a 55-point courtesy check with any service which was a plus as I still had some miles to go before I got home.About 15 minutes into my battery health check, Joel, brought me into the shop to show me my courtesy check and report finding... Joel showed me my battery test results and recommended a battery as mine was failing - this I knew as AAA had to jump my car almost two weeks back, but it was good to see that the battery was all he recommended as to my shutting off issues.He continued on to explain the courtesy check, they noted that I was due for an oil service and tire rotation (they did not try to upsell a whole new set of tires which was a good feeling) and at this point I am so comfortable with all the recommendations I decide it's best to do them all. I ended up replacing the battery, getting an oil change and tire rotation, and an alignment - total time for everything was just about an hour and 45 minutes.When it came time to pay Joel went over my alignment schematic and showed me what was causing some early signs of irregular wear. Their pricing was really fair and transparent for everything which I was really happy about - I mean really no ones happy with spending money on repairs anytime, but Joel made the whole process really easy and he and the staff were all so helpful and welcoming.I hate that I live so far from this shop as this would be my new place. I called Midas with concerns about my emissions system and was greeted by a friendly voice on the other end, Kelly. She promptly addressed my concerns and told me to bring my car in and they would have a look at it. When I arrived, she reviewed different options or possibilities and I left with peace of mind because of her great honesty. Turns out it was nothing major and they were honest about that! In this day and age honesty is rare and greatly appreciated. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough service! Thank you Kelly and thank you Midas. I have been going to Kelly Klein with Midas in Beverly Hills off Wilshire for 3 yrs and without a doubt never upsold and always trying to give us a discount of sort. I've always been impressed with the honesty and sincerity of those running this Midas franchise. They do a great job, but they don't try to up-sell. I once took my car to the dealer. They told me it needed repairs costing hundreds of dollars. I took it to Midas and they said it needed just the replacement of one small part. Midas did the repair. That was several years ago. It's still running fine.In Los Angeles, it's sometimes difficult to find honest and qualified trades-people. At least I know my car is in good hands with the Beverly Hills Midas location.Services: Transmission, Tires

Kelly at the front desk was awesome!!! As soon as I came in she listened to my issues and walked me through possible cars issues. I got seen immediately, and was out of there fast. Customer service here is elite and if anything ever comes up again with my car only place in LA I trust to come back.

Midas was the third place I had gone to when I wasn t receiving answers regarding my brakes as the they were making a weird sound. Kelly was very kind and didn t try to oversell me by telling me my brakes were still in good condition and had a few months left in them. She took time explaining to me what was causing the sound and eased my mind. It has now been a few months and miles since this conversation and I am happy to be going back to Midas and Kelly to have my brakes replaced due to normal wear.Service: Brakes

Had low tire pressure, stopped by because I Googled tire shop near me . No other customers around so they weren t too busy. I asked if I could get air added to a tire and was charged $10 for that! Didn t have a choice since the air pressure was kinda low.Meanwhile Just Tires and America s Tire Co. offer air checks for free.

I ll start off by saying KELLY is amazing! My car and I have been through somethings in the last month and Kelly was the blessing I desperately needed. I called Kelly while at work and let her know my car was jerking (I had only had my car back from another mechanical shop for two days). Kelly insisted I come in asap and the team would look at it. The handoff was smooth, I felt reassured my car was in good hands. Fast forward I picked up my car and went home. Unfortunately, less than 5hrs went by and my car went bonkers (unrelated to the service Kelly and the team performed). I called Kelly and she walked me through navigating my out of wack car and allowed me to pull over safely. BUT WAIT! Kelly called another Midas and the DTLA manager and a team member arrived at my destination and took over. I am in awe at the service I revived from Kelly and Eric! Forever grateful! I ll definitely return to the Beverly Hills location or the LA location in the future.

Kelly Anne awful service. Midas had a 29.95 oil change special I called verified my cars oil verified the special she says we can t take you until Friday. Friday comes and now they won t honor oil change special because it s off the website. Atrocious atrocious service huge waste of my time. Does nothing on phone to alleviate again this review is entirely about Kelly who services me from the first phone call all the way up until today.

Used to use this location but won t be coming back. I called about brining in my car to get a tire with a nail in it fixed or replaced. I was told by the man that answered I should bring it in right at 8am on Saturday. Get there at 8am and no one is there even though their hours say they should be open. Poorly run and organized shop, save yourself wasted time and go somewhere else.

Terrible way to run a business but did a great job wasting my time. I went to the website on Thursday and filled out a form for a Friday appointment 830am-10am time slot. On Friday morning at 830am, I go in thinking I'm going to get an oil change and they ask me "was your appointment confirmed"? I then check my email and the email says "A team member will respond to your request within 1 business hour" with the 1 business hour in bold. When I ask why didn't someone contact me, it's been many many hours since yesterday, they respond with an excuse that's not very helpful "we have been backed up all week". Oh well, I was looking for an oil change place close to my house, but I guess I'll continue to visit Pep Boys on Pico for my car service needs.Service: Oil change

Talk about honest mechanics, the dealer said I need certain repairs done that were going to cost an arm and a leg. Luckily I came here for a second opinion and they ended up saving me money on something I didn't need. I got my brakes and rotors done, I have a 2012 Malibu which is weird with the brakes but they did an exceptional job. Joe was super helpful and has outstanding customer service.

This shop wanted to charge me over $5,000 for a job that Firestone will perform for under $3,000 and also includes additional work. Plus, when they changed my oil, they under filled it for whatever reason. The car isn t leaking oil and it was only driven 5 miles after the oil was changed, so it s not burning it off. Very strange.Anyway, if you get a high quote, you should get a second opinion.
