Yikes, we've had our car in their service dept twice over the last year for noise related issues and paid a lot of money for the repairs done. They always have a long list of repairs that need to be addressed, so we pick the most necessary. After both visits for repairs, our car broke down within a week. This was directly due to their mechanics not being able to put the car back together correctly. Not once, but twice. One of those times, we were left stranded in the middle of the desert at night with no help from mercedes roadside. We got an explanation that it is an apprentice s or mechanics fault for not connecting something correctly. (Gas pump connection/screws on sway bars) All concerning.No luck getting a hold of Jose the manager or having him return a call. Sure they're busy but some sort of communication is needed.After Bryan the service writer quit, who was helpful and responsive, there s no one answering the phone at all. Looks as if we re now out the reimbursement credits that were owed to us before he suddenly left.We will be taking our MERCEDES elsewhere.

My experience with Beverly Hills Mercedes has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. After being encouraged to purchase tire insurance, I encountered a series of issues that left me feeling unsupported and put my safety at risk.When I attempted to utilize the tire insurance to replace my tires, I was informed that they could not be exchanged unless a nail was present, resulting in out-of-pocket expenses for me. This lack of flexibility was concerning, but what followed was even more distressing. Shortly after the tire replacement, I experienced a harrowing incident on the freeway where my car became unstable and almost caused a serious accident. The instability of the vehicle posed a significant safety risk, and I was left deeply unsettled by the experience.Seeking a resolution, i came to take last services was in inquiry , I requested a 3 weeks before for loading car , in last minute they said don t have any car and offer me to rental car from Beverly Hills Mercedes, only to be told that no cars were available. I was directed to an outside rental agency where I was provided with a large van that was impractical and difficult to drive. After voicing my dissatisfaction, I was given a smaller, older Hyundai after a 10-mile drive. Throughout this process, the dealership failed to provide the level of service and support that I expected, leaving me feeling undervalued and disregarded as a customer.The lack of understanding, support, and appropriate service from Beverly Hills Mercedes has left me deeply disappointed. As a customer, I believe that my safety and satisfaction should be paramount, and unfortunately, my experience has fallen far short of this expectation. Moving forward, I hope that the dealership takes steps to improve their customer service and support, ensuring that others do not encounter similar challenges in the future.

Horrific Service Dept. My car had been sitting there for a week and a half. NO work done, not a estimate... nothing. Because the car wouldn't start they assumed it was the key even though we just got a brand new key to rule that out and told them so. They wanted to charge us $700 for a key direct from them and if that wasn't the problem we still had to pay for the key. That was the most communication we got, and that was because I walked in IN PERSON to talk to someone after 3 days no action. "Manager" Craig guaranteed me that they would look into it gave me his card and said the best way to contact him his email. Both my boyfriend and I emailed him repeatedly, NO response. We finally found a OUTSIDE mechanic to go ON SITE. He diagnosed the problem IN THEIR PARKING LOT in under an hour. It was not the key!!! We towed to the new mechanic. When we told them we were doing this they actually responded quickly, put our keys on the floor of the car and had no issue with the fact that we were having to call in an outside mechanic to come take care of the problem that they hadn't addressed in a week and a half. It is a hardship and a stressor to not have your car let alone have it parked at a high end service shop where nobody answers the phone, no service is completed, no calls or emails are returned, takes 2 weeks to get a loaner if ever, we never got one. They literally just don't care. ZERO Stars.

As other reviews have highlighted, really bad customer service for a luxury car brand. One sales guy blocked my number and another told me to not call the dealership anymore. I guess they were offended I tried negotiating for a car they had listed for sale that was priced above comps. In fact, sales deceptively told me I needed to take out an insurance policy on a car before he could give me a final quote. It s a shame. Will take my cash offer somewhere else. Best of luck to them!

I had an excellent experience at Beverly Hills Mercedes service department! Quick, efficient service, friendly staff. Being new to the Mercedes family, I had a of question during this service. My service adviser, Alvaro, was easily available by phone or text and he went above and beyond to address my concerns. I highly recommend!

Got my first Mercedes from MBBH. Amir from MBBH really made my day. He took care to show me around the car of my choice, do test drive, patiently deal with the paperwork, and work tirelessly to making the deal a success.I highly recommend this dealership. They honor the price they show on the website and don't charge anything extra.

Got a flat and I called Michael. He answered the call and connected me with Roadside assistance to retrieve the car. Besides taking care of the flat, he replaced the other tire that was damaged, completed arrive that was over due, and took care of a tick since the warranty was about to expire. He let me know where the car was at every step and delivered when expected.I couldn't have had a better experience.

The service department at the Beverly Hills Mercedes Benz is the best. Everyone is courteous and it was a pleasure getting my car serviced with help from Andreas Kroner. Andreas explained everything to me in detail patiently and made the whole process from drop off to pick up run very smoothly. Thank you!Update: I've been driving my car for about ten days after fuel injection maintenance service and I am very happy to report that the fuel efficiency of my car has greatly improved!

I left Encino Mercedes after years with the same service representative; for some reason, he was no longer there. The new representative was not pleasant to deal with. It was as if he did not want my business and literally turned away thousands of dollars. I gave him 2 chances. Called up the Santa Monica location and the Beverly Hills location. Based on the customer service I received and my familiarity with the area, plus location, I chose Beverly Hills. NIGHT AND DAY DUDE, night and day. Everyone was so nice, welcoming, they gave me a loaner, which is a high priority for me in this city, and treated me like a luxury dealership should treat its customers. I have had 2 separate jobs done by them, and I can honestly say that they now have a new customer. Smiles all the way. The only thing I did not like was that they charged me for the loaner either for going over in miles (75 per day) or for giving the car back with less gas than what they gave it to me with. Not sure which one it was. Very nice staff and crew. They are honest and hospitable people. Thank you for everything.

Arrived at the dealership very clean looked at the car 2015 E350 sport, test drove the car with Alex, bought the car with Barrett, worked out the payoff, title ,and warranty, with Helen. The whole experience was Grand the staff was very professional. I had used Mercedes-Benz of Beverly hills prior as my Starmark dealership for my 2002 E320 and remember my pleasant experience from the past. Thank you very much sincerely, Tim

I had a terrible experience at Mercedes-Benz Beverly Hills with Neil Perlmuter, the Commercial Vans Equity Sales Manager. When my fianc� and I visited to explore the GLE, he refused to help unless we were buying that day, saying he couldn't 'make a living' off us just looking. Despite the empty dealership, he wouldn't even let us see the car or test drive it. This level of disrespect and pressure for an immediate sale was shocking and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this dealership and would advise others to reconsider before visiting.

We waited 30 minutes for a sales representative. Before the sales manager told us he would have one right with us to assist in purchasing a G series squared . After 30 minutes further no Represenitive s . On our way out we passed multiple representatives.Service was the worst either of us has experienced with luxury car purchases.We were happily assisted by Mercedes Benz of Arcadia highly recommended that location .

We just bought my 17th car at BHMB. (My first was a '64 Impala in 1969). The dealership is housed in a beautiful building. The salesperson, Neil P. , was very helpful. Buying cars can be stressful, but not here ! I believe we got a good deal , and we are very happy with the car. (2021 E350)

I got a flat tire on the way to work and needed it replaced in time for me to pick up my kids from school. Carlos Enriquez was absolutely outstanding. He was polite, attentive, and absolutely went the extra mileso that I would have the car serviced in time to get my kids. I m grateful for his hard work and the wonderful service he provided.

Worst service center. Why make an appt when the car sits at the service center for 10+ days. Claiming they are behind or waiting for the tech to respond.How long for a response - 2-3 days? Is anyone working on the car? How about an update once a day.Asked if I would get the car back each day but they don t respond.Two weeks to fix nothing because no one is working on it.In think its a whites only service center. If you are not white, your car is last to get done.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!NB: I have never left a bad review because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But our experience with Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills was so bad that I feel that I owe it to other consumers to avoid the mistake of using this dealership for service.They do not honor appointments. They do not communicate with you or make any progress on your car unless you call them and ask them for updates; even then, neither the supervisors nor the services advisors call or text you back with simple updates. They took TWO WEEKS to fix our AC and in the end, they only released our car because we agreed to pay for an unnecessary part that the warranty company warned us was likely a scam. And worst of all, there is no accountability whatsoever! They literally do not care that they have taken your car for two weeks and instead, continue telling you that they are busy and you should understand that.I truly cannot believe that a brand like Mercedes Benz accepts this dishonest and poor standard. I will continue to report this dishonest and poor service to anyone who will listen because this is just plain wrong!!

This was my second time taking my vehicle to Benz to be serviced. Lucky me I had advisor Bryan both times. He s so friendly, knowledgeable, attentive. I even called when I was on my way to pick up my vehicle up, & as I was pulling up, they were already bringing my car out. Best customer service ever!!!

Cliff, my service advisor was most accommodating from drop off to pickup. I had a medical emergency and Cliff made arrangements to have the car picked up two days later. For that, I am very appreciative.However, I have found it very difficult to get someone to promptly answer the phone. I called on Saturday morning to make arrangements to pay for services before the car was picked up and I hung up after waiting on the phone for 21 minutes. In fact, I have found it difficult to get a live person to answer when I have contacted the Dealerships in Santa Monica, Downtown, and Beverly Hills. None of the dealerships had a method to leave a callback message; but if they did, I am wondering if anyone would return the call! I have mentioned this customer service issue to the corporate office in Atlanta so they can get it corrected.

Thank You Cliff C all that people on the Service Team that worked on my car and Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills. Cliff is very knowledgeable & exceptional as always. He explained the seevice work to be performed in detail. And Completed Service, resolved my current issues and diagnosed any additional fixes required next, all in great time And even provided Alto Ride Car Service. The team did an amazing job with washing & vacuuming my car And beige shout out to the Cafe The breadsticks sandwich is highly recommended Thank you teams at Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills For my Mercedes and all the Seevice

WOW! This has to be some of the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I own a classic Mercedes SL and when I came here to pick up a part for my car I went to the main dealership. After waiting in the lobby for over 15 minutes someone finally came up and greeted me who then told me that I had to go down the street to the service center, which location isn t on google mind you. Of course I had to go down to the parking garage, pay for parking just to drive up the road to all the employees walking out of the service department at 4:58. Sure this is right before they close however if I would have been helped in the dealership maybe I would have made it early enough to beat all the employees leaving early. Unless you re buying a G Wagon don t expect to be treated with any human decency or even a simple level of customer service. Oh.. and we drove from 45 minutes away! Now we have to wait untill monday. Thank you BH Mercedes!
