Dude. What s not to like? It s a super car dealership. They sell McLarens and Bugattis! The people in there are so nice and welcoming. I said, I m just here to kick some tires. Wait. I don t really mean kick the tires! She laughed and told me to take all the photos I want. So I did! Oh and I ran into Mr. Affleck. He was kind enough to take a photo with me. Thumbs up on that place!

I had the pleasure of working with Barrett at the Beverly Hills McLaren dealership. Barrett was exceptionally professional, helpful and went more than the extra mile in providing me with information, a FaceTime tour of a number of vehicles, and did outstanding job. Hats off to him and you for the great experience. I plan to be returning sometime in the future.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with O'gara�has been so exceptional that I feel obligated to share.I originally inquired via their website about a lightly used GT they had for sale Nov of '21.�Manfried reached out to me to schedule a test drive. During the first visit, he took the time to walk me through all the features and options available for the GT. We determined that the car for sale� wasn't the right spec for me. Manfried checked all available inventory in the US, and we could not find a car spec that matched�my desires, so we spent some time with the configurator and placed a new order. Due to hang-ups in the manufacturing pipeline, the car took a bit longer than anticipated. Manfried stayed in close contact the entire time with updates through production and shipping, and then made some special provisions upon its arrival.On delivery day, I was again impressed by the entire team at Ogara!�Hamid, the sales manager, met with us to review the final details of financing�and particulars for this car. He made some adjustments to expedite the process so we could finalize before the month break... saving me money and hassle along the way.It's now been a few months since delivery, and I've had a couple of questions about the operation of the GT. Manfried has gotten me the answers promptly, and the after-sale support has been unlike any other dealership experience I've had prior. I feel like I'm a friend instead of a transaction. I'll be sourcing my future cars through O'gara!

I LOVE come to Mclaren BH all the time! The service from the staff makes you feel so welcomed every single time! And you can take all the pictures you want! Awesome right!? - They also put some Mclaren s outside their business and you can also take pictures too! Exactly why I LOVE MCLAREN and I ll be here to visit every time when I m in BH! Thanks Mclaren!

One of my all time favorite places to go. If you love fast cars or just want to see something nice, the Auto Gallery is the place to go. If you are a photographer they welcome you with open arms.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Barret at McLaren, and I cannot say enough good things about him. From the moment I called the showroom and connected with him, he greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease.He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed or pressured during the entire process, and he was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase.What stood out to me the most was Barret's genuine passion for McLaren cars. He is not just a salesperson, but also a true enthusiast who loves what he does. His enthusiasm was contagious, and it made the experience of buying a car a memorable one. As we were driving by, my daughter saw a brand new Rolls Royce and asked if we could stop. Knowing there is no way we could afford anything here, the staff were still more then helpful and very nice and greeted us, and let us come in and take pictures.

Y all should work on your customer service better. Many of us are in the market for a car and can purchase it and have it shipped from other markets. Mr Lee, I m very disappointed in how your responses were. It is not becoming of any one in the asian community and shows much disrespect. You sell a nice car, but there are many nicer cars out there and you should be considerate of that.

Just wow. Every time I walk in this place it's an experience of its own. Some may say "you are ignored" but I love that you don't get bothered by staff! The guys there are great to talk to once you get into it. They seriously deserve the titles they have: "McLaren Specialists"

Friendly staff but didn't take me seriously as a customer. Joe Van De Veere told me he would text me his contact information after we got off the phone but never did. When I arrived at the store for the test drive, Joe completely forgot which cars I was considering, as well as the color I was interested in. I would much rather do business at McLaren Scottsdale.

First time Mclaren owner. I called this place and spoke with Beau and he was very helpful and got me in contact with one of their service advisors Brad Koulback. Brad is awesome. He always responded quickly and provided as much information as he could with all the questions I had about the cars. He guided me through buying the perfect Mclaren!

O'gara Coach has always been very welcoming and accommodating on many occasions and request. Always enjoy catching up with there sales team like Beau about the latest automotive news. Ogara has a fantastic motorsport devision one of the few dealers on the west coast.

Worst car dealer worst service ever I purchased a 2011 maserati quattro porte 2 months ago with extended warranty the next day I called them I told them that the car has noise in the front right wheel also light switch broken and other things they told me don't worry you have warranty so I take the car to Sacramento maserati because I live in the area but after 2 days the dealer called me and told me the the warranty it doesn't cover because it was existing problem so I have to pay them from my own packet long short story I called the auto gallery but at the end they told me they can't do anything so they lie to me ...to every one don't buy any car from this dealer because they will lie to you... any way I'm going to take them to court

I hated how people would not even acknowledge you as you walk in or look at the cars.. As if you don't qualify for people's time even though they are sitting at their desk doing nothing.
