Got there in morning when they just opened , guy ask if he can help us (3of us). I said oh we are just looking , I love cars ! I turned so I didn t see but my wife saw him look up and roll his eyes. The guy saw that my wife saw him. Another guy then stepped in and made small talk and was real nice.I m guessing he saw his co worker rolling his eyes at us and then stepped in to cover for that guy.That was nice of him.The car selection there is top notch high end beautiful cars.

I have purchased a 2017 Ferrari. The sales person noted no signs of damage or paint issues during the video walkthrough of the vehicle or any other known issues. The vehicle was purchased and shipped. When we took the delivery the PPF was damaged and there were at least two large areas of cover up paint done by some extremely unprofessional person. The trunk lock was also damaged and not disclosed. The delivery company noted damages were existing during pick up and not something caused during transportation. Ferrari of Seattle confirmed that the dealership also knew the ignition lock was damaged as noted on the report from Ferrari of Beverly Hills. All this was hidden from me till I paid in full and I got the delivery. Now I am chasing ghosts at Marshall Goldman. I need the PPF and decal money refunded. The pre-sale known issues fixed. I have called the dealership requested the dealership president Jason Kosova's email or phone number multiple times without any response from the sales person, front desk or the leadership themselves. They did not respond to the legal notice as well. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. PREPARING A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT NOW. TIME THEY PAY FOR THEIR SCAMS.

I was at the Cleveland store and I was interested in buying a 2018 Porsche 911 Turbo for $150K. Sure was a pretty 911 Turbo from the photos.Before I went to look at the 911, I spoke to RJ and he assured me the car was in pristine condition.The 911 had big time scratches and pits on the left driver's side panel in front of the rear left tire, and the car would not start.When I did more research, it had been side swiped and a very poor job of repair and buffing out was done. The rear quarter actually needed to be repainted.This MG dealership is not to be trusted, and if you are considering buying a car from them, you better see it in person or you most likely you will get burned with a bad deal!The Beverly Hills store had customers with the same story about receiving damaged cars from MG.The Uber ride from my hotel in Cleveland cost me $90 round trip, but at least that is all it cost me, as I did not get stuck with a damaged $150K 911 Turbo.So, BUYERS BEWARE, stay far away from ALL Marshall Goldman Dealerships.They are dishonest, and are giving a bad name to high end exotic dealerships, that do an honest business.

They don't even deserve one star... They have continued to post my 1975 Cutlass Salon on their website and across the internet without my consent. I've reached out (3) times via chat ask them to please remove my car from the site...halfway through the conversation Adam Aizin just ignores me and stopped responding. Reading other reviews on them, I'm not surprised. So sad...I know this is unlawful so I intend to look into this matter further. All I asked was my car to be remove it from their website, in time Google would remove everything else.

I had decided to sell my car and happened upon their website which advertised a seamless process and fair pricing. I requested a bid and within a short time received what I thought was a fair offer. So far so good. The process seemed to be moving along. They told me they would pay off the lien and send me a check for the equity and arrange transport. So far so good. After I received the check I get a call/email the next day saying that the transaction is cancelled because my lender ( according to them) would have taken 4-6 weeks to deliver title. I called the lender and the truth was is would have taken no more than 6 business days. I even offered to pay off the lien myself and have title in hand to deliver to them within 10 days but they didn't care. I feel the truth of the matter is they just changed their mind about the car but did not want to come out and just say that. Very shady business and I would definitely steer clear from buying from or selling to them.

I dealt with Fernando at the Beverley Hills location, outstanding service. Promptly returned calls, texts and emails. I purchased a 2007 Bentley and being located on the east coast needed to make sure all was in order. The dealership posted clear, high-res images of every angle of the car. Full car fax provided and all history.Fernando answered all my questions and negotiated in a professional manner enabling us to come to a mutually beneficial agreement. Car was delivered from LA to NY in 6 days and was immaculate.Always a risk buying from a distance, this was a perfect transaction. 5 stars. Thank you.

We had been looking for an Aston Martin for some time and found a beautiful one at Marshall Goldman. I called and spoke with Joe, he was easy to work with, did a FaceTime with us to take a look at the car, and got us set up with payment arrangements. The car was shipped to us right after they got the payment. Car delivery people were very nice. The car was low mileage and beautiful as advertised.There was small issue when we got the car, called Joe and they took care of it, no issues. I would recommend Joe Levak and Marshall Goldman in Cleveland if you are looking for a low mileage, high end or unique car.

This is the most unprofessional and unethical dealership I have ever dealt with. Despite receiving a $50,000 deposit on a $1.4 million car, these guys sold the car out from underneath us. They are greedy and do not care about anything but the bottom line. They sold the car out from underneath us less than a week after putting a $50,000 deposit as we were trying to inspect a $1.4 million used car. In fact, they insisted on the inspection and then took away the option to buy it four days after the deposit was given. Totally unreasonable. And they would not except our attempt to give them the balance for the vehicle because they sold it to one of their clients for probably a little more money. Stay away from these charlatans. You ll get burned.

Fernando was great to deal with and completely trustworthy. I am on the east coast and did a trade on a very high end vehicle that was a bit complex to work through as MGBH is on the extreme other side of the Country. It required some trust in that I was shipping my vehicle first as well as $$. Fernando and Marshall Goldman completed everything one step at a time and we all made it happen. Vehicle arrived as flawless as it was represented to be and within the timeframe Fernando said it would. I started out seeing the vehicle on their website and I was not really sure if a deal would come to fruition being that it was so remote, but I have to give it to Fernando. He is the one that made it all work, calmed my nerves and followed up on my behalf when we needed to give a little push to others to get things moving. You can trust Fernando and Marshall Goldman.

My wife and I purchase a Lamborghini Urus from Marshall Goldman in Beverly Hills CA on September 21, 2021. Our salesman Adam Azin assured us that the vehicle had "No damage or paintwork of any kind, No dings or scratches." When the vehicle was delivered to us the transport service presented us with a bill or laiding which clearly showed paint dings, scratches and paint work had been done to the car. Also the bill of Laiding was signed by a representative at Marshall Goldman which verified the damage with pictures. Further research and inspections showed the car calipers and wheels had been damaged and repainted and to add insult to injury the cars front tires were worn down to the ware bars which in California is illegal to even sale a car below 3mm of tread. We had the vehicle inspected by a certified Lamborghini Dealer and also discovered the car had been tracked. This is not uncommon but a post track inspection was never done or presented to us. When we ask the dealership President of Sales Jason Kosava to reimburse us for the extensive damages he was insulting and aggressively rude and offered touch up paint. We will be seeking damages in the amount of $9700.00 and reporting this to the BBB and Fraud division with the Department of Motor Vehicle to take disciplinary action against the Dealer Ship and Ask that the Salesman license be revoked.

Bought a $71,000 Cobra showed up barely ran leaking coolant, rear diff fluid, clutch master cylinder leaking, valve cover gaskets leaking. Tires are 8 years old. We had to have carb rebuilt car only had 280 miles on it very poorly kept several scratches we weren't informed about. UPDATE ended up replacing clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. Tried to get owner to call me no response asked them to cover issues they won't asked to just buy car back they came back with 60k after we just paid 71k didnt even give a reasonable offer! They are super helpful before the purchase seem super legit but if you have any issues they dont stand behind anything. This isn't a Honda Civic its a highend Cobra. WE EXPECTED MORE.

The Ferrari was as described, a virtually new car with 4000 miles!! I dealt with Joe Levak the sales manager(exclusively). He handled the transportation to my home club, arranged smoging at GS cost and always returned my phone calls. Joe is full of experience, & will do the right things to help close a square deal for all involved. I reccommend Joe Levak. He will by the go to gut for my next purchase. Thank you Joe!!! I purchased a Ferrari in November 2019 from the OH location, but couldn't get a reply after the sale. I see more active replies here, so perhaps someone in CA can help me?The sales guy negotiated that I delete my negative review in exchange for payment for a 2nd key that I was told would be included with the car, along with the original window sticker (received excuses about this for months and finally I couldn't waste anymore energy with these guys)Website reads "Nationwide Delivery" Salesman said while discussing deal over phone "don't worry about shipping we have a truck going to california every week" Make sure you have a stack of cash for this delivery man, it's the only form of payment he'll accept (perhaps too many cancelled checks after working with Goldman) When I tried reaching the sales guy at the time of delivery? Sent me straight to voicemail and continued to be in a perpetual meeting for months.Alright, bravo, good job whacking me for another $1600 delivery, holding out on the key for several months ($1500) you full popped a customer - I didn't even push on the rate or price since it was the color combo I wanted and I didn't think I'd be nickled and dimed after paying $30k over auction pricing.But the nightmare isn't even close to being over - a few hundred miles into ownership I need to replace the motor mounts! On an 8000 mile Ferrari charging $30k over auction pricing, you'd think this was something they would fix. My bad again. Great job holding gross guys! Skimp on the repairs means more money for dealership and sales guys!Time to get the car registered - impossible. Paid off the car, trying to get the title so I could finish the registration! The bank sent me a purchase contract.. where's the title? No one knows. Only a photo copy was provided. Has Goldman ever called me back? NopeI paid nearly $12k for license and registration and can't get the car registered because there is NO TITLE for this car according to the bank and DMV. I've had an incomplete registration for the past year!I don't even know what I'm supposed to do?
