This was an amazing experience! Catalin (Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills) Notice was an awesome salesperson and his manager, was terrific as well. They were very upfront with their pricing, very easy to work with, and had excellent communication. I got the exact hot car I wanted for the price I wanted, and they worked with me every step of the way. I live about hours away from their dealership, and they did everything they could to make it a seamless deal, IN and OUT just an hour. Thank you Catalin and thank you Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills!!

Spent time at Audi, BMW, and Lexus all in the past two days. Lexus out shone the other two. My experience was simply better. Nicer building, nicer furniture, very efficient. The people were nice everywhere, but the details made a difference to me. I didn't buy a car, but I did sell them one!

Recently had a very positive experience at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. I was able to pick up a 2024 Lexus RX 350 during December Sales Event. My sales consultant was Catalin, who provided amazing service with respect & patience. I actually canceled my plan earlier to get a new car but Catalin called & offered me a nice deal & better trade in value for my 2021 Lexus ES that I couldn t deny. Transaction was very smooth & transparent. Thanks to Catalin & Jim Falk Lexus management for their wonderful client dedication service.

Warning: Do not buy out any of your leases from Jim Falk Lexus. They will stamp a $1600 mandatory Accessory fee ( clearly states accessory on the paperwork) and tell you that s a fee for buying your lease. This is fraud and false information. The paperwork they gave me said that accessory can be removed upon request. That s also a false paperwork that I am sending to Lexus Financial Corporate.Instead just drive to Lexus Woodland Hills, there are ZERO buy out fees and they don t try and lie on paper saying it s an accessory fee, basically saving you $1600 dollars. A short drive to Lexus Woodland Hills is well worth it.Management at Jim Falk are flat out Liars, specifically Jayson, who would rather lose mine and my family business of us purchasing and leasing through them over a fee that on paper is a flat out lie. We are NO LONGER LEASING OR BUYING FROM JIM FALK, They just lost 5 customers.Go to Lexus Woodland Hills instead and they will treat you with respect and not try to make you pay a fee that you don t have to pay, well worth saving $1600 for just a short drive. Don t waist your time with Jim Falk Lexus. Never return your Lexus to Jim Falk or buy out your lease from Jim Falk. Trust me on this.

Originally bought my Lexus here in 2022 and now my sister has bought her second Lexus here at this dealer. The team here originally gave me an amazing deal in 2022, but they were able to give my sister a good deal as well. We re both happy with our cars! Highly recommend this dealer for the best deals in town. No other dealership compares.

This dealership is a sad excuse for a Lexus dealership. Rude customer service, shady deals, and uninformed salespeople. Jun the sales manager was quite possibly the rudest person I ve dealt with when trying to purchase a car in cash for what it s worth. I took my business to Lexus of Santa Barbara and I recommend you do the same for the best deal and customer service in town.

I've had nothing but terrible experiences with several Northern California dealerships while trying to find my Lexus UX. I Luckily got in touch with both Christina and Jennie at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills and they were able to secure me a car I've been waiting months to find. The showroom is absolutely stunning and everyone there were great to work with. Nothing but praise for this dealership and their employees! Highly recommended.

I get new cars for my company every 3 years. I had the worst experience at this Lexus dealer. Jun the manager is a lier and waste your time with the worse deals. He is the biggest scammer and crook, avoid this place at all cost.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came here to purchase a new car, the NX350. Starting off, Ellie, the sales associate was awkward as hell, stand-offish and uninformative when it came to features of the car. It s important to note that I have been driving the same Corolla for the past 10 years, so having info about modern safety features would be nice. I planned on trading in my car but neither Ellie, nor the manager Joon, who had a ego complex and raised his voice at me and my husband, didn t even want to discuss numbers straight up said we don t want your car . Well Joon, that s fine because I went to Lexus at Santa Barbara and they wanted my car and got my money instead. I BOUGHT MY LEXUS IN CASH AND MONEY WAS OF NO ISSUE!!! Truthfully, I wanted to my purchase my vehicle from this location as I expected high quality service but this place is CHEAP as hell. The front desk lady served us cookies that were placed on the backside of a yellow notepad. Yes, a yellow notepad that is used for scratch work in Beverly Hills. This place is a joke and not worth having Beverly hills of Lexus on the back of my car. I took my money and my Corolla to Santa Barbara Lexus where the entire transaction was done without any negative remarks or rudeness from the dealership employees. And I got my new car, the 2024 NX350H for a CHEAPER price at Santa Barbara. If you read this review please go to Santa Barbara and ask for Roy or James instead. You won t regret it. But shopping at Beverly Hills Lexus? Yeah you ll regret it. :)

Never gonna work againJust imagine, we send the driver to pick up a Lexus from here and there was a big traffic jam on their street, we called them, let them know, once jam was done it appeared that they don't have the access for trucks on the territory and they blocked out driver and closed the barrier. THEY LEFT AT 3 PM and they never care about us until their broker told them they are animals. But we didn't come back when they called and askedd us to take the vehicle

This place is a nightmare. The sales rep, the financing crew, beginning to end. Glad to never go back there Again. Getting hounded for months after driving off the lot and having the car at home. These people are relentless and shady.Only good part was the test drive of the car that I ended up getting. Sad that the person doing the test drive wasn t who actually helped sell the car.

I had been shopping for a 2023 RX350h by email and phone calls for the past several weeks from are far south as Carlsbad to as far north as Thousand Oaks and and far east as Palm Spring without success. All of these SoCal Lexus dealers wanted MSRP, and some have market adjustments while others wanted to include add-ons such as paint protection and window tint for exhorbitant amount. Most will not even send followup emails if you are looking for buy a RX350h and you know why if you too are in the market for one at the moment. Finally, I found a dealer that was willing to work with me. This dealership has the largest inventory that even surpasses Longo. I'd like to thank Emir, my salesperson, Nora the manager, and the GSM as they all made the purchase transaction pleasant. To top it all off, Emir, offered and drove the vehicle 50 miles to deliver the SUV to my driveway as a surprise to my wife. I don't know what else to say except many many thanks to Lexus of Beverly Hills and its staff!

I wish I had read the comments before going to this store. Freddie and Brandon (manager and sales/buyer) are scammers. The store is nice, Lexus is a strong name, but this store is far from being a place for you to trust your money and time. The two main guys there are scammers. Run from this place. I hope you can read this message before going there. If you want to buy a car, definitely go to another place. If you want to sell, run from this place. Read how many negative comments and very similar comments are written about this place.

It's understandable to run an hour behind schedule after making a promise it would be less than an hr, also understand it takes 6+ months to get the second key to our car due to delay. Getting a text saying they weren't done when they were was also ok. Didnt make a fuss. However no sorries or accomodations made.saw cars that got in after me get the coveted car wash spot, had to leave to make it to work. When purchasing over a 85k car upfront in cash also service was lackluster. They couldn't care less. So sad for the Japanese brand.

Purchased a 2023 RX 350h from Amir and Brandon yesterday. They were straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to work this. Very enjoyable experience and I got an excellent deal. There was no runaround or games. I highly recommend working with them.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had!AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing!I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy.I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I've been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I've received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills.Aleem drove up to deliver the car and flew back to Los Angeles! He was more than helpful and patient walking me through the paperwork and going over the features of the car. A true class act.Thank you AZ and Aleem!

I came in for a Lease Buy Out and had the pleasure of working with Eliana (she was great and this review does not reflect my experience with her). After telling Eli I would be purchasing my vehicle with Cash I was then introduced to Nora Halstead (sales manager) to try and upsell me into a new lease/car. The interaction with Nora was one of the rudest, hostile, and unprofessional experiences as I was unwilling to entertain her sales pitch to get into a new car and use the cash I was purchasing the car back with as upfront payments for 36 months. Once she realized I wasn t open to turning my car in for a new lease she stormed off without acknowledging me, thanking me for my time, or treating me like a valued customer. Two members of my family have leases with Jim Falk Beverly Hills and will now be taking their business elsewhere upon lease end (one already has due to a similar poor experience at lease end). I recommend this dealership train their sales team on treating their valued customers with more respect moving forward.

Im posting this review because i had just purchased my lexus rx 350 f sport and it was delivered to my home and it was Night time so i couldn't really see the scratches and swirling on my car as you can see.had reach out to them and and the sales person that sold us the car told us to take it back for a full detailed. And so we did and 3 days later they called me it was ready for pick up. My car has more swirls and cob web scratches made by them and im no detailed Profesionalbut my car looks worst and I reach out to them again and they have not returned my call or email very upset with this service and customer service. This is not ok because we are talking about a 63k car value and thays alot of money for small stuff and they can address very disappointing from lexus of Beverly hills.the sales person was MARTIN he lied to us that my car was fully wash and professionally detailed which it was not. My car still had road rain from the day I took it back to them the first time and was never wash. I had always had good experience with lexus of Cerritos and I will next time purchased my next car with them.

I was dealing with Frederique Hoffman and I can surely say that I have received the worst customer service experience possible with Frederique. Frederique wasn't knowledgeable, was pushing and was saying things that were not right and not ethical. I am very unhappy with the service and I won't be back. Such an attitude that I have received from Frederique and I would recommend to calm down and learn a way of how to talk to people in addition to being more polite and understanding towards others.

Went here today to see RX. Brandon Nezhad was extremely helpful in showing us the cars from the inventory. Despite not having an appointment, he made it possible for us to test drive pretty much any vehicle we chose.He gave us all the info we needed, and gave us a great experience.Great Showroom. Test drive car lot is 5 mins from the showroom, but they will take you there. The car you go in to the showroom is taken care of by the Valet for free.

I had the greatest and most professional experience purchasing a car today with Erik , Fleet manager of this dealership. Erik was very knowledgeable, professional, curtious and outstanding. The sales process was extremely easy and stress free. I am beyond grateful and impressed with the service Erik and his team provided. The sales process was subpar. They started with an empty promise and then tried to sell me a vehicle at about 13k over MSRP. They then tried to sell various vehicle add ons, of which are marked up. Then I inquired about a service, changed my mind about the service, but was charged for it anyway. I have been waiting over 3 weeks now after I requested a refund. Go to Santa monica or South Bay lexus instead. They have good reviews for a reason.Update: After a whole year, I was never refunded or had service provided. The dealership actually FORGED my signature onto a contract. Avoid them at all costs. Go to Glendale or South Bay Lexus instead.

I went in to look at the UX as I began the search for my new car. My goals for the day were to 1) test drive the car and 2) get a rough idea of what I could expect to pay for a 36 month lease. The salesperson I worked with was not the most knowledgable, though he was nice. When it came time to talk numbers with the manager, he was hesitant to give me a quote because I was still a few weeks out from signing a lease. He said it made no sense because things would change dramatically (in 4 weeks?), and they couldn't provide any information without running a credit check. I have never encountered this at another dealership, and I did not want to do that yet since it would cause my score to drop a few points. At this point, the manager was extremely rude. When I told him what I was hoping to pay, he suggested I "do research and come back when you are better prepared to talk real numbers." The whole reason I was there was to get a feel for a monthly cost since I know the market is quite different from the time I entered my last lease. The salesperson then followed us out the door begging us to commit to buying from him if we did decide to get a Lexus. I was so turned off by the whole experience, that I ended up not even reaching out to another Lexus dealership. I had a much better and more pleasant experience at both Mercedes locations I visited (BH and SM), where I ended up leasing a beautiful car, more expensive than the UX. The manager needs to learn to treat people with respect. He made an assumption about me without having any context on what I could actually pay, and he lost out as a result.
