I purchased a 458 from Ferrari Beverly Hills and it was a great experience. I worked with Michelangelo, who was able to help me find the right car, find competitive financing, and even recommended a better insurance than I had before. Before the car shipped, he had a leather expert come in to make a few touch ups, the car arrived looking like new! Delivery was in a single car covered transport and quick. I couldn t be happier. I would do business with these guys again.

One of the best dealership experiences. After 25 years of dealing with this Dealership, all I can say is each experience is better than the last. Very knowledgeable Group. From the Outstanding GM to Sales and everyone associated, could not be happier.

Just rude. Buy at the Westlake Ferrari. They don t make you walk the entire way around just to enter and leave WHEN THERE IS A DOOR IN THE FROMT

You will not find a more knowledgeable team and they're nice people and enthusiasts to boot. Always an excellent selection of cars. Great service during annual maintenance and inspections as well. All around very positive experience for me so far. All dealer promises fulfilled. I am a happy six-year customer and hope to enjoy the experience for many more. Highly recommended!!.

Amazing customer service as always has been my experience since 1996. Had the pleasure of driving the new FB Spider today. WOW what an amazing sound, wicked fast, purposeful and planted. Smooth, comfortable but such a blast to drive. Amazing car from an amazing dealer. Well Done! A true tribute to the Ferrari brand!

So I read some of these negative reviews and just cannot believe any truth in them. I have been dealing with Philip. He is awesome. Very nice and down to earth. Non-judgemental and very pleasant to talk to. Does not rush a person, is thorough, educated on the cars and just about every process(which is a rarity with Ferrari). He is an asset to this dealership. I live on the other side of the country but this dealer is my top choice for my potential purchase. In addition he helped me out with something that would yield him no money at all. Goes to show you that there are still good, honest, caring, and genuine people out there. Thanks again Philip and maybe I'll be flying out there for the Ferrari we spoke about.

After seeing all of the 1 star reviews on here and also the dealer's cut and paste responses.. Shows me that this dealership is not about any kind of customer care or service. Definitely looking elsewhere for my purchase.

The staff and owner of this place needs to treat every customer equally. They think they can pick out who has money to buy one of these cars and who doesn't. If they think you have money, a salesperson will be out right away. If they think you don't have money, you will be waiting and waiting and just won't get the service you deserve. Just give every person that walks in there attention and service they deserve.

I want to give a special shout out to an associate that works there. I won't name him but he knows who he is. He saw me lurking around taking pictures of the cars and then he introduced himself and made my whole Christmas season all the way to New year's and cured 2020 for me LOL. Thank you so much, what an awesome place!!!

Great place to visit. It has plenty of interesting vintage cars as well as Ferrari books and posters for you to look for. The service is relatively friendly which is nice to find at an exotic dealership. All around Ferrari of Beverly Hills was warm and a great location to visit in the wealthy city.

Absolutely 5 Stars - It just does not get any better. The only thing better than buying a Ferrari was the fact that we had the pleasure of working with the amazing team at Beverly Hills Ferrari. James, Philip and Amir are the best in the business. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very responsive. Could not imagine going anywhere else. Thanks Gentlemen.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! TRANSPHOBIC AND HOMOPHOBIC!I took my rare classic Maserati Gransport European Edition here and their Service Center employees intentionally damaged my car in a hate crime because I am a Transgender Male. I had to file a police report and a complaint with the State of California. Please do not give any business to this Dealership. They ripped out the entire lining off the top of my car cutting it off making fun of a Transgender Top Surgery. Please do not support hate.

I love the place because I've known them for years now . Since it was Hollywood Sports under Chris Vandergriff.Someone said that their rude ....Well I've never had that type of negative attitude thrown at me ..... Maybe if that person stop " Faking " the Funk and purchase some " Art on Wheels , he won't have to think in a negative way like that .Buying and Driving one of these " Beauties " New or Old from Los Angeles to Palm Springs every now and then ..... Seems to help you with stress and " little thing's " that just don't matter . Enzo Lives !

Waiting 40mins for a salesman although the car dealer was empty!I went to Ferrari to buy a car. After being there for about 20mins I got bored and took a picture of a Ferrari. A guy came and told me not to take pictures what I understand. After telling him that I was interested in buying a car he told me that he will get a salesman. It took me again about 20mins and nobody came until I saw a man who was walking by and I asked him if he was a salesman. He told me that he is a mechanic and he is getting a salesman for me. So he went to the office of the man at the beginning asking for a salesman. That must mean that the guy at the beginning didn't even bother telling my wish to a salesman. Finally a salesman came and I of course wanted to test-drive a car before putting an offer on it. But he said that isn't possible and after asking why he just stumbled and didn't give me any good reason. So thank you Ferrari Beverly Hills for choosing an other Ferrari dealer!

Ferrari of Beverly Hills is the worst store, I have purchased a car from.Amir, is one of the rudest person I have ever known.I have purchased 2 Ferrari from this store and was lookin to buy another one.Amir, hang up the phone on me cause I told him why he has not been returning my calls.He started yelling at me and hang up the phone on me.I called back he answered the phone and I asked him to let me speak to a sales person and he said no he will not let me talk to another sales person and hang up the phone on me again.

Shea is the best! He makes the sale extremely personal, which is what you want when buying something as personal as a Ferrari. He becomes more of a friend than a car dealer. Ferrari of Beverly Hills is very lucky to have him!

It was a great experience buying a new Ferrari from Ferrari Beverly Hills!!! James is very knowledgeable, courteous. He took time to answer all my questions and showed me different options.Made me feel at ease.... Definitely recommending Ferrari Beverly Hills!!!!!

Can Ferrari dealerships using an OBD-2 or Ferrari DEIS diagnostic port role back mileage?Shortly after purchasing my used Ferrari with only 120 miles I noticed a lot of wear that was inconsistent with the low mileage.I also did some research and found it to be of recent valid concern on the Ferrari chat sites.Someone from a chat site said a law firm in Florida was filing a class action law suit regarding fraud and the lowering of mileage at Ferrari dealerships.Still not finished. Ferrari Dealer's service departments are refusing to fix problems for owners with very low mileage cars because it implies the fraud exists.

Just went to take some pictures because I am a big Ferrari fan but when I got permission from ome of owner of driver and taking picture, the staff came and tell me not to take picture with very bad attitude without knowing that I got permission. Staff are RUDE if your not a owner of any Ferrari
