This place is terrible. Don't waste your time! Take it to a different dealer.They had my car three different times for the same reason. Collectively, they had my car for a total of more than three weeks. The first two times they said the car was fixed. It wasn't. When I picked up the car, the warning lights came on again before I even left their shop. On the third visit, they had the car 9 days. I did not hear from them for 6 days, so on the 6th day I called them and also used their text system. No response to the voicemail or the text. I called and texted on the 7th day. Again, no response. I called and texted on the 8th day. Again, no response. On the 9th day, I drove to the shop and told them I wanted the car back. They obviously could not fix the car and they won't even return my calls. I got the car and took it to Casa de Cadillac in Van Nuys. They fixed it on the first try. It is a hike from Beverly Hills but at least they are competent. I will drive there from now on.Oh, and one more thing. I called the manager of Beverly Hills Cadillac to register a complaint about the service department and he did not return my call either. They obviously do not care about their clients.Service: Electrical repair

Expect the bare minimum and marginal communication. If there were any other option close by I would take my car there. I ordered a CT4 V Blackwing from Cadillac of Beverly Hills (fantastic dealer) and have had such a terrible time with the few service appointments I ve made since delivery. Awful communication while the car is in for service and half completed jobs that I finished myself because it was taking them too long to wrap up the job, just really not great. Footage from my car s camera even showed techs struggling to get my car on the lift. During my last service appointment the tech argued with me about the service interval that is specified in the manual and said that it was going to cause damage to service the differential if he did what was specifically instructed in the manual. Will do everything I can to avoid going back.

First time I brought my Denali here. Very knowledgable technicians and I have experienced great customer service by Allen. My car got repaired same day without a question. They just earned another customer for their service!! I came to cadillac of Beverly Hills. Just to look at a car and get information. He made the deal so sweet for me. I ended up purchasing a 2020 CT5.And it is sweet.So sweet and I'm so glad he made that deal for me. I am thoroughly satisfied.

Wouldn t recommend to anyone and won t ever be using this location again. I had called prior to having my car towed and was told they would be able to look at my car that day or the next. Never heard from anyone either days and I had to call them to ask for an update, then was told they wouldn t be able to look at my car till the end of the week. Again, never heard from anyone and had to call again. No calls returned. I ended up just having to go there after the weekend to figure out what was going on. Ended up taking 3 weeks to have my car looked at and fixed. Terrible communication, terrible service. And when I came to pick up my car they had me wait 30+ minutes to just pick up my car. Avoid at all costs no matter what they tell you over the phone, not honest.Service: Auto maintenance

I thought long and hard about this review, I m very upset, being a Cadillac customer for over 2 years, the disappointment of the lack of staff and customer service is outrageous. Coming in for service you have to wait and look dumb to see who s able to help you out. I brought my truck a couple times here and the first few maintenance jobs were okay, having to bring my truck because the lifters keep malfunctioning is just bizarre. Took over 3 weeks to have my truck back, Upon returning my truck it was damaged in the shop, not to mention my advisor Allen Heyl was of no help absolutely zero, worst customer service, I called over a dozen times to get an update on my truck and he was either not in or always busy and never responded to my calls or returned any of them. Upon my truck being damaged it went out for repairs for another 2-3 weeks, when it finally came back partial areas we re repaired and the rest weren t so after waiting almost a month i had to bring it back mind you I lost thousands of dollar of revenue without my truck, I took it back and till this day it s been 2 weeks and haven t got it back and have not gotten an update from Allen, it s sad to say management here is trash, and so are some of the advisors. Greg on the other hand was an amazing guy and super helpful he did everything above and beyond to help me and did allens job which was update me and try to get my truck back ASAP. Till this day I was told Friday was my pick up day and it still isn t ready and Allen doesn t reply to any of my call, messages or anything. Be careful when you purchase as Beverly Hills Cadillac and have to do service.

I had a previous bad experience before at this location, shame on me for thinking that this time would be different. I scheduled an appointment online for 3pm. Got there, only to be told that the mechanics will be leaving at 3:30p, and to come back another day. What is the point of having an open 3p appointment time, if no mechanics will be available to look at the car? So then an Advisor comes out, I tell him what is wrong with the car. He then tells me, I can leave my car there and pick it up after 3 weeks? I expected that I would have to leave my vehicle, but 3 weeks? With no replacement car? Complete awful service, I would avoid going here at all cost. I don't know if this service center is independent from Cadillac or not, but this location gives the brand a bad name. I called AAMCO soon after, and they took care of me immediately.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Cadillac of Beverly Hills employees are so cordial, made us feel at home and were very receptive to our needs! No pressure sales looking at the new vehicles in the showroom and asking questions. Just wish our Escalade ESV was paid off such a awesome price on the CT5 V-SERIES we would be driving one right now!!! Ask for Rene he will take care of you for sure

Poor management.Confirmed a loaner vehicle would be provided. I took a morning of work off to bring my car in and they did not have a loaner vehicle for me, nor another solution.Had to setup another appointment and come in again & the exact same situation happened.Asked to speak with the general manager who took zero responsibility and offered no solution. I switched to Casa de Cadillac in Sherman Oaks & haven t had a problem since.

Car was delayed, then when returned, the issue wasn t fixed. They also broke the handle and lost the key, and didn t bother to mention either. The car was dirty and hadn t been cleaned after the service. So now I have a car that is dirty, broken and still has the same issue it had when I brought in t and left it there for a month. Avoid at all costs.

Took car in for a service. Had problem with trunk. They had to order parts. Two weeks later still no word about the parts from my service advisor. Now he's on vacation and I'm told I have to wait until he returns to get an update on when I may expect the parts to arrive. Also told they parts may have arrived but its up to my service advisor to contact me. COMPLETE BS. I cannot recommend this place.

Even one star is too much for this shop. Please read all reviews before bringing your car to these folks. Simply avoid them and go to another Cadillac service center. Trust me.

Purchased brakes and tires and they left the tire lubricant all over the wheels and one of the tires didn t seal properly and went flat as soon as I got home. They ordered another tire, but it still shows a lack of quality control and pride in workmanship.

Wow, great dealer. Service advisors Allen and Ricardo are friendly and professional. Allen Escobedo is the best service advisor in BH, he gives 110% every time. Techs do good work. Caddy of BH is reliable and they get the job done. Everyday, they block the sidewalk on Robertson. Either walk into traffic, or risk getting pinned between their gigantic SUVs. And this isn't just me putting up with this. It's the elderly going to doctors appointments on either side of the garage.

I left my car on a Tuesday. It's Saturday and they haven't gotten to it yet. Without a loaner. This is totally unacceptable. I am very disappointed with my experience so far.
