I just purchased the car that I ve been dreaming of for almost three years and this place made it possible. First of all, everyone is so nice there. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left hours later, everyone was so nice and eager to help. That said, Jonathan, was the most amazing. He was always helpful, listened to all my requests and didn t leave my side until everything was fixed and figured out, even things that were out of his control. Thank you to everyone that helped make my dream car a reality. It s finally in my garage and I could not be happier. PS-The parking can be a little confusing-ignore all the hospital signs at the elevators. Haha. Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you ll be right at the doors of Cadillac.

I was given a dented and horrible smelling Nissan rogue rental in exchange for my $80k car. When they returned my $80k 2022 CT4V blackwing it was covered in dirt and rain spots. They couldn t fix a simple programming issue when they replaced an exhaust actuator. Turned out the actuator didn t need to be replaced at all and it was a simple cut wire. They quoted me 30 days and I refused to wait this long for something I was quoted 1-3 hours by a private shop. I paid $750 to have this fixed privately and Cadillac REFUSES to reimburse me. I am now forced to take legal action which is so wrong on many levels. Not only do I recommend steering clear of this specific dealer but I highly recommend NEVER BUYING ANY GM PRODUCT unless you want to be treated poorly/unfairly. The technicians at this shop are completely incompetent. Horrible experience!

Allen at the service department is a complete joke when. It comes to customer care!!! He keeps my Escalade for close to 22 days to tellMe all the issues I m having of a broken antenna. First of all that s not true and if it was why the bell would you keep the car in paying $1800 a month for for for over 2.5 weeks?? Stay away from their service department as they dint care about you or your safety concerns. My transmission is having issues sorry it has to do with your broken antenna we will keeps it for 25 days and not touch the car. Great job Allen and Beverly Hills cadilac!!Brad I tried reaching out to you via email below and even your enailIsn t working.. NOT SURPRISEd

Today I want to update my review and let everyone know that Cadilac Beverly Hills has been a great partner. I was a little upset and I wrote my review a little out of anger, and I want to say that they have been outstanding. The staff is very very very communicative and they have been able to resolve my matter very quickly. I m very impressed with Harry Bill, Prisila and the team at Cadilac of Beverly Hills I recommend no other dealership for a Cadillac. These people are family to me and I appreciate them very much. I was very upset on my first review and I wanted to update to let everyone know that out of my emotions I wrote that review and I want you to know that this is a solid dealership that will get your back, thank you Dane for having such an amazing dealership and amazing staff. I truly enjoyed purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. Jonathan, my salesman, was very helpful and made the overall experience less stressful being that we came from out-of-town. The car itself was immaculate and loaded with bells and whistles; I couldn t have gotten a better deal anywhere else.I was overwhelmed with how to get the car home. I asked Jonathan if he could assist me in transporting the vehicle home. He told me don t worry about it he would find a way to transport it, and he did just that. This has to be one of the most unprofessional dealerships I ve ever encountered. I sent a request about a week ago inquiring about a vehicle listed on their inventory. I was contacted and told that it wasn t actually available unless I was willing to pay well over sticker. The sales rep said if I ordered a car it would take a year to get. Then I get contacted and they say a car became available and they would sell it at MSRP. I agreed and requested that we do the paperwork by mail or internet and I would be happy to wire the full amount. They said no that I had to come in physically. Since I was out of town I said it would be a few days but I can put a deposit down till I could come in. They refused to take a deposit. Then I get a call saying ok we can do it by mail but I have to agree to a $2000 up charge for a dealer installed item that s not negotiable or requested. This place is shady and not professional at all. I wouldn t recommend doing business with them and I will file a complaint with GM

A little overdue review (apologies Priscilla). Recently purchased another escalade from BH Caddy and was thoroughly impressed and safe to say more than satisfied.I was a little hesitant to visit the dealership since the first time i bought an escalade, Cadillac of Beverly Hills was my first stop but i ended up getting assigned to a salesperson that was condescending and left within a few minutes of reaching (this was October 2022, apparently he is no longer with the dealership). I ended up getting the 1st one from out of state.Was interested in getting another one and figured there's no harm in checking Cadillac of Beverly Hills once more since i live close by.This time, i had the pleasure to work with Priscilla. Priscilla was patient and kind and a joy to be around with. She kindly showed me what they had in stock and treated me like an old friend/family throughout the whole process. I don't think i've ever spent so much time smiling and laughing in a car dealership as much as i did with her.She even kindly waited for me to bring my car back home first so i can return to pick up the new baby, mind you, the dealership was already closed by this time. She also didn't want to leave without giving me a tour of the car (even though i asked her to go home since its getting dark and its never safe to drive at night plus this is my second 2023 escalade so i kinda still remember the functions etc.) I truly appreciate her genuine kindness. They also sent a small thank you card and Priscilla also checked in with me after the purchase, which was a really rare and nice gesture from both her and the Cadillac of Beverly Hills.Priscilla has definitely earned a customer for life with me and she will always be my go to person for any future Cadillac. Thank you so much Priscilla.

Johnathan Aguilar went above and beyond and was instrumental in helping us get our dream car. He is attentive, kept in constant contact with us, was transparent, and set expectations so we didn t feel like we were on a roller coaster. What an incredible bunch of professionals!!! Pam, Austin, Moe and the general manager Harry are amazing. All of them collectively made an impossible task a reality. There were some hiccups along the way but that is when their true colors shined and I truly appreciated their experience, professionalism, and stellar customer service. There are many Cadillac dealerships to choose from, but there is only ONE Cadillac of Beverly Hills. Pam and Moe made themselves available and showed no irritation for the amount of calls and texts I made. The clear communication and transparency was really soothing and now I am enjoying my 2021 Cadillac Escalade Sport Platinum, which you can barely find!

Good experience. Jonathon was patient and helpful. Auto trader had incorrect info on vehicle regarding vehicle having leather seats. But still felt it was fair price. He didn t try and upsell me on added expenses,which I appreciate. Very nice assisting in driving our vehicle from garage to location of new vehicle.

My husband and I purchased a Cadillac Escalade this past weekend and we had the smoothest experience. Kevin was responsive when setting up a time to come look at the vehicle and once we decided to purchase it, he delivered with no issues. He made certain to get all of our questions answered quickly and helped with our financing questions so that there would be no delay in picking up our vehicle once ready for delivery. Jonathan is the person that you need to look for. He made my deal as sweet as a candy. That 2019 Cadillac ESV is only 17k miles. The best part, they recon the car and made it look as brand new. Choose a different dealership. Actually a different manufacture for that matter.I purchased a Brand New Cadillac CT5-V in February 22.1 year later Feb 23 with the car at 11k miles I received a message on my dash that stated Service Brake Pad Monitor .I took the car into the dealership where they informed me I needed to replace the brake pads and rotors.No car EVER needs this replaced with such low mileage.Cadillac of Beverly Hills / GM refuse to see this as a defective / low quality parts. Instead they re saying it s the way I drive the car. Even though they ran a diagnostics and it was determined that the car has never been abused.I m being told that I need to pay $3500 to repair the premature failure of a $70k car. Absurd and ridiculous.Save your self from dealing with this type of headache. They re plenty of Luxury Manufactures that truly know how to appreciate your business.

I strongly advise against taking your car to Cadillac Beverly Hills for service. My recent experience with them was incredibly disappointing. The service advisors lied about the work done and neglected to properly care for my car. The lack of honesty and professionalism is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and seek service elsewhere.
