Great experience worked primarily with Dominic and Steven, then the finance manager Shafiq once we d reached a deal. No pressure other than what was necessary to get my true interest in pursuing the vehicle, which only makes sense. A light needed reset in the car, and I was told about that when I picked it up. When I was able to take the car in three weeks later, that morning I discovered I had a tire puncture from a nail - Shafiq and Dominic communicated with me and the service department to make sure I was taken care of, even after all the paperwork was signed (sometimes when the deal is done you re on your own!). Beautiful dealership and cars, good service department, good coffee at dealer and service center, and they wash the car after service. If I could go get my girlfriend a car too, I d go do it today. Highly recommend Audi BH

I went in last week to look at a used A4.Throughout my visit all the staff were welcoming and made sure I was comfortable with snacks and overall good service. I was able to test drive the car with Mo Choura, and his attitude is definitely what lead to me purchasing. He was very personable, professional, and helpful. He helped me line up an insurance plan so I could get the car, and was not at all concerned with trying to stick me with any costs outside of the advertised price of the vehicle. I highly recommend dealing with him if visiting.I definitely get the sense that Audi cares a lot about their brand image and I ll be happy to return for further service.

I had a great experience at Audi Beverly Hills. Imad Dagher helped me lease my new 2024 Audi Q4 and I'm very happy with the vehicle! Imad helped to give me a tutorial as to how to use various new features of the car. Coming from a 2003 BMW 330CI to an all-electric Audi Q4 was quite the learning curve, but they made me feel very comfortable with the new car. Highly recommended dealership!

I had an amazing experience with Hessam, Rafik, and Mario in finance. They gave me a price on the phone that was too good to be true. Other dealerships told me the deal was impossible. I walked in - zero haggle. Price was unbelievable. Out in an hour. Would absolutely work with them again.

She was extremely helpful and made sure that I got the car I was looking for in a timely manner and made sure to follow up with any updates during the process. She truly went above and beyond. I had the best experience with Allyson at Audi BH. I wanted to switch / upgrade before my lease was over, and I wasn t sure it was going to be possible. Allyson and her team got me into a sweet upgrade, she took her time to show me all the different options and we went on a couple test drives. I am absolutely stoked with my new car and the service was spectacular.

I've never had a better car buying experience than at fletcher jones Audi Beverly Hills. I've bought cars from carmax, DCH ford, some spot in Santa Monica that was sleazy, and Subaru, and I can honestly say that fletcher jones Audi of Beverly Hills was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Their showroom alone filled with Audis and Porsches will take your breath away.Its hard to explain, but other run of the mill dealerships tend to be filled with people that don't understand how communication works, people tend to be lost when it comes to a task, it can be very exhausting having to reiterate the same thing over and over again because you really don't want things to get screwed up. And on top of that you're always trying to make sure you're not getting the run around. I've been put on hold and transferred to many different sales people, none of them are communicating with each other, it can be exhausting. The sleaze alone can make you sick.This place is different. At this location the customer is always first. You will be treated right, any kind of information you tell somebody won't get lost in the sauce. They know what they're doing here. It's such a lovely experience I actually look forward to buying with fletcher jones Audi of Beverly Hills again.Definitely ask for Rafik. He's so nice and the service he provides is outstanding. He's a very down to earth person and will make sure any and all needs are met. I wish there was a Rafik everywhere I went to be honest. He's extremely kind, he'll be real with you, he's fast and will make sure everything you've requested is met. You alone get 5 stars sir!! I aim to buy with you again.Also Mario is such a relatable guy. Buying a car can be stressful, but Mario makes the experience smooth as silk. There's always a ton of paperwork to do when it comes to cars, but he makes it fly. He's very relatable and nice as well. I hope I bump into him at a bar one day.And of course Syed Ali, he's such a good dude he will provide you with what you need before you ask for it. Immediately when I talked to him I knew I could trust him, and vice versa. He somehow made the car buying experience pleasant and exciting, the way he does business is a real game changer. Thank you for being you Syed!!Fletcher jones Audi of Beverly Hills even let me take the car for the night before I bought it!! That's a story I'll literally have for the rest of my life! From the moment I arrived, the Audi Beverly Hills team made sure the focus was on me and my needs. They were extremely easy to work with and provided best-in-class, superior service. I walked in there as a skeptic, having poor experiences with other dealerships in the past, and drove off a very happy man in my 2021 Audi Q3. I had a fantastic experience with Samuel and his manager. He was personable and professional and very easy to work with. His communication was excellent - he wrote back to me within minutes instead of hours when we deliberated the car choice and price. He wasn t pushy at all and worked hard to give me a great deal. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Audi at this location.First and foremost, the most helpful individual was Nadia Hamdan. She was quick to not waste my time and likely saved me an hour or two by running through all my options as soon as I expressed interest. Her effective leadership at this location is evident and is the main reason I will go back to this location for my next vehicle!David Van was the sales consultant who I worked with directly, and he was also very kind and eager to answer all my questions. This experience with David was positive and I'd encourage any interested parties to work with him.Lastly was Dannie, a finance manager there. She was very honest about the insurance and costs/options I had when purchasing the vehicle.Overall 10/10 experience here and will be back.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Everyone was extremely kind and attentive! I wanted to extend a special Thank You to Dominic who assisted with purchasing a used vehicle and I felt taken care from the moment I entered to the moment I left with my newly acquired car. He is an amazing and honest sales person. Never during this process did I feel pushed or pressured to purchase the car. However since they were able to provide with a great deal, I decided to purchase the car that evening. Initially, I was very hesitant to buy and really just wanted to look at Audi Q5 s. Luckily for me, I had a great experience at the Beverly Hills location working with Abhi! He was caring, listened, and took the time to find the perfect suv for me. Abhi explained the features of the Q5 to me and made sure I felt extremely comfortable and confident before driving away. He even followed up with a phone call, days later, to check if I had any additional questions! I highly recommend asking for Abhi to help you! He s smart, kind and actually LISTENS to your wants and needs for your perfect vehicle! Very happy with the service I received at Audi Beverly Hills! I love my Q5 and would highly recommend this location for your next Audi purchase.

I purchased a used BMW i3s from Audi Beverly Hills this past weekend and I had a fantastic experience working with Imad Dagher. I called in ahead of time to make an appointment, received follow up confirmations and was greeted shortly after walking into the dealership. I brought my family and the dealership was very accommodating of my little girl playing with hot wheels on the showroom floor. Imad was extremely patient and kind during the entire process, allowing me to have a lunch break to think about the purchase. Having a mutual love for cars certainly made the experience that much better. The negotiation process was fine, I didn't put much of a resistance on the pricing as the car was in fantastic condition and already discounted the week before. I had to haggle a few dollars off to looking strong in front of the wife, to which Imad complied and we got the deal done in minutes. The finance manager I worked with, Aram, was also fantastic and a car nut himself. We exchanged numbers and will hopefully meet on track at some point in the future. Overall a fantastic experience; staff was friendly, patient, and accommodating.
