This place is very professional.They know what they are doing and they have a ton of experience.They installed a clear bra paint protection film on my BMW IX also they fixed some scratches on the car.The result is amazing.

My Tesla Model 3 was involved in a hit and run a little over a year ago when I parked it in front my house, the car looked totaled according to the tow truck driver, but Weatherford saved it! I worked with Inn Roe on this case, and he was the best. It took three months to fix, their communication was amazing, and after I got the car back they helped me with any issues or concerns I had. They dealt with Tesla Insurance for me perfectly as well. Writing this review pretty late, but I just had an inspection done by Tesla, and they were very very impressed with the work that was done on the car. Very good job! Thank you!

I recently met Steven through a mutual friend referral. Decided to try out BMW/Tesla Collision Center of Berkeley, owned by Weatherford/Sunwise Auto Group.From the moment I reached out to Steven through text messages, he was super responsive and patient with all my questions and requests. We initially set up a time for the tint installation, but as luck would have it, his tech took an off day that required us to reschedule. However, Steven's dedication to customer service really shone through when he managed to squeeze me back into their busy schedule. That alone was a game-changer for me!I decided to make the drive all the way from San Mateo to get my tint done here because they are certified Xpel XR tint and ppf installers. This meant that Xpel would warranty the product for 10 yrs if anything should happen.Dropped the car off at 9am, and the car was ready around 3pm. Traffic to get there was brutal especially as it reaches rush hour. My car came back sparkly clean with the new tint installed. I did not see any watermarks that were left in the interior leather and trims.Sunwise BMW / Tesla Collision Center exceeded my expectations in every way. Steven's commitment to excellent customer service, the top-notch Xpel XR tint and ppf installation, and the attention to detail in washing the car left me thoroughly impressed. If you're looking for a collision center that goes above and beyond, look no further. I can't recommend them enough!

I had a great experience here getting paint protection film installed for my car. Steven walked me through their process and gave me a brief tour of the facility, which included some work in progress. That inspired confidence in the quality of the shop's process and that I could expect a great outcome. When I picked my car up, I wasn't disappointed. They even took care of a set of small dings and scuffs as part of the prep work for the wrap installation.Jhonny took care of logistics for the process including dropoff, pickup, letting me know what to expect for the timeline and transportation arrangements. It couldn't have been any smoother. Sunwise would be at the top of my list of options the next time I need a car wrapped for this part of the experience alone.If there's anything to look out for, it's limited parking, but that's to be expected in this area. I was able to find a spot each time without much trouble.

This is an odd review as I actually didn't get work done at Sunrise. However, I was so impressed with their customer service that I wanted to take the time to post something, and I rarely do that.My Tesla was rear-ended, and they were able to take it when no one else was. Insurance was a mess and took forever, but Jhonny Kochui in particular worked with me on over a dozen calls and emails to figure out the right path. In the end, the insurance company ended up totaling the car so Sunrise didn't fix it. Jhonny made sure I got all my things back - storing them while I had to travel for a 3 week work trip - and always responded within hours which is rare in my experience.Will definitely use them for anything I have in terms of future work. Although hopefully won't be a need!

Asked them to repair damage to my expensive and brand-new car after a no-fault accident. Great friendly first experience on the phone, until a technician called me back. I was told that they work with the insurance of the person who hit my car, but that insurance doesn't agree with their prices, so there will be a 'little extra' they will charge me. "Like $200 or so, it depends". "Just letting you know". The technician kept emphasizing that this is not my fault, but the insurance's, yet he was beating around the bush that really they would not repair my car if I wasn't willing to pay extra, some unknown amount. The conversation was very sketchy. Just because I treated myself to a nice car, doesn't mean that I'm stupid or made of money that I just willingly give away to this sleazy person. Quite disturbing practice. I wasn't able to talk to a higher up manager, because it's apparently some international company .

Take AGES to return your car It s been 1.5 months and still I don t have my car. Every time we called they said next week for sure !I NEED MY CAR BACK.It was just a dent on the driver door and that s all.Service: Body & Trim

I've been to this BMW collision center twice. The first time my BMW was totaled and as upset as I was, it was good to know that I wouldn't be stepping back into a car that's deemed structurally unsafe to drive.The second time around, was for a scratch made by someone on my front bumper. InnRoe and team were excellent in their work, communication, quotes, working with insurance and added on a lot of work into the overall job without charge.They did an absolutely fabulous job of the repaint and PPF and it looks better than when I bought the car (it was Preowned at 29k miles). It's a portimao blue, and I was concerned about color matching.They did an excellent job of color matching and let me inspect under special lighting and we marked some areas which could use a buff and polish before PPF installation.I would not wish for anyone to have to go to a collision center, but if they did need one I'd highly recommend this specific location.Finishing this off with a general PSA: Being in the service / auto industry is a really tough job, one that cannot be done remotely or WFH. So more often than not, a little bit of empathy with a side of mutual respect can go a long way when you need your car restored to its original state.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!! This place kept my car for over 2 months with little to no updates. I had to track down Alicia on at least 3 occasions to find out the status of my car. When it was finished, they damaged my car by taking off some of my clear coat, and when i went back so they could fix it i was told by Alicia that they would not fix it because the sun would ve did that anyway. After keeping my car for so long they promised me a deal on new tires and when i went to get them, their tire machine broke after i dropped my car off. Its been 3 weeks now and i have not heard a word from anyone.

These guy's are great! I took my car here for the repairs after someone rear ended my 3series. They were very professional and very helpful. After inspecting the damage, they talked to my insurance and got the repairs approved. Their work is superb. Drop your vehicle off and don't have to think about it.

I had a very positive experience here. I was worried at first and dealing with your car being hit is stressful enough. The front desk is just wonderful and Jhonny Kochui who was my point of contact is experienced and trustworthy. I found this shop to be professional and their commitment to client service is high. They focus on BMW and Tesla but do other makes like Nissan as well. The service manager was very professional, friendly, attentive to our needs and accommodating. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body work. The quality of the repair was excellent/thorough. They also gave the car a quick detailing and offered a pickup service to get back to the car. Overall fantastic experience! Cheers to a well run shop!

We brought our essentially brand new Tesla here for some paint work after it was broken into a week after we bought it. We had a really good experience with the shop and staff. The paint job looked great and they went above and beyond in cleaning the interior of the car. Our car looks good as new again!Thank you to Jhonny and to everyone who worked on our car. We're so happy to have it back!

This is the third body shop I have followed Kevin Miller to since 2006. He runs a solid team and his body shop is brand new and equipped with state of the art technology.Kevin has always taken care of me whether it came to a car accident, bumper repairs, or non-accident related cosmetic work. My poor car has been through a lot and and I can rely on BMW Collision Center and it's friendly and professional team to provide quality work.I've been back twice this year, which Johny and Steven have personally assisted me. The first visit was for rock chip damage and the second visit was to get a clear bra installed on my car. My car looks amazing from the fresh paint job and custom clear bra finish. The guys kept me informed every step of the way which I greatly appreciated.I completely trust and stand by the work that is offered at this business and will continue to service my vehicle and refer my network here. Keep up the excellent work guys!

Garbage shop. Garbage repairs. Took 4 attempts and countless days (MONTHS) to repair a rock chip in a Tesla. Then reinstalled my bumper incorrectly, causing further damage.

They attempted to charge me a 15 day restocking fee because I didn t want them to do supplementary work which is illegal. Keep in mind I m still getting the original work done. I called them out on this and threatened to report them to BAR. They told me a manager would call me back instead it was my same representative to tell me they did me a favor and took of the 15 day storage fee which was 4,000. Funny part is the entire 15 days they were working with insurance and tearing down the vehicle. They are some con artist and if you get Mr. Ortiz as you representative be very careful.

I don't think it's ever a "good" experience when you have to get collision repair but Jhonny made it as painless as possible. He kept in touch. Communicated with me about the details and kept me completely in the loop. The work was done as promised and when something unexpected came up, he worked to make sure I was satisfied. It's as if nothing ever happened. My car looks great! Everyone I encountered there was top notch. I also felt safe going to the shop as I noticed they follow strict safety protocols against the pandemic i.e. masks, sanitizer, social distancing, gloves, plastic wraps and covers for the interior of your car. This place is so good is usually overflowing with cars. They came highly recommended to me by a local Tesla enthusiast group. So far so good. Going to take almost 4 months to get my car repaired and it's not all their fault but that sorta su is for me.

I seriously recommend avoiding this place at all costs!They have pretty good service when dropping the car off, but a month later and I still don t have my car. I used them for an insurance claim to replace the back bumper and side panel of my brand new i3 that was rear-ended.The car had to be painted 3 times! After the second time there was a finger print in the paint, bubbles all over, and they were trying to push the car on me.After the 3rd time they scratched my brand new car from front to back, probably by washing with a dirty rag, and their staff told me this will happen anyway because my car is black. That s just insulting.NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I m still waiting on mine (it s been over a month) and I have no idea what state it will be in when I get it back.

Decided to use the Weatherford BMW Body Shop for an insurance claim. The process went smooth when dropping the car off and the staff acknowledged all my needs and concerns of about the car. Picking up the car was a whole different story. A lot of things were put back haphazardly and my car was dirty after the repairs. There was glue all over the rear compartment as well as scratches to the interior trim. A rear light was left disconnected as well as a floor mat missing. The rear bumper now had a lot of sag even though the bumper was replaced with a brand new OEM bumper. The repairs seemed rushed and the quality of repair was quite low. I will probably decide to choose another body shop if I so require one in the future.

I had an extremely positive experience with Kashka Clay and his team of professionals.Our BMW X5 E70 xdrive hit a rear bumper and required some body work underneath the bumper, replace the bumper, bumper clamps, muffler and parking sensors. After several months I can say that everything is perfect!I highly appreciate this team for the excellent service, respectful behavior and attention to details.

Weatherford BMW body shop is the best. Frank and his crew are very professional and know what they are dong. They are 1 of 3 that are actually certified trough BMW North America. I had some rock chips on my hood and somebody on a bike fell on top of my new X5. I was heart broken but Frank and his crew did a phenomenal job on now my X5 looks new again.

Helpful staff, but the do not provide rides for customers who must leave their cars. Car rentals will get you if you go that route.

It will take a really long time and have problems that need to be fixed after. Never again will I take my BMW M4 here to be fixed. I'd prefer Century West BMW and their services or recommendations.
