This is not a mechanic shop - this is now one guy who is a remote mechanic. I am leaving two stars because he is genuinely a nice guy and gave my repair a good effort. For simple jobs I'd recommend this shop.For anything complicated that requires diagnostics, I would avoid it. I was having exhaust issues and paid him to come out to diagnose. He came by and started the work, and when he couldn't fully fix the issue, he left me on read or asked me to send him reminders. He was constantly showing up late, or not at all. My car is no closer to being fixed than the first time he came out to diagnose. I will have to start from square one and take my car to an actual shop.For larger or more complicated issues, just take your car to a shop. For straightforward jobs for individuals who have patience, I would definitely recommend as (once again) this guy is friendly and affordable.

Thanks to Joseph of SoS Auto Service, my 2000 Rav4 is running beautifully! I am so elated to have my precious car back, and felt extremely cared for in the process.Over the course of a few days, I was able to witness a little bit of how Joseph works and was amazed with the amount of attention he puts into his craft. He was attentive, honest, and efficient. He was willing to work within my budget to address the range of repairs that my car needed, including a new radiator, hoses, thermostat, timing belt, and so much more. Joseph's service is mobile, so he was able to travel to me - helping me to avoid getting my car towed twice!the same amount of work from a typical autoshop would have costed $400-1000 more than what Joseph quoted me. I could go on forever about how positive my experience with SoS auto was, but instead i'd simply advise you to hire Joseph the next time your car is in need of repair.

Everyone was friendly and speedy, however, the original issue was not resolved. Additionally, they took the rod that props my hood up. I had to call several times to speak with someone who said they didn t remember seeing it in my car but asked me to double check my seats. The rod stays in my hood and was certainly there when I brought my car in. They told me they would call me back if they found it; it s been several months and they never called. I had to search for one on eBay and replace it at my own expense.

Did a very thorough job on my older Forester, plus came in under their original estimate. They were awesome at communicating with me throughout the process and good at advising me what NOT to do based on what I told them about how much I'd be driving the car. I recommend them.

Lucky and his crew are amazingly friendly, helpful, and fair. He really helped us out when we were in a bad spot with a blown engine. As an out of Towner I can not recommend anyone more highly than SOS Auto... They saved my vacation!

Thank you for taking good care of my son's older Buick today . Being all the way in Florida myself I worried about him finding somewhere good . Called you yesterday and got an appointment today and had his car back by the evening . Thank you so much . He will definitely use you again .

This place is great. I've been coming to them for years with my old Subaru Legacy and now they take great care of my new Honda Accord. Quality work and good communication. I would highly recommend them.

Got quoted a long list of inflated prices and was told that many repairs were urgent. Later I got quotes from 2 other shops: the list of repairs was much shorter and prices much lower.

Fast, friendly, told me lots of info, didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, kept my car clean. Badically everytging good.
