Allowed me to bring my own special oil which is rare with any auto shop. 15 20 minutes and out the door. Intelligent young people running the joint. Good conversation. No upscale nor markups. Very focus oriented in getting the work done. Provided clean sticker and paperwork at the end. Excellent service and price point. Highly recommended.

Prompt, friendly and excellent service. I ve been a repeat customer here for a number of years. In and out for a routine oil change in about 30-40 minutes assuming nothing wrong with your vehicle. They are realistic about when certain services need to happen like air filter replacements and coolant flushes. I will continue my patronage of this business.

4 or 5 - It depends. Make sure your skid plate is properly reattached. I prefer not needing to follow up, so im going w 4.Nice guys. Helpful. Very kind. They have a great fluid changing, topping off, program there.And, I Just found, heard, my skid plate dangling from one bolt, half way loosened.I really appreciate that they did not strip out the female side of those bolts - and that balance could use some calibration.On the other hand, it makes sense that they err on the loose side - If I want to over tighten the bolts on my truck, they leave that mistake for me to make. :)

Thorough, no-wait oil ($64) and coolant fluid ($110) change. Staff explained every step and were very professional. They checked all the fluids, checked the tire pressure and replaced an air filter ($20). I will definitely be returning for future oil changes. The guys were very nice, too.

I showed up and was told I could bring my own oil. I brought 3 quarts of oil and needed them to provide the other 7.5 quarts. My car takes 10.5. After I got the receipt I saw I was charged for 10.5 quarts after I brought 3 of my own so 13.5 quarts total. I was told that the 3 quarts I brought got me $5 off. The I had a $7 coupon. Apparently they can t stack. Not a problem but don t charge for 10.5 quarts of oil when I provide 3. They got three quarts of oil for free. Never take your car here.

I went to this place before without problem,but yesterday (4/16/23) that I went,as I pull up an employee told me that they didn t have filter for my car type,so I pull up to leave the place,thanking him.As I try to leave,there was a car blocking the exit,some other car had pull up behind me,I m blocked and couldn t back up,I ask if they knew the car owner an employee said That is my car,but I will not stop working for you to get out through there (again this is the exit his car is blocking) so I askedHow I m I supposed to get out?The employee told me to back up (reverse) though the entrance side.I told him he was blocking the exit with his car and he said Do whatever and however you want,I ain t moving my car,I m the manager Very rude manager!!!Definitely not coming back to this place ever again!!!The red car in picture is his car,right next to a parking space.

Controversial experience. Price and work were very good. But. After I left the place I noticed one of my tire has a black regular lid. I came back to ask and they started to argue with me, I was told " I know what I did, one of them was black" but damn I also know what I did and I placed all 4 green lids few days by damn myself. And didn't visit any other places in between.

The men at the Berkeley location were awesome. I got a few things done Saturday afternoon and the manager gave me a discount which was a perk to my wallet. Thank you guys for having such lively and uplifting mindset. Oil Changers is the best! They're very efficient and convenient. I like that I can just stay in my car (I frequently have my dog with me). The Berkeley location is fantastic.

Went in for an oil change, was in and out in less than 12 minutes (I went around 10:30am). They were very focused on getting the job done, no small talk required and seemed to be honest about all observations of the car. Would go again.

They were quick and professional. Went in as soon as they opened at 8 AM and was out in under 10 minutes. Didn t have to get out of my car at all and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Found my new go-to oil changers!

Came in for an oil change, between waiting for the car ahead of me and getting my car serviced, it only took maybe 20 minutes. Friendly staff, everything was super straight forward, reasonable prices. Definitely will be returning for my next oil change.

This location did a great job! The staff was respectful and did their best to help me with my oil filter housing that wouldn t open. They replaced it with a new one and changed the filter and oil. I also got my transmission fluid changed while there because it was long overdue. I m happy with their service and professionalism. Will return againServices: Transmission, Oil change

This place is great. Been coming here for a few years now for my oil change because the service is reliable. The guys that helped me out today were thorough -oil change, tire filled, filters changedAlso helped with a couple of issue on the body of the car. Super cool. Quick (15 mins), clear about pricing upfront, bunch of additional services done while you wait (basic car checkup) - perfect! Sure, doing it yourself is cheaper, but they make sure you receive appropriate service for the price you pay.
