This is one exceptional auto body shop! Not only friendly and extremely generous with their time to explain all aspects of your repair that you're interested in, but super quality work. My Mazda is a 2016. This is my first grown-up nice car and i been mindful taking good care of it. So, i was disappointed when i noticed a couple dents in the bumper. My husband said "go to the best auto body shop in Berkeley, Koehler". He was right. Great service from minute one. Kurt greeted me, and assessed the car. He told me to come back next morning. The work took 1 hr (just like he said). They delivered. I was happy to see my car without any more dents. It's incredible refreshing to meet business like Koehler. They do a great job! They are professional, friendly, and honest. I feel what they charge me was really fair. Although their services are priceless. Thank you so much!

immense gratitude to this place. We were having a simple problem with our license plate mounting. They were quick, professional, with great communication got it solved very quickly.I felt unintimidated and in good hands.Almost want to get in a wreck just so I can give them my business again. Heartily recommend.

My family and friends have sent cars to Koehler for decades. They treat you like family always. Whenever I have a question I drive by and one of the guys is always willing to give advice or prices or even small quick free repairs.Their prices are quite competitive and quality is fine.I always recommend them to folks needing body work. You get an honest estimate and on time repairs that are as good as any other.

Koehler is our go to auto body shop for all repairs. They did a great job on my older BMW, and matched the paint perfectly, despite the age of the car. Each ding and scratch was discussed in detail before the work was done during the lengthy free estimate. The prices were the best of three highly rated auto body shops I sought out. This company has a very caring attitude about their customers and they communicate well, and best of all: the work is very high quality. Have referred family and friends to them whenever the need arises.

really sweet! got T-bone recently, asked my bank merchant if they know any good shops. This place recommended, glad they did. My car has never been hit before, looks beautiful again. Thanks Koehler!

Our passenger side view mirror had been knocked out of its housing, hanging by the wire that connects it to the mirror adjustment controls. A big problem for us (since we had no idea how to fix it by ourselves). We stopped by Koehler's (no appointment); they fixed it immediately. They were great. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I have used Koehler a few times now. Fantastic service, communication, on time, and on budget. This is a multi generation family business and they know their craft. I have recommended a few friends, all got great results like I did.

This is by far the best body shop in the Oakland Berkeley area. It s been in existence for a long time, and is on its 3rd generation of Kurt s.These guys are honest, and known to all the insurance company appraisers. They helped me with a reasonably priced repair that was not covered by insurance and didn't need to meet factory specs. Just needed to be safe and drivable. Thank you Koehler Auto Body.

As a single woman I always feel uneasy at car places. Not Koehlers. They are patient with my confusion and honest as could be. Everything is done as promised with thoroughness. I recommend them unequivocally.

They were great. I had a small dent and scratches on my van from when a friend borrowed it and hit a tree. They fixed it up beautifully and didn t even charge for it. Super friendly and helpful.

Very great customer service. I took my car to have body work, and they helped me fix an issue nothing to do with body work. Awesome genuinely honest.

Had my Infiniti FX 35 in some minor body work. The color of the repaired area did not match with the rest of the car. They said it was the "nature of metallic paint" that caused the difference. I found out later from another body shop that they should have blended the color beyond the repair area to even out the color. If you have a new car with metallic paint do not go there. Very unprofessional.
