I had an excellent experience with Fix Auto. Although, it wasn t the Fix experience since my car was a total loss after Jimmy checked but it was the warm welcome, the accommodation he provided for someone who needed it the most after the collision. I was still shaken up and he didn t hesitate to give me the most excellent customer service! I d like to thank Daniella ( I hope I got the name right) and Samaan for being so kind and welcoming! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Wish you all well!

Fix Auto did an AMAZING job when it came to fixing my car!! I was hit by a driver who ran the stop sign and completely damaged my rear passenger side of the door. My suspension was broke as well due to the impact. I thought my car would possibly be totaled out due to the severe damages. But Eugene and his guys restored my car like new! They kept in touch with me about everything the whole step of the way. Everyone was really nice and had wonderful customer service skills, even the young lady at the desk (I can't remember her name) but she was always very polite and helpful when I came in to the shop. I loved working with this shop. They have excellent communication. Everyone was very kind with awesome customer service. They even returned my rental car for me so I didn t have to deal with the hassle. They were informative and they did a great job. I will absolutely be returning to them for any future needs.

Fix Auto Berkeley is my go-to shop anytime I need car repairs. The shop does excellent work and staff is very nice, communicative and professional. I'm very happy they are part of the State Farm network. Fix Auto makes car repairs as painless as possible. Highly recommended.

got into a car wreck that totally messed up the entire drivers side of my car. 2 weeks with fix auto and my car came back looking brand new! they re-tinted my windows, cleaned my car inside and out (WOW) and were super courteous and kind the entire time. I'm so grateful they partner with State Farm!

I had the most amazing experience with Fix Auto. I came to be introduced to them under not the best circumstances as I was hit by someone but Samaan immediately came to my side and guided me through the whole process. Samaan and his team were enthusiastic and confident in being able to get my car fixed. They stayed in contact with me and gave me updates throughout the fix and were able to get my car fixed in only 3 days!! I will never go anywhere but Fix Auto with my auto needs. Can t recommend them enough! They turned a sour experience (of getting hit) into a way more pleasurable one!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a repair estimate and work done by Fix Auto Berkeley and they are very professional and friendly. Gen & Bruce with take good care of you. The communication and service was perfect and they did top quality work to my car. It looks brand new. These guys did a PHENOMENAL job on some big scratches on my car. It's as if nothing even happened. Not only is their quality incredible, but their employees (big shoutout to Gen) are SUPER nice, helpful, and responsive. I highly recommend Fix Auto Berkeley, even if you don't live near Berkeley....go to them, you won't regret it. Check out my before and after photos!

My repair was complicated as they found several problems not seen I. The original estimate and timeframe. They kept informing me of the additional work and time. I wasn t happy as the time went on. Stay away from Fix Auto Berkeley, even if it is recommended by your insurance company. A simple bumper and fog light replacement went from 5 days to 10 days and counting. They keep ordering new parts, a week after I dropped the car off, and of course continue to bill my insurance. If the guy on the phone says a hard 1pm today don t expect it to be done until maybe 3 days later.

Samaan was absolutely fantastic. Followed up on a regular bases on where they were during the process and went the extra mile to make sure any additional damage that was discovered during the repair was taking care of. Excellent body work on 2008 Subaru Forrester on side front & back quarter panels (one from recent fender bender; I added in other dings , scratches & holes from over the years for a complete makeover). Car delivered nearly ONE WEEK ahead of schedule & on budget with no surprises. Complete computer diagnostic on all systems immediately before release (no extra charge). USAA connected me with Fix Auto after I was side swiped on the freeway and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience throughout the repair process! They are very kind, friendly. They walked me through the entire process, estimate and timeframe. They gave me frequent updates. They did a phenomenal job on the frame repair and paint job. the car looks good as new! This place has a Snap-On Tools truck blocking traffic on San Pablo in front of their shop nearly every morning during commute hours. You guys really buying that many tools from Snap-On? Must be expensive.

Fix Auto was professional with excellent communication. I was informed on every step of the process and the approximate time of completion. My car was restored to its original condition prior to being vandalized. The completion time to restore my car was incredibly fast, which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto for your car s service needs.

Josh and all of the staff at Fix Auto Berkeley have been nothing less than excellent and perfect. My car was hit on the right front fender, and the moment I brought it into their shop, I immediately felt that I was in the best place I could be in to have by my car fixed. Josh and the staff were friendly, relaxed, welcoming, and reassuring. They knew the drill, and worked directly with my insurance company without me lifting a finger. They obtained the parts needed with no fuss or problem, and once the part came in and I brought my car back in, it was fixed and ready back to me fast in no time. Josh even assisted me to fix another separate minor dent on the side of my car (not included in my insurance claim) for a very reasonable price - he worked to bring that price down for that separate minor dent coming from my own pocket by consulting another less expensive dent repair fixer. And everything was fixed perfect, like new!!! Thank you very very much, Josh and staff. If ever my car gets hit again (hopefully not), I know where to go!!!Service: Body & Trim

Hit something in the middle of the night on the freeway. Destroyed my front bumper and electrical system. My Mom recommended Fix Auto in Berkeley. I don t read reviews, if my Mom recommends them - I go. I wasn t disappointed. Excellent service and my sweet sweet ride is back in all its glory.
