I just got my car back from Car Craft in Berkeley, and I swear it looks better than when I got it from the dealer! My car had been hit by the car parking next to me in my garage, I think more than once. Marco dealt with what seemed like a complicated matter with her insurance company, made sure I had a rental car, which was paid for by her insurance, and most importantly did a flawless repair and paint job on my car. It is immaculate.

I want to thank everyone over at Car Craft in Berkeley. The care and integrity the folks at Car Craft exhibit goes against what many of us have experienced enough in our lives that leads us to be almost giddy with happiness to be treated with care and consideration by an establishment you patronize.I took my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness to Car Craft after retuning to my car one day to find that someone had backed into the front bumper and pushed it a bit. I made a claim and took it down to their shop.24 hours later, I got a call from the owner of Car Craft who proceeded to tell me that once they had taken off the bumper, they found no damage to anything behind it. He said that they could easily put the bumper back on and that I should save my claim. I was shocked. A smile spread across my face. Not because I was getting my vehicle, but because I found the honesty and integrity of the owner and the folks at Car Craft to be indicative of the way in which they treat and see their customer base.They could have taken the insurance money and told me to pick it up in a few days, but they didn t. There are PLENTY of unscrupulous people who would have done just that. So I want to say thank you for your honesty and for not treating me like a number. And for pushing those clips on bumper back into place.I seriously recommend Car Craft in Berkeley to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. Skill, professionalism, and integrity. If these are things that are important to you, then please go see the folks at Car Craft. I know where I m taking my Subaru if I ever require work repairs.

I was recommended to Car Craft by a trustworthy local dealership in Berkeley after my car was considered totaled during a highway collision. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.The people there are respectful, kind, and honest; especially the owner, Marco, who went out of his way to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle as it was being repaired, had candid conversations with me about what to expect, and kindly offered additional custom services that were uniquely helpful to my specific circumstance.Car Craft gave me an exceedingly reasonable quote for a full-repair of my vehicle, after walking me through the options in detail (e.g., whether or not to get certain non-essential parts repaired, whether to replace broken parts with used or new, etc). I felt good about using them from the moment we met, and I m happy to report that the vehicle repair was well done, with no surprise costs.They came through on the price as promised and were transparent the whole way through. When the repairs were done, I was given a detailed breakdown of costs for parts and labor for each part of the car that needed repair, nearly instantly after I requested it, that lined up exactly with what had been discussed and agreed to at the beginning.I would use Car Craft again any time the car needs additional collision service. I found them to be a trustworthy, straightforward, and transparent group that provided honest service for a great price.Thanks again to Car Craft for repairing my vehicle with integrity.

Marco and team did a good job repairing and repainting my VW Jetta. All new front components, blended paint and it came back looking good as new. They worked with my insurance and were responsive to my questions.

When asked why additional newly discovered work would cost $500 when other places quoted $250, they said it was actually a mistake and it would be cheaper, however, they only told us it was a mistake after we refused the additional work and questioned the price. Told us the window would fall down if not fixed, yet when we picked it up after deciding not to pay the extra $500, the window was fine. Wouldn t accept card payments, first person said it was because the card reader was broken, second person said it was because of the additional fees. Receipt provided was just hand writing on printer paper of what was fixed with no cost break down.

i had a 5 star experience here, marco is personable, flexible and a joy to work with, he was able to fix my badly dented prius bumper/back trunk within 24 hours turnaround, i am very happy with the repair and would recommend his services

Car Craft was recommended to me by my mechanic and I'm so glad! Marcos was incredibly helpful, friendly, and honest. He kept me posted throughout the whole process and made a very stressful situation so much easier. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Solid. They evaluated the problems, fixed it, didn't overcharge me and didn't try to up sell m and tell me I need to do a bunch of extra stuff.Friendly folks, no BS. I can recommend this place.
