I brought my Audi in to repair the bumper after someone sideswiped it. They were fully integrated with my insurer and were able to take my car in right away. I was going on vacation and they kept the car and it was ready when I got back. They drove me home after I dropped the car off so I would highly recommend working with them. They are professional and very nice and their systems are integrated with the insurer making my life very easy.

Excellent communication from Andrea at Caliber during the repair process. Shop is well-managed, staff professional, and repairs executed with precision. Billing through insurance company seamless. Got car back earlier than expected. I had no ride to come and pick it up. Staff went above and beyond to bring me the car on a rainy evening. Ten stars.

Their service was great.Other repair company asked about a part replacement fee was $700.Here a service guy told me that I can get the part from dealer. Also he told me that I can bring the part to this shop to place it free.So I got the part from dealer and brought car to here.They placed the part free, zero coast!They are always honest and really great services.

Andrea was professional, clearly communicating all details of the parts, cost, and timeline of the repair process (with regular updates during the repair). very bad service!!I took my Camaro to replace the front bumper and they gave it to me with the bumper painted in a lighter tone. When they gave it to me "finished" (without the sport lines) I told the manager that it looked different in the paint on the new bumper The manager told me that he also noticed a difference in the tone of the bumper but he told me to take the car and if I was not satisfied, I would take it back to the body shop.The day I returned to drop off the car to have the paint adjusted again, the same manager who told me he noticed a difference in the paint told me that he didn't notice any difference and that he was "colorblind" so he called his worker and said that didn't notice a difference either...the worker had to bring a lamp with different shades of light to "observe" the difference that was more than noticeable to the naked eye...they just aren't good enough to do a job well .I had to take it to another bodyshop (Venturas BodyShop in richmond) and the owner of Venturas body shop (Luis) as soon as he saw my car said that they did a very bad job for me since it did not match the color of the car. (I didn't tell him that I had painted my bumper, he noticed it just by looking at it... without a lamp.....) Luis told me that when removing the front bumper he found that the workers from caliber collision they did not connect and left the electrical plugs flying)be careful!Service: Painting

Our back passenger door was hit when we were waiting in a parking lot to head out onto the street. There was a bad dent in the door and on a section behind it. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the car, but Andrea and the rest of the staff made everything easy for us, including coordinating with Enterprise car rental. We were wonderfully surprised with how pleasant the whole experience was.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car in after it was vandalized. The staff were really lovely and spent time thinking about options and approaches as well as budget implications. Mr Lopez fixed my bumper, and incredibly quickly too. He did a great job and it looks like new. Everyone went above and beyond to help and I couldn t have been more delighted with the service and the outcome. Thank you.

They were very informative. Not only did they keep me up to date, they also delivered my car to my house. Of course I m not far from them, but no shop has ever offered to deliver mar car. Wow. Not sure where to start. This business had some of the poorest and rudest customer service I have ever experienced. After calling several times to check on whether they had received the insurance estimate and materials (they lost it twice) I was able to make an appt for two weeks out to get my car repaired. I called 1 week prior to get an estimate of how long the repair will take so I could plan my commute and arrange for a rental car. They couldn t give me an estimate and informed me they don t even order the part(s) until I drop my car off and they can t tell me how long it will take for the part to arrive! They have all the information they need to order the correct part(s) and should be able to give reasonably accurate estimates of how long it will take to complete the work. People need their cars and need to be able to plan ahead for when they are in the shop! This seems like a no brainer. I canceled my appointment and went with another shop.

10 STARS - If you are reading this review, then it is likely that you are in a similar mood to mine yesterday - feeling stupid for being in an accident, worried that the repair is going to cost thousands, and frustrated that the first six body shops you called can't see you until next week, or next month! Well, your search for great service is over!When I called Caliber, they were the only shop that would check out my van on the same day. When I came by, Javier took time out of a work training to look at the door that was messed up, and upon inspecting the damage, fixed it on the spot! I had a fixed van within an hour of my first phone call to Caliber. He saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, and recommended great follow-up options. I am so grateful to have found Javier and Caliber, and they earned a lifetime customer yesterday! Incredible service and a team you can trust. Thank you Caliber - you are angels walking this Earth!

I was never updated on the repairs. Never received an estimate. They had my car for two weeks. I signed the estimate and final paperwork the day I picked up the car. I was never told what was happening or asked for my approval for the work. Don t use this place unless you want to be kept completely in the dark and asked to sign/initial unnecessary legal documents.

I am someone who dreads dealing with any type of car maintenance but my experience at this Caliber Collision location was top tier. Poor work that cost a fortune. broken bumper literally glued on rather than replaced or fixed properly. Was accused of getting into another accident - when I hadn't even drivien 100 miles since it was "fixed." Another very fine mechanic told me that the glue doesn't stick and it was a shoddy job - for 1K! He encouraged me to return there immediately and request a proper repair. Another customer was also there complaining about the shoddy job she received and was complaining about the below par job. Again, she was blamed. I could go on and on. Bottom line: stay away. Find a reputable place to get body work done and mechanics who will go out of their way for you instead of trying to get away with cheap work The reputable mechanic showed me other major lapses and sloppy work and urged me to make sure the work was redone. But the aggression toward me by a caliber body worker was more than I could handle.Service: Body & Trim

They did excellent body work, and finished ahead of their estimate. When I told customer service that I needed my car for a visit with my family, they went out of the way to get it done in a hurry. When I called them to tell the I left stuff in my rental car, they went out and got it for me right away. Everyone is very nice, and they do amazing work.Service: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision is a top notch repair facility. I have used other auto repair shops and dealers repairs shops in the past. Caliber puts them all to shame with their professionalism and their work. I went to Caliber because they are where insurance directed me to go and I could not be happier with my service there!! They were friendly, fun to interact with, explained everything I needed to know for insurance handling the repairs, kept me updated as the repairs progressed, and had my car in and out looking beautiful in 3 days!! I was expecting it to take much longer, but they were so quick.I hope I don't have to use them again soon, but if I need a repair shop I will go to Caliber in a heartbeat, with or without insurance.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
